Dr. Travis E. Walding is originally from Abilene, TX but has called Houston home since 2014. Dr. Walding completed his undergraduate degree in Biology from Abilene Christian University before earning his D.D.S. degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, a program that is considered one of the top dental schools in the country.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society, as well as the Academy of General Dentistry and its local Houston chapter. Dr. Walding stays active within these professional organizations by serving on multiple committees which helps to advance the profession of dentistry in Houston. With his commitment to continuing education, he is always keeping up with the most recent advancements in dentistry to provide treatment options that are the most appropriate for maintaining the health of his patients. Most importantly, Dr. Walding takes a personable approach towards his practice and each patient to ensure that they feel comfortable with all aspects of their dental care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Walding serves on the board of directors of the Back Porch Foundation, a nonprofit organization that he helped established along with friends of his from college. He is also involved with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo where he serves as a member of the Mutton Bustin committee. In his free time, Dr. Walding is usually chasing around his two sons, Eli and Hank, with his wife Emily and their dog Noodles, but he tries to get in a round of golf whenever time allows.

A wonderful dentist's office! Dr. Walding and his staff were fantastic from scheduling through the appointment. His office was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Dr. Walding himself was friendly, informative and professional. Highly recommend him

Everyone in Dr. Waldings office are so friendly and helpful! What I like most about Dr. Walding is that he genuinely wants you to understand what he is doing and never tries to sell or pressure you to do unnecessary things. He also does Invisalign, which I am currently doing with him! If you can, you should definitely go here. I didn't go to a dentist for a long time because I felt like I couldn't trust them, so glad I finally decided to go here!

I have been seeing Dr. Walding for a couple of years, and I have always had a great experience with all of the staff, they know your name as you walk in the door, and they are very prompt with seeing you right at your scheduled appointment time. He's the first dentist that gave me an option for Invisalign to correct a cross bite, and I've been very pleased with the results!

Dr. Walding has been my dentist for approximately 2 years. My previous dentist retired and Dr. Walding took over his practice. He's done a great job with my terrible European teeth. He's always on time, and explains exactly what's happening during each visit. The staff is great as well. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

Dr. Walding and his team are simply wonderful! I've had nothing but positive experiences - appts are kept on time, the procedures have all been painless, I always know what the fee will be (no surprise up-charges), and he provides clear treatment plan details so I know what to expect. The entire staff are warm, caring individuals who never shame me for not flossing enough or letting too much time pass between visits. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Walding and his staff are the best! It's been over a year since I've last been to the dentist, so his hygienist made sure to get all the grooves of my teeth. I even inquired about having one of my filings replaced, but Dr. Walding was honest and said that if it's not broken, why replace? Now that's what you call an honest dentist!

Dr. Travis Walding and staff deliver a stellar first class operation second to none. At the start of first contact with Lacey, you immediately know that you are going to receive the highest client service. Lacey goes out of her way to schedule you according to your schedule and she follows up with reminder emails regarding your upcoming appointment. She makes her job look easy but she does so much more but you would never know it. The client attention received from Brittany is unsurpassed from the smallest detail up. Her demeanor is always very welcoming, relaxing, and upbeat. Dr. Walding and Brittany make a great working team! Amy takes on every cleaning as if it were her own teeth. Amy loves a challenge and is laser focused to deliver the ultimate teeth cleaning. Amy has given me the best teeth cleaning I have ever received. I always leave satisfied and my teeth are sparkling. Dr. Walding explains in detail each treatment and invites your questions. He wants everyone to be knowledgeable of the plan he has laid out before he begins. I just saw Dr. Walding today for a slightly chipped tooth and was also overdue for a cleaning. He is very thorough, and gave me options on what I could do and honest opinions about what he thought. He answered all of my questions in detail. I left feeling much much better than when I went in. Wonderful.
