    Great doctor. He did so well with my son. My kids always panic about going to the dentist, but finally we are the right spot where dentist visit is not scary. Thanks for the doctor and the helping crew

    So rude staff, we tried to make a appointment for my daughter because of cavities, they won't give appointment until two months after seriously, for there evaluation take 10 min, and then they wanna make next appointment for treatments, just for making money, if patient is 15 min late they charge 25 dollar that's there policy, right and what about when they every time make us wait 45 min to 1 hour, well issue was they are more focused on why we cancelled there regular exam appointment last time, because they are so slow, and I didn't have time that week to be so slow, so YES I cancelled and when over to closer clinic by our house, so it's up to us where we wanna go or not, why do they focus on that, and keep saying you when somewhere else, we have appointment after two months, if there was not insurance issues or her cavity I wouldn't come there ever again, very poor customer service, how can you make 6 year old go around with cavities for 2 -3 months, they don't care about patient, no time important nothing! Wow I tried to call them again today 2022, maybe there service was change, unfortunately, don't bother giving a try, they should make difference , if they got bad reviews, make it better, but NOPE, I called them and they said your child account is inactivated, because I complained about how they did last time, I had forgotten, now I remember, thanks for reminding, very rude manager , instead of getting better reviews they choose to inactive CHILD account, who wanna go there ... !!!!!

    They are incredibly incompetent. and more the lady of Asian origin from the front desk.. she thinks their time is more valuable than my time, and has not the slightest sense of respect.

    I specifically chose this place because they are in network with my insurance. When I called to schedule I let them know I needed some cavities filled and a root canal (I had gone to another place for an exam less than a month earlier). They said I needed to come in for exam and X-rays first before they can schedule that. Okay, sure, no problem. Except it wasn't until after I left that I was informed they don't do root canals on adults. The person on the phone was extremely misleading and now I'm not able to get it done elsewhere without having to pay out of pocket for more exams and X-rays. I then tried scheduling to at least get the cavities taken care of and there were only 2 appointments available between now and February 25th. Really?! I'd rather pay out of pocket for friendlier service and easier scheduling than go back here.

    A Very rude lady answered my call. My son has been there before and didn't want to schedule an appointment for him again. I said thanks and she didn't even answered back!

    Please save yourself the headache and do NOT bring your children here. This is by far the worst experience I've had in a long time. The front desk receptionist are extremely unprofessional and extremely lazy. When you work in health care it is extremely important to genuinely care about your patients and their needs. My son needed two appointments to fulfill the treatment that he required. They offered me two separate dates but later called me and told me that their office is closed on one of those dates.....this was only one week prior to his appointment. Super inconvenient!! They did not try to accommodate my child by offering a different time or date. They stated that they would "call me if someone else canceled". I told them that this was a mistake on their end and that they needed to give me a date and not a false promise to call me when someone else canceled. They then attempted to schedule him THREE months out. Knowing that he needed medical attention sooner than that. Ridiculous! Also, when I took my child for his first appointment that he was thankfully able to keep, the doctor treated him but then told the front desk receptionist that he won't be able to work on him ever again because of his age. Why treat him once but then deny him the second time?????? Is it because he's a child and he had a difficult time with him? Or???? Sooooo confusing. PURE LAZINESS if you ask me. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

    I don't recommend going to this office. I've had worst experience ever. Took my 3yo to check her teeth because she was in pain. Scheduled an appointment and came on time( 40 minutes to get there) .Had to take my 6 months old baby with us because I don't have any other options and he is going with me everywhere!All doctor appointment s etc! While we were waiting my daughter asked to go to the restroom, so, as soon as I opened the door in the office the frond desk girl did not even let me in and stated that it's too many of us ( pointing to the stroller). Long story short, she refused my baby girl to use their restroom telling us that we all can go to liquor store next door and use their restroom! This was insane. And also she said that doctor will not look at her painful teeth because of the baby . She was not even trying to help us. She was rude and disappointing. Made me very upset. Had to urgently find another doctor who could take us and help my daughter without any question.

    As of March 1st 2021 they wanted me to leave my 6yr old granddaughter alone and wait in the car while they treat her .. Are you dumb I don't know you and and If did while would I leave a child unsupervised with any adults...

    The staff is really friendly, this office is so clean they ask me covid question before coming in they are taking very good care of there patients n themself.they told me what I needed to bring before my appointment.the doctor answered all my questions I had and explain everything really good front staff explain to me my treatment really good I would highly recommend this dentist!

    They are very rude! Worst experience ever. Calling a child not normal, and saying he needs a special doctor; just because he was scared and crying. Trying to rush everything instead of trying to calm him. We were waiting for a month for this appt, just to be told they can't even say what to do next. I hope they call their kids the same, when they cry or are scared. And they call themselves pediatric dentists.
