Our team members have over 60 years of combined experience. They joined Tree of Life because they feel called to support children and families in our community and around the world. Our mission allows them to serve their patients every day while also creating impact worldwide.
Melissa is an extremely knowledgeable dental assistant who is sure to make each patient feel comfortable. Melissa has been working in dentistry since 2001, and graduated from the Dental Assistant Program at Indiana University South Bend in 2006. After graduating from Indiana University, Melissa continued her training to become an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She proudly holds certifications as a CDA, EFDA, CPFDA. I truly enjoy using my skills in restorative dentistry and Im excited to provide exceptional dentistry as a part of the Tree Of Life Team.
Melissa is the mother to Ivan and Isadora, and hosts two foreign exchange students each school year. She married her high school sweetheart Fred. Melissa is an animal lover at heart and provides a loving home to her pets which include dogs, cats, a box turtle, and several gold fish.

STUCK WITH $1000 BILL!!! Not only does it feel like they make recommendations to bill your insurance the maximum amount, my entire family got their recommended treatment under the pretense that insurance should cover most of the cost (without verifying) then stuck our family with a $1000 dollar bill. Proceed with caution and make sure their accept your insurance prior to accepting any treatment!!!!

The office was super nice, the staff was kind and caring, and they took the time to explain everything being done to make sure I was comfortable with everything. A great experience! I'm so glad to have found Tree of Life.

Tree of Life Dental is everything it's advertised. Dr. Dan is kind, compassionate and won't sell you anything you don't need. He is very professional and reasonable. Glad I made the switch! Highly recommend!
