We try to make your visit as comfortable as possible! You will be greeted with a smile when you enter the office. In the waiting room you have access to a variety of magazines, movies, and a Playstation that you can use at your convenience. There is also juice or water available in the reception area at the beverage bar.

While you are in the treatment room you have the choice of watching an entertaining DVD while you receive treatment (DVD ratings range from G to PG-13). Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible while providing quality dental care. All of the treatment rooms are equipped with the latest technology so your oral care needs can be met in a comfortable way.

We try to give each patient individualized attention and care and strive to see each patient on time. We cater to emergency patients, those who are in pain, or have broken teeth, and schedule them the same day they call when possible. This occasionally puts us behind schedule. When this happens, we give a courtesy call to let later patients know we are behind.

Dr. Trembath was born and raised in Sheridan, Wyoming. She has 5 siblings. Currently, two of her siblings also live in Thornton. After graduating from Sheridan High School, she attended Brigham Young University, where she earned a bachelors degree in civil engineering with a minor in Japanese.

While studying at BYU, Dr. Trembath did an internship at Matsumoto Doken in Matsumoto, Japan. She also spent 1.5 years in Hokkaido, Japan. After graduating from BYU, Dr. Trembath worked for a year in Southern California prior to attending Marquette University School of Dentistry.

Dr. Trembath has very fond memories of her time in Milwaukee and the friendships cultivated there. After graduating from dental school she chose to complete an optional one-year general practice residency in San Diego, CA.

Dr. Trembath loves to learn and enjoys new technology. She earns 70-100 hours of continuing education per year which is more than four times the 15 CEU required by the Colorado Dental Association. Aside from dentistry she enjoys traveling, photography, athletics and spending time with her beautifulOld English Sheepdog, Bentley, and lovable mutt, Buster.

Born and raised in Maryland, Dr. Margo Nagel attended the University of Maryland, College Park for her undergraduate studies. Following in her mothers footsteps, she went on to graduate from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, the first dental school in the world.

Dr. Nagel continued on to complete a General Practice Residency at Denver Health Medical Center, fulfilling the hospitals mission of treating our neighbors in need regardless of their ability to pay. She is honored to be able to use her skills to treat all dental needs ranging from esthetic dentistry and routine visits to emergency care. She is driven by her dedication to creating a personal connection with her patients and working as a team to help them achieve the goals that brought them to her chair.

Though she grew up on the East Coast, Dr. Nagel finds herself at home in this gorgeous state of Colorado. In her free time, she takes full advantage of the mountains and enjoys skiing, hiking and camping.

Delores is dedicated to making you feel comfortable while youre in our office. Prior to managing our office, Delores was the office manager for a law firm in Southern California; she also received a degree in Early Childhood Education. She loves working with children and is an expert at making kids feel at ease when they come in for dental treatment. During her free time Delores enjoys being outdoors, reading, gardening, baking, and sports.

CJ began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant in 2006. After receiving her BS in Behavioral Science, she returned to Trembath and is now our treatment coordinator. CJ enjoys working one-on-one with our patients to ensure they understand their dental needs and each step of their recommended treatment plan so they can receive the smile they want.

I graduated from CCD in 2008. I love what I do and strive to make great relationships with all of my patients. My goal is to educate the importance of oral health and achieve this in a way that makes my patients comfortable in my chair. I am certified in laser therapy for periodontal disease, pocket therapy and herpetic lesions. I love to educate my patients on this wonderful treatment! I have three beautiful children and a loving husband who challenge me every day to be the best that I can be. In my spare time I love the outdoors and enjoy photography.

Tammy graduated from Community College of Denver, Dental Hygiene School in 2008. She furthered her education with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of New Mexico. Tammy enjoys using the latest technology to improve my patients overall oral health. In her free time, Tammy enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling. Tammy is also laser certified to treat cold sores and do pocket therapy.

Michelle is a Colorado native and graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Centerwith a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2002. Michelle is committed to turning fear and anxiety into relief and confidence for all our patients and building long-lasting relationships with our patients to help them achieve their individual oral heath goals. She enjoys family time spent camping, riding ATVS, and spending time at the lake. Michelle is laser certified to help treat her patients with a laser. Ask her what that means for you.

Karla completed her training in dental assisting at the Emily Griffith Technical College. She prides herself on continuing to expand her skills and education to offer excellent care for her patients. Originally from Cuba, Karla spent her teenage years living in Miami before making Colorado her home. In her free time, Karla likes to spend time with her adorable dog, play tennis and badminton, and do outdoor activities.

Dre graduated in 2014 from PIMA Medical Institute as a dental assistant. He enjoys working in the dental field and appreciates working in an office that cares for each patient as an individual. He lived in southern Arizona for more than 14 years and has been in Colorado for 7 years. He enjoys spending his free time hiking in the mountains and playing with his dogs.

Lina has been an expanded duty dental assistant (EDDA) for the past 21 years. She joined the Trembath team in October 2010 and enjoys working with patients and helping to improve their smile and quality of life. Lina is a wife and a mother of three wonderful boys. During her free time, Lina enjoys camping, biking, paddle boarding , crafts, rollerblading, and hiking with her family and friends.
