Dr. Sejal Shah has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry since 2002. She came to the U.S. as an exchange student from India in high school, after which she pursued her undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina with honors. She continued her studies at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her dental degree (DMD) in 2002, and completed her residency (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) in 2003. Upon graduation, she worked in private practice in Pennsylvania and Virginia before moving to the Dallas metroplex in 2009. She loves Texas and has called it her home ever since.
Dr. Shah loves to interact with her patients, and to make them feel at ease in the dental chair. She is passionate about helping patients overcome their dental phobia, and rejuvenating their self-confidence by improving their smile. She believes in educating patients about their oral health and in partnering with them to customize treatment options best suited for each individual. She is committed to continuing education and attends several seminars and courses every year to stay abreast with the latest in dentistry.
Dr. Jeffrey Pope received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University in 2005, his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2009, and his Master of Science in Oral Biology and Certificate in Periodontics from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2012.
Dr. Pope is a board-certified periodontist by the American Board of Periodontology. In addition to maintaining a private practice limited to periodontics, minimally invasive surgery, and implant dentistry, Dr. Pope is an adjunct clinical professor at Texas A&M College of Dentistry teaching implant placement and bone augmentation procedures to post-doctoral residents.
Dr. Pope has authored or co-authored numerous publications that have appeared in periodontal, hygiene, and dental journals. Dr. Pope has been named to D Magazines Best Dentist list and Texas Monthlys Super Dentists list since 2017.
I am originally from San Diego but have lived in gorgeous Texas for over a decade now. I can officially say I am a Southern Belle at heart. I enjoy cooking new recipes, watching documentaries, riding my horse, hanging out with friends and family, and cuddling up with my dogs and kitty cat.
I have been in the dental field for over 14 years and have always known my calling in life was to help others. Hence why I rescue animals, volunteer in the community and absolutely LOVE being the Administrative Coordinator at TranquilityDental. It makes me feel so happy when I see our patients smiling, relaxed, and delighted after their dental visit with us. I cant wait to meet you and have you be apart of our dental family!

I have always had a great experience here. The staff is really professional and nice. They helped me with a deep clean and the pulling of a broken tooth. My teeth have never been in better shape and I owe it all to Tranquility.

My visit today was by far the best experience at a dentist I've ever had. Daisha was the kindest and most thorough, but gentle, hygienist who has ever cleaned my teeth. For someone who always delays scheduling my appointments, I was more than happy to schedule my follow up with Daisha immediately!

Best dentist my family has ever gone to! Dr. Shah and her entire staff are amazing. I am usually not the biggest fan of the dentist but everyone in this office has made me extremely comfortable and at ease! Would recommend everyone to see Dr. Shah and her team!!!!

Best dentist experience. Dr Shah is amazing, her work is perfect, very kind and patient. She did explain the process in detail step by step as I had few things to be fixed. The girls working there are very kind and professional. There is no strong word to describe how great my experience was with them. I Highly recommend.
