I procrastinated on getting a deep cleaning for several years because my previous dentist (not from this place, I had a different one from a whole entirely other place!) was very intimidating and wasn't very good at explaining so I was confused on exactly what was happening. In comparison, when I went to get my cleaning at Treat Boulevard Dentistry, not only is the facility spacious, up-to-date, and clean, the staff were really hospitable and answered all my questions! They explained in depth the results of my dental x-rays and what goes on in a procedure and why exactly I needed it. I feel like they went above and beyond so I feel very much in good hands for any future appointments I need to get. ^_^

First of all Dr Sood and her staff have great attitude, always smiling and always friendly. The office is professional, very efficient and easy to access in Walnut Creek. The hygienists are great and make each visit very agreable.

I had the best experience I could ask for. Professional, friendly, and fair. Karla made every effort to make sure I got the best possible care using my insurance and coming with creative out of pocket options. Definitely staying with their practice.

Terrific customer service and professional staff. I have had cleanings, Invisalign, deep gum cleaning and cavities filled here and all of it was done very well.

This is the most pleasant dental experience I've had. All staff are kind and reassuring. The doctor explain everything before each appointment and make sure you're comfortable Highly recommended this Treat Boulevard Dentistry.

I was In actively searching for a new dentist because I did not like the hygiene at my previous dentist. While searching I took a fall in my swimming pool and hit my front teeth making the search much more urgent. A good friend of mine referred me to Dr. Sood and I was able to obtain an appointment the next day and be seen by Dr. Sood. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted with warmth and smiles, combined with amazing chair side manner and reassurance by the staff and especially Dr. Sood. It was such a warm comfortable feeling that right then and there I decided I'm switching doctors to Dr. Sood. I was able to secure a cleaning right away, and I have to say it was one of the best cleanings I have ever had. Prior to providing me with the cleaning I was asked whether I'd like a gentle touch or a little harder feel, I was asked what was it about my previous hygiene experience that I did not enjoy. And everything I said was taken into consideration. My hygienist was Jessica and she was amazing she was kind and warm and made sure I was comfortable and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I am going back again to deal with the front tooth I knocked loose, but I am confident I am in great hands with Dr. Sood and her talented staff.

I have been a patient her for years. Dr. Sood, the technicians, and the rest of the staff are very friendly and extremely welcoming. They always help me understand what I need to keep my teeth and hums happy and healthy and I never feel pushed or pressured into unnecessary visits or procedures, as I usually do at other dental offices. And most of all, instead of dreading my dental appointments, at Treat Blvd Dentistry, I look forward to my next visit.

Treat Blvd Dentistry has made me be able to relax at the dentist. I had really bad dental trauma from another office and between their caring and upbeat positive staff I have been able to overcome it. I will not wver go anywhere else! Dr Sood and everyone have been great!

My family use Treat Boulevard Dentistry, our experience here has been awesome, they are very nice and patient with the kids, so the girls love going there. Overall, the service is great.

Very efficient practice. Everyone at the practice is nice and welcoming. Hygienist. And Dental Assistants are very efficient at their jobs and happy to answer any questions you might have. Dr. Sood is very good at explaining what is needed and what she is doing. While it's not totally painless, I believe this is the best dental care I have experienced.

Treat Dentistry is the absolute BEST! Dr. Sood is truly phenomenal! The staff and the dental professionals are not simply dentists...but healers! My dear sister who is completely compromised physically and mentally will freeze in most situations with dental being the absolute worst. Yet, when she is with the amazing staff of Treat Dentistry, she walks away sparkling inside and out. The tremendous staff at Treat Dentistry create an uplifting and caring atmosphere that my dear sister not only trusts but allows treatment to maintain her health. We have searched high and low for someone to understand my sister. To my surprise, I discovered that every single aspect of this practice aligns with attending to the individual. No one is a number. After "Treat Dentistry, I do not trust my sisters dental health with any other. We travel every appointment from Penn Valley CA. to Walnut Creek CA. because of the amazing consideration, care, an absolute expertise. I have learned the hard way that there is a difference between a professional and a healer. Treat Dentistry combines the two effortlessly. Truly grateful for such amazing people!

I don't often leave reviews, but every now and then I feel potential customers need to be warned in advance. most existing clients will be familiar with what I describe below. I had (until today) been a loyal patient of Treat Boulevard Dentistry. Things were were very smooth under the leadership of Dr Mary Zacharia. Even back then, I was very accommodating, as for more than 50% of my appointments, I would be contacted and asked if I could come at a different time as it was more convenient for them. I almost always flexible and would accommodate these requests. This continued one the leadership switched to Dr Sood, and for the better part, I would continue to accommodate these requests (again current customers know these requests all too well). That was until today when I arrived for my 10.30 appointment per my text confirmations, just after 10.20, and they said actually my appointment was supposed to be at 10.00am and they would NOT accommodate me. I requested my records so that I could go to another dentist and I requested to speak to Dr Sood. I was told she was busy with another patient. 11.00am comes along and three patients arrive. Over the next few minutes they all go to their dental hygienists. NOONE comes out. I asked if I was the only patient they were supposed to have at 10.00am as no patients had come out. They said I was...... I repeated that they had told me that Dr Sood wasn't able to see me because she was "supposedly" seeing another patient, yet there were NO other patients there. This is the new leadership here at Treat Boulevard Dentistry. The cancer (the lies and the deception) start at the top with Dr Sood and continue down to the administrative staff. This leadership and cancer started when Dr Sood took over and her leadership (or complete lack there of) is rampart throughout the administration of this organization. Note: the Dental Hygienist's actually do an acceptable job and are NOT the reason for leaving this practice. For any potential new patient thinking of joining this practice, think again if you want a cancerous practice from the leader Dr Sood and down. There are plenty of other practices out there where you don't have to deal with this. Dr Mary... why did you leave??? Thinks were great when you were leading this practice!

The whole office staff is wonderful!! My dental hygienist is top notch and one I've been seeing for several years now. My dental hygienist takes her time with her assessment and is very detailed with her work. Karla is very kind and personable. They're very flexible & accommodating with their schedule. Thank you for a great experience every time!!
