Dr. Nasem specializes in dental care for children, young adults, and individuals with special needs. She truly believes that every child deserves personalized care and attentiveness at each visit because she understands the importance of positive dental experiences. As a mother of two herself, she truly cares for every child as if they were her own.Dr. Nasem's education started at Indiana University, where she was a dual major gaining a bachelor of science in Biology and a bachelor of science in Psychology. She then went to Boston, Massachusetts to study at Tufts University School of Dentistry. Graduating at the top of her dental class, she was accepted at the University of Southern California Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry for her residency in pediatric dentistry. Upon graduating, she earned the Hugh M. Kopel resident of the year award. Dr. Nasem received the highest achievement possible in pediatric dentistry, she is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist.Dr. Nasem has been practicing in South Orange County for over 8 years. During her residency, she was placed at Children's Hospital Orange County (CHOC) to gain extensive knowledge of special needs children and hospital dentistry. She cherishes this special training and continues to work at CHOC treating children in their operating room facilities. She was formerly the residency director for the Orange County hospital USCresidents and is currently on faculty at USCto help shape the pediatric dentists of the future.
Dr. Shivani Keshav was born and raised in Diamond Bar, CA. She attended University of the Pacific where she received her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. She then earned her dental degree at USC School of Dentistry. She found her passion for pediatric dentistry while providing dental care to children in underserved communities, both locally and internationally, and was awarded the ICD Humanitarian Award. She went on to complete her Pediatric Dental Residency at USC and Long Beach Memorial/Miller Childrens Hospital. During residency she was actively involved in organized dentistry as a liaison and intern where she advocated for the wellbeing of pediatric dentists and their patients.Dr. Shivani is passionate about providing quality care and oral health education through positive dental experiences for her patients!In her free time, Dr. Shivani enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, exploring cities by foot, and painting.
Dr. Dien Sun grew up in San Diego, CA, and journeyed up the California coast to complete her education. She first completed her undergraduate degree at UCLA and then headed up to San Francisco, where she received her DDS degree from UCSF. Dr. Sun found her passion for working with children while in dental school, connecting to kids in all different parts of the Bay Area through community outreach and clinical care. She then journeyed back down to Southern California, completing her two-year residency in pediatric dentistry at USC. While in residency, she trained at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, where she treated special needs children. Dr. Sun has now found her home back in SoCal, loving the beach, running, attending spin class, cooking, and spending time with her husband and their tabby cat, Peach.

This means that we offer low radiation x-rays and that our office is latex-free to ensure that diagnosis and treatment are both safe and accurate. When it comes to repairing dental cavities, we offer white zirconia crowns and we use gluten free, dye free, and mercury free materials throughout every procedure.

Such a great experience all around! The doctor was absolutely amazing and so good with kids and all the staff were so helpful! They are so organized and everything runs like a well oiled machine. This will be my boy's new dentist!

I had one of the worst experiences with them for my son. He had a filling appt. I had called them and requested them that we will be 15 min late , we arrived 18 min late and they refused to do the treatment, even after requesting them multiple times that this is the only please excuse us , they refused to relent. Update : They finally relented and treated my son.

Dr Nasem and her staff are beyond. Beyond amazing. They are truly the kindest people. So gentle with the kids. They make everyone comfortable. Going in with my 3 is a piece of cake (ages 7, 4, and 3). Nothing but praise for this group!

Dr Hsieh from Birch dental refer us here for a more detail check on my son's mouth issue. My son loves going there. Dr Sun is so attentive and nice. She speaks softly and explain everything very well. I used to very picky on facility and environment, the facilities are very clean and top notch. All my son think about going to dentist is watching movie and have a balloon. How fun!

This is the cutest and cleanest pediatric dentist office we have ever been to. The staff were all so friendly and the dentist was amazing. She took her time explaining things about my son's lip tie and answered all of our questions without rushing us. We have a wonderful experience and can't wait for our next visit!

We had a very positive, pleasant appointment for my child with special needs. The staff was super patient, loving and understanding. I am so grateful I came across this dentistry group in a Facebook mom support group. Hands down most positive pediatric dental experience my family has ever had. Will be bringing all 3 of our children back for regular dental maintenance and treatments going forward.

There aren't enough stars! We had the greatest experience at Treehouse Pediatric Dentistry with our two girls, ages 3 & 6. Our three year old is challenging to say the least and I was dreading having to take her back to the dentist after our first experience at another practice, which was a scream-fest. The girls were excited (yes excited!) from the time they walked-in after seeing the cute treehouse decor to the tablets in the treehouse! The hygienists were so sweet and let the girls feel and touch all of the tools they used, explained what they were doing, joked with them, and kept it light. Dr. Nasem was also so sweet and fun with the girls, especially our three year old, that Dr. Nasem even had her laughing! The girls also left with so much swag that I think they'll be asking me when they can go back! Cannot recommend this practice enough.

Grateful to Dr Nasem and the entire staff for easing my daughter's visit and calming her anxiety while fixing a chipped tooth. Went from tears to beaming smile in 30 minutes :) also she's grateful for her new fav T-shirt and balloon.

I have a four year old and a two year old that look forward to going to the "treehouse" to see the tooth doctor! The clinic is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The staff interacts so well with the kids to make them feel so comfortable. We highly recommend!
