Dr. Zoutendam works efficiently. I had a new crown made in office and he was meticulous at getting the fit right through imagery and then actual placement. And, to boot, it was a pain-free dental process!

I had an issue with a crown, the awesome ladies and Dr stayed after hours to get me fixed up enough to get to work and finish during the next appointment. Thank you Dr Zoutendam for being patient and kind. From one perfectionist to another, thank you again.

We had an urgent need with my daughter & an abscessed tooth. The staff fit us in right away. They are all very friendly staff & Dr. did a great job explaining what he was doing. He helped make my daughter feel comfortable & less nervous about having her tooth pulled.

I have been a patient of Doc Z and his team for just about 20 years. I am so thankful for all of the care and attention I have received from this dental office. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone living in the TC area! Thanks Dr. Z and team!

If i could leave 0 stars I would. I've never used this business but Dr & Mrs Zoutendam are some of the most money-hungry, cruel people I've ever dealt with. I was a resident in the apartments they have next to their office. They charge people an arm & a leg for every little thing they can think of like they don't already have money flowing from the dental business. The blatant avoidance of everything wrong with these units is astonishing to me. The apartments themselves were built cheap with outdated appliances, poor insulation & sound proofing, and of course the TINY parking spaces that are strictly ONE per unit. (Quite unrealistic for units with families & young couples.) And they want you to pay almost $2,000 a month NOT including utilities. When you move in, there is a hefty cleaning fee. I thought this was amazing upon first moving in, but then come time to move out & Mrs Zoutendam sends an absolutely insane list of things expected. If you don't do these things? $150 fee. If you need to push back the move out date one whole day when they don't have the cleaning crew coming until the next day? $150 fee. I could continue to rant about these vultures, but I feel i've said enough. I am convinced they have no empathy or compassion. I am so grateful to be out of this place & never look back.

Dr zoutendam, and his team are hands down, the best in traverse city. They are extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and professional. I have, and will continue to recommend them to everybody looking for a affordable dentist..

I have been seeing Dr. Zoutendam and Lisa for years and I really enjoy the experience. They have also updated their X-ray equipment and seem to keep up with technology. I highly recommend!

My husband and I relocated to Elk Rapids, and we needed to find a good dentist. We were referred to Dr. Zoutendam by a friend. The staff were very friendly, and the waiting room made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Dr. Zoutendam.
