Direct communication and openly explored options/alternatives to surgery. Very professional, would have been very easy for them to proceed with an expensive and potentially unnecessary surgery. Instead provided me with options and took the time to educate and answer questions. Very positive experience and would highly recommend.

Dr. Cole Anderson was paid to remove a baby tooth and place a bone graft. After getting x-rays from a difference dentist we found out that Dr. Cole Anderson left the roots and place the bone graft on top. We requested a refund because he caused a mess we had to pay a second dentist to have root removed and a second bone graft. We were rudely declined and doctor was unapologetic.

From the front desk to billing, the ladies were kind and helpful. I was pretty nervous and the dental assistant was so sweet and personable. Dr. Anderson was very informative and worked very quickly. I was not in any pain after anesthesia. Would highly recommend!!

They were absolutely great. Very helpful and friendly. I was getting all my wisdom teeth removed, and one of them was impacted. I had been dreading my appointment for 2 weeks. However, they were nice and professional, and assured me I had nothing to worry about. Dr Cole Anderson was such a funny guy and fun to talk to! Him and his staff made this whole experience a pleasant one and I really did have nothing to worry about. Definitely recommend!

Great experience! Dr Cole was very fast, and his staff is wonderful. My only concern was that they let my son leave so quickly, barely coming out of his anesthesia.

The staff is so kind and helpful, they're very personable and make you feel comfortable and safe before your work is done, the building is clean and well taken care of, I will personally keep returning for any work needing to be done!

It was quick getting my wisdom teeth out, all four. I remember a lady talking to me while I was drugged up and she was very sweet and helpful, she helped my boyfriend as well. Kind people and they took care of my teeth without me leaving in a lot of pain and after the drugs were out I still don't feel damage but the doctor left some bone in my mouth later causing a very painful infection. I went back and they gave me antibiotics and it healed. Very painful infection.

I found Dr Anderson to be rude and unprofessional. I was scheduled for a biopsy so I was a little nervous and anxious to get it over with. I was made to sit and wait for an hour and a half with no explanation before the doctor finally decided to grace us with his presence. I was also sent home with no pain medicine, told to take Tylenol for the pain. Tylenol did nothing for the excruciating pain I was in. Needless to say, I will not be recommending him to anyone.

Went into office for appointment, started well but after waiting past my appointment time patient that arrived after me was seen before me. I feel that this is very unprofessional, I also lost money as having to leave work early for appointment. Would not recommend office for dental work.
