Our childrens dentist office provides comprehensive treatments like fillings, pulpotomies and crowns, preventing the need to be referred off-site.
Plus, with a variety of sedation options available, your child can relax or nap right through his or her procedure, sparing him or her (and you!) unnecessary anxiety. Its perfect for little ones who have had a bad experience in the past, or who need a lot of work done.
We stay busy both in and outside of our office. We work with community groups and programs throughout the year like Toys for Tots, the Family Fun Expo, Santas Enchanted Village, the YMCA, and the Growing Room nursery school. When you see us around, be sure to stop and say hi!
In a sense you might say that my entire life has revolved around teeth in one way or another. When I was young, my father and grandfather shared a Dental office in Indiana. After Id graduated from Indiana School of Dentistry, I joined the family practice. That is when my real education in Dentistry began.
Dental school gave me the basics, but my grandfather inspired me to reach for a higher standard. He always told me, If you take care of people, they will take care of you. It became the simple truth that Ive used to guide my career in Dentistry.
I am so grateful to this office , I called with an emergency and they got me in the next day. My son is 6 years old and had an abscessed molar. They were able to see him and even extracted it the same day without a second thought. The girls were so caring and attentive to my son, making sure he was comfortable and relaxed. We will definitely be back for his dental care !
This is my first review anywhere, and Im proud to say that it is for Treehouse! My 5-year-old literally went from hating the dentist to wanting to be one after just two visits!! After enduring a painstaking root canal and terrible bedside manners at a major competitor, we knew that Treehouse truly cared about my son, and even performed his final root canal successfully with zero issues and in no time at all! They even saved us a fortune by avoiding anesthesia. My family (and wallet) thank you!!!
Just an FYI I just had two clients in my salon this morning who both said they love this practice and it was very affordable. My son needed a dentist this morning and I picked another dentist bc of the review that was left here. When I got to work and told my clients they were both shocked bc both of their two children see dentists at tree house and they all love it. Hope this helps any one else who may turn this place down. I wouldnt have had I asked clients at the salon first!

After paying before I left with my 5 year old I get a bill for $216 over a year later. Stating if I could not prove I paid I would need to pay. Their excuse was the employee they had working for them didn't do their job correctly.

Went for 2 tooth extractions for my son and on the website its 59.00 new patient exam with x-rays.they didnt give me the new patient price and charged for x- Ray's because they said it's a different type of x ray they needed which is bull. All said and done they charged 668.00 to extract 2 teeth . I'll never go again.

I brought both kids because they had a special for cleaning, exam, and X-rays for $59.00. I paid out of pocket in full because they didn't accept my dental insurance at the time. They told me I should switch my dental insurance to one they accept which I did. To find out, they tried to commit insurance fraud and billed our new dental insurance for the same services I paid in full. Our new dental insurance denied the claim because it wasn't active at the time of service (which I paid for in full). I received a bill from Treehouse dental for services I paid for in full the day of the service. I had to call them several times to get an appointment to get my kids cavity filled and they always say they are going to call me back but never do. I am genuinely disappointed with the services and the insurance fraud. I plan on reporting them to the board. I also want to add that we went and got a second opinion at another reputable pediatric dental and they said my son did not need all the work that Treehouse quoted us. Treehouse wanted to charge us over $4K and the reputable dentist is charging us only $259 with no insurance.

The dentist is great so are the techs, however the company Bonita Dental Care who own is Treehouse is corrupt, they lie and they will take you for anything they can get they even tried to pu tmy childs difference the insurance would not pay $1200 for 2 fillings over what I paid in cash on my bill they took a loan out and lied about the total. Which started at $25000 was to be pd in full then wanted another $15000 2 days before surgery. well they tried to put my childs money on there + the 3.500 they get from Green Sky insurance for getting them the loan that is for the Dentist to pay NOT the person getting the loan. Green sky knew nothing about it. Then Green Sky tells me they tried to get $50,000 dbl the amount for the $25,000 loan I also knew nothing about! Got out as fast as I could!!!. STAY AWAY!!!

Horrible experience. We have been a patient for several months. My first indication was we NEVER saw any other patients in the office. NOW I know why.. They are very unprofessional, horrible follow up to a dental plan. You are on your own there. We saw different dentists because the turnover on doctors. Do not send your child here.

We had a really great experience. Myself, my husband and two kids. The Dr's are very professional and there's no doubt about their expertise. The administration personnel were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Bonita Dental and the Treehouse.

Wow wow wow. Do NOT go there!!!! I took my kid. We did xrays,check up and got the treatment plan with insurance. When we went back for first procedure,we were billed differently. When i asked why,here is the treatment plan...they took it and gave me different one cause there was a code error. Wow. I would be better off w no insurance. The front desk ,sorry for saying,not the sharpest. Not helpful and eye-rolling.

DO NOT bring your child here! My daughter had a dental emergency they scheduled me for her to be seen in 2 weeks and then a day before the scheduled appointment they called me to reschedule because according to the assistant the doctor is ONLY there on Thursday's. So the day comes for the 2nd appointment and I go in 15 minutes early only to be kept waiting an hour. Meanwhile, 4 people that came in AFTER me were seen right away. VERY suspicious. I go up to ask the assistant why is it taking so long only for her to say she's going to check and all she did was sit there at her desk and do nothing. This place is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time.

We have been going for many years to this dentist and this past year it has changed, in a bad way. I don't ever see the same doctor, the staff always keeps changing, nobody returns my calls for appointments that my kids NEED, and I tell them I need to be scheduled for one thing and they don't schedule it correctly! My 2 year old has had a cavity they knew about since the beg of this year, probably earlier than that. Took them MONTHS for the "office manager" to even call and get him scheduled then it was cancelled due to Covid. I understand that, what I don't understand is I called a month ago and told them I need it scheduled again and they "have to see it again". Once AGAIN I brought him in for the same cavity and ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS WITH NO CALL BACK TO SCHEDULE AGAIN! MY SONS CAVITY IS NOW SO BAD THAT THE WHOLE TOOTH IS ALMOST GONE, and I will be calling someone about this negligence. Every single person in that office now seems like they don't know what theY are doing!!!! I will be transferring to a dentists office who is competent and who can actually function like an office.

Nara, Tayla and Lauren. Nuff said. But for real I had spent my whole life since birth with the same dentist until I had to move here to Bonita Springs. My son and I were SO nervous about changing dentist and actually tried 3 others and left until Treehouse was found. The ENTIRE staff is beyond friendly, dedicated, knowledgable and trusting. My now 13 yr old son ended up so comfortable with Tayla that he always jokes with her and actually hugs her before he leaves. He's been through many stages and just finally got his braces off and if ever there was any issue or concern they made sure he was cared for 100% and worked with our schedules. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
