Our friendly staff is dedicated to caring for you and your entire family's oral health and well-being. We take the time to create a personalized treatment for each patient and we offer a wide range of services. It is our goal to make your visit with us an extremely pleasant one and to send you home with a beautiful and healthy smile.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.
Ava has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 35 plus years she considers herself blessed to have been with Dr. Trecartin for 21 of those years. It goes without say that many of her patients are truly like family. She is privileged to have provided care for many at there very first dental visit and has celebrated many chapters of there lives with them. For Ava it has been much more than a job. She truly loves helping patients improve overall dental health through education understanding and compassion. Her goal is to make you as comfortable as possible while getting the most fabulous smile. She has a heart for her patients and welcomes the opportunity to share experiences at every visit. She has just completes an Orofacial Myology coarse to extend even more compressive care.
Cheryl joined our team in early 2019. A native of Bergen county, she currently resides in Flemington, NJ. After seven years of searching, she finally found a great practice to work for thats close to home. She received her Associates in Applied Science from Bergen Community College and has been practicing dental hygiene for 22 years. She loves getting to know her patients and hopes to create a lasting friendship with them. She looks forward to improving their overall dental health.
At home Cheryl loves to be involved in the busy lives of her two sons, cheering them on in sports, and life. Her interests include many kinds of sports, the beach and car racing. In her occasional down time she enjoys cur l ing up and relaxing with her two cats.
Crystal joined our team in 2014 and now has over 15 years of experience as a dental assistant. She offsets the sometimes highly charged environment with her somewhat quiet yet calming personality. One of the things she enjoys most about dentistry is to see how changing a patients smile transforms their lives. She has the unique ability to bring humor and entertainment into even the most ordinary of days. Crystal is a dedicated team member who helps give our patients the highest standard of care.
Crystal welcomed a daughter in February 2021 and is a great mom to her three children. She stays busy planning parties, cooking, baking and doing crafts. Not only as a class mom but for her many friends and family members also.
Tess joined our team in May 2020, very eager to learn everything she can about dentistry. Tess is great with people and enjoys making patients feel relaxed and comfortable. She is a fast learner and is looking forward to building a career close to home.

An easy 5 stars...they are a knowledgeable staff with a terrific and genuine bedside manner. Establishing a familiar and trusting rapport was easy, which is an especially important quality when you're trusting somebody to perform the art of dentistry with you, lol. Dr. Tricartin and his staff are always so patient and caring when I visit. I always feel like they have my best interest and although I'm always a nervous wreck, I leave wondering what I was so nervous about. Great dentist and great staff.

I don't usually like to go the to dentist, for reasons I'm sure you can imagine. However I must say that my experience At Trecartin dentistry was as good as it gets. I can use many complimentary superlatives to describe my visit but I will keep it simple. They are extremely professional, kind, courteous and thorough. Dr. Trecartin family staff is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Ava, a Dental Hygienist was very professional, friendly and very proficient. I highly recommend this group to any one requiring professional dental needs. On 7/26/2022. I revisited the dental practice for my six monthly check up and cleaning of teeth. The staff was very cordial and after filling out a questionnaire on Covid 19 Virus exposure and checking my temperature, Ava and another aide cleaned my teeth and checked my mouth thoroughly by Dr. Trecartin's daughter. They were all very professional , courteous and got my appointment for next six monthly visit. I felt the office is kept very clean and they are well aware of good hygiene. Both Ava and the aide wore face masks, face shields , gloves for protection. All the tools used for cleaning etc were in a sealed plastic bags. I highly recommend Dr. Trecartin and his staff for any and all dental related needs.

Everyone there is so GREAT !!! The dentists , all of the hygienists, the front desk. Every single person is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Dr. Trecartin fixed an old crown for me. I was / am so nervous being at the dentist. He is so patient and empathetic. Made me feel so at ease. My whole family loves going there. Side note - SUPER HAPPY with my Invisalign results Dr. Trecartin did ! :-)
