I am excited to be part of a practice that puts the patient first while creating an atmosphere of calm and comfort to provide the best possible patient experience. I love the teamwork mentality within the practice and hope to continue to build trusting relationships with my team and patients.
Educational Background: After graduating from the University of Washington in 2003, I attended dental school at the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, graduating in 2008.
Continuing Education Courses Attended: Implant Seminars Continuum Course an 8 day, 88 continuing education credit intensive course with a live patient component, placing 20 implants on patients in the Dominican Republic. Ongoing Continuing Education through Spear Online Education.
What is your favorite part about interacting with patients? Im passionate about getting to know patients beyond their dental health their interests, hobbies and activities. Being able to see patients multiple times a year on a regular basis allows me to stay in touch with people in our community!
What do you do outside of the office for fun or as a hobby? I am an avid sports fan if you didnt know the score of last nights game, youll probably hear about it while youre in the office (Go Huskies!). I also enjoy golfing, skiing, and taking in the occasional rock concert.

What is your favorite part about interacting with patients? My favorite part is the interaction with many different people. Each patient has a story to tell, and every procedure provides a different challenge.
Why do you like this practice and coming to work every day?Because each day I get the opportunity to provide a positive impact on the oral health and self-confidence of others; its extremely rewarding and enjoyable.
What is your favorite part about interacting with patients? I enjoy getting to know patients over their lifetime and having something I can do with my hands to help. I also enjoy getting to know them and always learning something new.
Educational Background: I graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2013, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Minor in Sculpture. Fight On! I graduated from NYU College of Dentistry in 2017, summa cum laude, with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery and selectives in Orofacial Pain and Periodontics. After graduation, I served in the Navy for four years, where I attended a general dental residency at Great Lakes Naval Station, with an emphasis in Endodontics and Oral Surgery. I also served on the USS NIMITZ as a general dentist and was deployed to the South China Sea and Arabian Gulf. Hooyah!

Why do you enjoy the dental profession? Dentistry is the perfect mix of medicine and art. I love helping change the way people see themselves through their smile. I especially enjoy cosmetic dentistry, getting to help patients achieve their perfect smiles, and performing root canals, providing a stress-free experience while eliminating pain and infection.
What is your favorite part about interacting with patients? I enjoy helping people achieve their oral health goals. It is my mission to be transparent and honest. Patients are ultimately in charge of their own dental care. Im here to notify you of any potential issues or concerns that I may see and help you solve them. I pride myself on providing honest feedback and thorough explanation of issues through pictures and x-rays, and leave the decision up to you to move forward. I give multiple treatment options and let each patient decide on a treatment plan that best suits their specific needs. There is never pressure for you to proceed with treatment youre not comfortable with.
What do you do outside of the office for fun or as a hobby? I love action sports and am always looking for a chance to snowboard, mountain bike, hike or wakeboard. If I am not outside, I am usually eating; my husband is an amazing cook.
Educational Background: I graduated from PIMA Medical Institute in May 2021 with an associates degree in dental hygiene. In 2011, I attended the University of the West Indies where I obtained my associates degree in supervisory management and computer applications (honors). In 2010, I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education (honors) at Consortium of Institutions for Teacher Education. I also graduated from the College of Agriculture Science and Education in 2002 with a diploma in elementary education. I am also a certified nursing assistant and mental health technician.
Why do you like this practice and coming to work every day? I have a wonderful team of dedicated individuals who are all passionate about their work and have a desire to make a difference in the profession.
Continuing Education Courses Attended: A ton! I love going to dental conventions where I get to learn all day and walk around to see all of the vendors and different dental companies. Plus, I get to meet new people in the dental field.
Why do you enjoy the dental profession? I love building relationships with patients and getting to know them; its my favorite part of the job. I also enjoy educating patients and helping them love their smile. Growing up, my mom worked at our dental office so I have always loved being in the office.
Why do you like this practice and coming to work every day? I love the environment here. Everyone is very friendly and we get along great. We work really well together and teamwork is huge between us. I also really love my patients!
What do you do outside of the office for fun or as a hobby? I LOVE traveling; it is my favorite thing to do. I also really like the outdoors and am always looking for something to do outdoors. Fitness has been a passion of mine for a long time, so if Im not on vacation or at work youll usually find me in the gym!
Pets and Family: I have a 2-year-old Golden Retriever named Oliver, but he usually goes by Ollie. He is so sweet and snuggly but also has a ton of energy. He loves to play and go to the dog park. He also loves the water and goes swimming any chance he gets, even if it means laying in a mud puddle.
Why do you enjoy the dental profession? I love educating patients on their oral health needs and making a difference in the way patients feel about themselves. I enjoy helping people become more confident about their smiles.

My favorite parts of interacting with patients are building a relationship of trust, helping overcome dental anxiety, helping them feel comfortable and safe in the dental chair, and providing gentle but effective preventive dental services.

What do you do outside of the office for fun or as a hobby? In my off time, I enjoy spending time with my family, being the loudest dad at my sons soccer games, making my partner and others laugh with my corny dad jokes, serenading my family and friends with my karaoke skills, and restoring/repairing all the things breaking in my 1920s home with the help of YouTube.
What is your favorite part about interacting with patients? I love dentistry because of the people. Building relationships, educating my patients and helping them work through their fears and anxiety are my favorite things.
Why do you like this practice and coming to work every day? I enjoy working for Tranquility because of the team and vision. I feel empowered to do what is right for each patient and provide personalized care. It is a positive environment and a work/life balance is encouraged.

Great place for dental work. I started with them because they opened an establishment right down the road from where I live making my scheduling between work and appointments that much more convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful and adds to the pleasant experienc. At Tranquility Dental everybody carries themselves very professionaly and they make you feel right at home there. Tranquility Dental's niche is as it sounds. You walk immediately into a serene environement and it stays that way through your visit. They will even put on a Netflix show for you. I watched The Darkest Hour while getting my teeth worked on. Damn we're spoiled in this day and age, which is why I'm taking the time to express my gratitude, first to God, the Father of lights, who every good and perfect gift comes down from and secondly for the people he has gifted with the talent and ambition who become His vessels to provide comfort to mankind.

I love how everyone was warm and welcoming! Dr. Na was very informative and walked me through everything! Larisa was so sweet and caring! Everyone made sure I had what I needed and I was even able to get same day treatment and still be out on time for work! I love this place compared to my last dentist! I HIGHLY recommend coming here!!!

This place is wonderful. I've had a pretty rough day. From playing with kids and cracking my tooth, to getting it fix by this amazing place. They help me and took care of me and family. My kids where not having it either. They did everything they could to help me. This place is amazing, truly blessed to have stumbled upon them in my crisis.

Dr Na is competent and compassionate. He extracted a molar and repaired my very front tooth. The dentist at Bright Now dental in Lacey almost destroyed my front tooth. I am so satisfied with the competency of DrNa, I will refer any friends inquiring for a dentist.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the front desk to the hygienist as well as the dentist. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and understand what was going on in my situation. I would highly recommend Tranquility Dental, especially if you've had bad experiences in the past with dentist office visits.

Made my appointment very quickly. Was very impressed with the staff and I was excited about the massage heated chair! I was out of there very fast and no pain on my two tooth extractions. I've probably told 5 people to go here already

I went to Tranquility Dental because I broke one of my front teeth and they were able to get me in right away. I was a little skeptical because Dr Na is so young. He did an amazing job of fixing my tooth and matched the color of the filling to the rest of the tooth perfectly. My regular dentist passed away recently so I've been looking for a new one. I believe I have found the perfect one! Thanks Dr Na!

They were fantastic! Checked in on your specific needs and made going to the dentist very comfortable. I am one that has sensitive teeth and hates going to the dentist but they asked a lot of questions and built the visit to cover my needs. Definitely going back!

Who ever the front desk girl here is completely rude. I called to let them know I had a fever and called to cancel and tried to tell me because I did not give them a 48 hour notice that she would be nice and waive the fee for me in the rudest tone. She answered the call clearly in a bad mood. I pushed back and she placed me on hold and told me she was going to get the manager.... haha ya right. This is the second issue I have had with this company. The first one was in Lacey with more rude staff. Your staff needs to go through customer service training. The back office staff has always been amazing but front office and billing are honestly just stuck up rude women who clearly hate their job. No one know they are going to wake up with a fever, not feeling well, and not sure if they have COVID. ON A MONDAY - I was going to give this place one more chance but this just sealed the deal. They are there to make money to service their patients who PAY THEM to stay in business. Be careful with this place - what doctors or dentist office tries to charge a FEE because you do not give a 48 hour notice. This is not a spa. They are here to just steal your money.

The dental building is still in construction yet still provide a professional and relaxing experience. Even having staff that typically does not work at that location. The degree of care they rendered giving multiple options to complete the task. They are quick yet detailed.

Already looking forward to my next visit. Everything was easy and thorough, even relaxing. I called to have my insurance verified and made an appointment for a few days later. The "office" is still getting its final touches but it did not distract from the spa like atmosphere. I was warmly greeted and the comfort menu explained, some items were temporarily unavailable for covid precautions. I was shown around before my exam started and was treated very well the whole time. The exam chairs have a heat and massage option and I elected to have aromatherapy and a warm neck roll (included with the basic exam-no extra charge) I didn't feel judged or condemned for having not been keeping up my cleanings and exams and was offered a treatment plan in order of importance.
