Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone in this office is kind and professional. Everything is explained and they take their time to make you feel cared for and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a copy of the full report that was sent to my dentist in the mail. Turned out a root canal was probably not the best option for me but If I ever have to have one, this is where I'll be going. Thank you Dr Caissie and staff for your support and guidance.

My name is Wayne DiBartolomeo and I needed a root canal ASAP. Dr. Caissie was recommended by other Dentists as the best root canal specialist. Believe me he is the best. Not only was the whole experience pain free, I had no pain or discomfort the next day. Everbody warned me that I would be in pain after the anesthesia wore off but I can honestly say that I felt nothing. Dr. Caissie is surrounded by a genuinely caring staff that gives you a sense of confidence in their abilities. Nobody wants a root canal but if you need one Dr. Caissie's office is the best choice you have. I apologize for the length of my review but he made a stressful situation into a pleasurable experience. Thank you Dr. Caissie and all your staff.

Dr. Cassie and his staff are very professional and caring. I've had three root canals done by Dr. Cassie and have been very pleased. I wouldn't want to do business with anyone else!!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Caisse and staff if you require a root canal. This morning I had disappointing and upsetting news not only that I needed a root canal, but due to calcification I required a specialist. I was able to be seen a couple hours later and after a hectic morning the calm atmosphere was soothing. The procedure was almost painless, the staff kind and informative, and I left relieved!

My family dentist refereed me Dr Travis Caissie here in lake Mary FL ! I've never had a root canal and I was petrified. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in as helped ease my fear. Dr. Travis Caissie was incredibly informative, kind, patient and skilled. Other than the pinch from the numbing, I felt nothing! He talked me through the whole thing and gave me complete confidence in his ability. My dentist told me, "If you have to have a root canal, Dr. Caissie is your guy" and I'd definitely have to agree! I would also like to appreciate his honest advice. My family dentist and previous endodontics suggested root canal, however Dr Caissie said i do not have to go for it and simple fillings would work. Now a days it is almost impossible to find honest doctor like him.

I've had a handful of root canals in my lifetime and my experience at Dr Caissie's office was the best experience. Everyone on staff is very pleasant and professional and they create a very relaxed ambiance. Definitely will go back when I need an endodontist.

My only regret is that more than a five-star rating wasn't available. I would say my experience was exceptional! Starting with staff members to Dr. Cassie himself I was made at ease and comfortable, and they are true professionals. I'd rather not need their services again, but should the need arise there is nowhere else for me!

The lady at the front doesn't have a friendly bone in her body I was nervous about my procedure so I started a conversation with her and she was just rude never said a word back to me just smiled and nodded. Dr. Caissie's assistant was FABULOUS!! I loved her so sweet very nice. Dr. Caissie is great also but after the procedure I'm in a ton of pain and Dr. Caissie did not prescribe me anything for pain so I try calling the office they Tylenol and ibuprofen well I tried all of that before I called they just blew me off and said Dr Caissie would call me at the end of the day. He never called. I've been calling his emergency for over an hour and have still yet to hear back from him in the meantime I have been suffering in pain all day! Very Disappointed

Very poor , communication and I am being charged after almost a year for services they could not resolve with insurance company. They were paid in full by myself and insurance company.

I was seen twice, charged $150 for evaluation and nothing was done. Said he couldn't do anything without speaking to my dentist. I came second time supposedly for a procedure , but again, however, again charged me $200 and told me nothing could be done! So why was I charged again and for what? These people are unscrupulously charging fees for nothing. Bait and switch! Tell there's going to be a procedure (bait), and then when I arrived nothing was extracted except my money and time!!! (Switch) What a disappointment!!! If they couldn't do anything, then tell beforehand and I wouldn't have wasted my time!

I very nervous coming in to get a root canal but as soon as I met Dr. Caissie he reassured me that he will make me as comfortable as possible during the procedure. His assistant was so nice and also made me feel comfortable. Before he started he used a numbing rub on medication that made the shots feel like nothing. My experience here was fantastic and I would refer any friends or family to him. Thank you so much Dr.Caissie and staff.
