Wonderful office! I can't say enough about how supportive, helpful, and professional the staff and dentists are. There is no doubt--they truly care for each and every one of the patients. I am so grateful for this dental clinic.

Can't say enough about Tree City Dental. Both Dr. Connaughton and Dr. Bator, along with the great staff make you feel like you are going to see friends! Sounds strange too say about a dental office, but it is true. The front office staff "always" remember your name, the hygienists are all gentle, informative and non judgmental. The assistants explain everything that is going to go on during your procedure and help make you feel comfortable. I can watch tv for distraction..... believe me I need that with my high dental anxiety!!! I have been going for approx. 5 years, and was extremely nervous at the beginning, to the point of crying . I can now say that I actually fell asleep during my last my procedure with Dr. Bator. They are all not created equal. If you want the best and most caring dental office, Go to Tree city dental! Thank you Tree City Dental. Long lifer !!

Hands down the best cleaning and care I have ever received at a dental office in my life. As someone who has pretty high anxiety going to the dentist I was expecting to have the same experience as always...an office that gets you in, tells you you have a ton of work to have done, some scolding and extreme nerves, and that simply did not happen here. The staff and Drs at Tree City truly put their patients above anything else. They are kind and compassionate, they explain everything in detail as to why treatments are needed and do it all while putting you at ease. I was extremely impressed and can say with complete confidence that I have never been to an office like this. Erin gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. Every cleaning in the past has been painful and I could not believe that at Tree City I had a pain free cleaning. I appreciate the kindness, the compassion, and the cozy atmosphere of the office. Being able to watch tv and put headphones on during treatment is a huge plus as well! Thank you everyone at Tree City Dental for going above and beyond for you patients. It truly shows that you do care. Y'all are the best!

Everyone is kind, calming and pleasant at Tree City Dental. You'll have a private room for your cleaning and you can watch TV on the ceiling and listen on headphones if you want to be distracted. Or you can chat with your hygienest because they're all really nice. I've had both Docs do my exams and they are both knowledgeable and professional. Our whole family of 8 has gone to Tree City for ten years--they're the best!

Just had another awesome experience at Tree City Dental! Dr. Bator explained each step of my procedure, was able to preserve more of my natural tooth, and the staff was helpful, humorous, and compassionate-as always. Love this place!

Had another fantastic dental cleaning with Katie today! She and Malia are both amazing hygienists and educators. Dr. Connaughton and Dr. Bator are simply THE best dentists I've had the pleasure of working with in my 20 year dental career. The assistant team members always go above and beyond in making patients comfortable, while the administrative staff is top notch-- you will always be greeted by a friendly, familiar face. I cannot say enough great things about this office! Awesome dental office. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!

I'm writing this review after my second ever visit to Tree City Family Dental. I am beyond thrilled with how my visit went, including my level of comfort and the care showed to me throughout. Let me explain, as I don't feel as though these words are enough. I came in a little bit anxious. I had two fillings I needed replaced. Typically this is a pretty painful process for me and I will feel varying degrees of pain from the initial numbing injections to jaw-clenching and involuntary spasms. None of this happened during my visit, which surprised me and pleased me greatly. I was offered a blanket, I was given water. Still, I was anxious. I get physical symptoms of anxiety so my hands were tingling which is my tell-tale start of a potential panic attack. The dental assistant named Regina started making small talk with me, and she managed to ease my anxiety before it even started. When the dentist himself was ready to start, he explained he was going to use a dental dam for the procedure and the benefits of it. Trusting the process, I go with the flow not knowing what to expect. He applied the numbing ointment and left it for a minute. So far so good. When he came back, it was time for the injection. This is usually the worst part so I braced myself... but no pain ever came. Bewildered, in went the dental dam and the spacer I could bite onto. It felt odd at first, but soon I was settled in and found comfort in this new "barrier" that separated me from what was happening in my mouth in a lot of ways. I didn't have to worry about my tongue placement, and it was easy to swallow if I needed to. Typically I get fatigued when I have to manually hold my mouth open for extended periods of time. I get muscle spasms and I'm generally quite uncomfortable throughout. The process this dentist used completely erased all of those problems. I was so comfortable with my blanket and started to get relaxed to the point of almost falling asleep. The entire process was completely pain-free and while the numbing agent is still wearing off as I type, I'm smiling a somewhat lop-sided smile still thinking about my experience. I'm SO glad I decided to go to Tree City Family Dental. Thank you to the entire team!

I have been a patient of Dr. Connaughton for the past 22 years. I am always so proud to recommend his services to anyone who needs a top notch Dentist. He excels in every aspect of his profession! He holds to the highest standards and most current technologies in dentistry. He was able to give me a permanent crown in just one visit. Throughout COVID-19, the office has been so careful to use sterile methods. I felt 100% safe in each and every visit. My father had severe dementia during the last six years of his life. Dr. Connaughton and his staff gave him tender loving attention to meet his unique and special needs during a very difficult time. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Connaughton and his staff. They all have truly been a blessing for me and my family and friends. Thank you for all the sincere, kind, honest and professional work you do for us!

I haven't had a regular dentist for most of my life and I recently had an appointment at Tree City after a recommendation from many coworkers. Malia did an excellent job thoroughly explaining things she noticed about my teeth as well as cleaning them with the utmost attention to detail. Dr. Connaughton was very knowledgeable as well and offered some helpful advice. Overall, I was very impressed with my visit and I look forward to my return.

Best dentist practice, hands down. I have a decent amount of dental anxiety. Great new patient experience (fuzzy blanket and tv), Judi did a great job getting my insurance and explaining it all to me, Malia did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my teeth- thorough but not painful, and she explained everything to me which was so great! Dr. C was great and I really appreciate him squeezing me in the same day to get some work done. Appreciate the whole team! Thank y'all!

Everyone there is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The scheduling process was easy and you can complete the initial paperwork online before you arrive. The facility is very modern but still has a comfortable feel, you almost forget you are in a dentist's office! I am actually looking forward to my next visit!
