This dentist office is amazing. Dr. Macare is the best dentist I have ever encountered in my 60+years. So professional but makes you feel so welcome. Renee my hygienist cleans my teeth so great. No pain involved. These ladies work together so good and make me feel like family. You can tell this office cares and wants to make sure your comfortable and happy. Today I had the most pleasant experience I've ever had in a dental office. My initial appointment was with Dr. Christopher Mazzola. I was taken into a room where the doctor discussed my past and present issues with my teeth. This discussion lasted one hour as he intently listened to my concerns. I never have received such special attention at any other dental office before. Later, I was escorted by the lovely Samantha into the examining room. Once again, he spent a lengthy amount of time educating me about our next steps in my dental path. To my amazement, I was scheduled for a cleaning the next day! I left the office feeling so well cared for and completely confident in Dr. Mazzola's weath of knowledge in this area. I'm more than thrilled that I now have him as my dentist.

I have been a patient with Traverse Dental for over 25 years. I have had 2 dentists during that time. I now have Dr. Christina and her 2 wonderful assistants. I have vertigo really bad and was so hesitant starting over and if she could work with me. It makes me so happy to say "she did it!" The new crown in my mouth is beautiful! From the time you call to make appointment or have a question, they get right back with you! Thank you so much!

For the 1 week I was working there I saw a situation 2 dentists hiding running behind multiple doors/walls to evesdrop on convos while working. Was very childlike. Maybe they wanted to get notes or info on a situation with either a patient or worker but the dramatic scene made me feel very good about not being a hired. I felt while working a very judgemental atmosphere with exception of the manager who I very much liked. One dr goes to my church but i feel though they play the part they actually arent as good of people as they think they are. The actual work they do on restorations is good. #nottruecatholic

I am so thrilled with Dr. Swan, Abby & Michelle. It's been a year long journey with them & I couldn't have asked for a better team! Dr. Swan is so knowledgeable, caring & a very skilled oral surgeon. I placed my trust in him & he did a wonderful job! Abby & Michelle are also very caring, very skilled & very compassionate. They made me feel as comfortable as possible throughout this journey. I can't say enough good things about them all! Lastly, thank you Kelly for making all the arrangements to be sure my teeth arrived on time. You are also a very sweet & caring person. Fired both my seven year old children from their practice due to me missing my own personal appointments. I don't mind being dismissed (its hard to keep appointments as a single mom working full time as a nurse during a pandemic) but don't punish my children for my mistakes. My children didn't miss appointments. I asked for the manager to reconsider but was told no - they wouldn't even speak directly to me about it. My kids have sensory issues, transitions are hard for them and we have been going there since they were three. Its just wrong.

I have had dental anxiety all my life due to past experiences. I can never thank the Doctors and staff at Traverse Dental Associates enough for their patients and gentle care. Because of them, I no longer lose sleep and have panic attacks prior to my dental visits. Not to mention their extreme expert treatment techniques. Ok so I am having a procedure done tomorrow. Today Dr Van Horn called me to check in with me. Knowing that I have extreme anxiety, he wanted to help put my concerns to rest and answer any questions I might have. I am so impressed.

I don't think I've ever written a review in my life but for this place, I'm taking the time. If you want to know what the real definition of good customer service is, visit Traverse Dental Associates. The staff is very friendly and professional and were obviously happy to be there, which says a lot. The facilities are high tech and the dentist I met with was clearly an expert in her field. I was blown away. Didn't expect to feel this way about a visit to the dentist. Glad I chose Traverse Dental Associates!!

I have been to many dentists in my life, (age 64). Once I found Dr. Macare Lumbrezer, I knew I had found the compassionate one. Dr. Macare is the best. Staff, front desk, etc. all follow in step. I had some crown work done and they actually look better then the original teeth ! Also, Kyle who made my crowns is a master. Put them both together with all staff members and you will undoubtfully get the best work, care and perfectionist attitude that is rarely found in todays age and time. That is extremely rare! What a great experience. We are new to the area and needed to find a new dentist. I checked out some reviews and landed on Traverse Dental Associates based on what I found. What a great decision! Everyone in the office was so friendly and made me feel welcome, from the nice receptionist who checked me in, to the dental assistant Wendy, to Dr. Christina, to the person who checked me out. I'm 70 years old and this butt has been in dozens and dozens and dozens of dental chairs over those years. I've been with Traverse Dental for about the last 10, and they're by far the best yet. My 6 year old had to get a tiny filling. The staff were SO WONDERFUL with him!!! He was not scared or anxious at all because they did such an amazing job putting him at ease. They are absolutely the best with children! They've been outstanding with my entire family and I'm so glad that we have Traverse Dental. Highly recommended.
