My mission is to tailor each dental treatment to my patient's requests, needs, and personal goals. My patients can count on me to take the time to listen to their questions and concerns so that they always leave our office fully satisfied and smiling with pride.
Frequent travel as a child introduced Dr. Al Moussally to a variety of cultures around the world and fostered a love of discovering new customs and traditions. She still loves traveling and exploring new communities. In her free time, Dr. Al Moussally also enjoys painting, charcoal drawing, reading, and playing sports. More than anything, she loves spending quality time with her family.

I have been to Trailwinds Dental twice - once for a routine new patient visit and cleaning and most recently for a problem with tooth pain. In both cases I have been extremely pleased with the level of service I receive. I feel that I have finally found a dental practice that I can trust will not recommend procedures that I don't need.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Fron the receptionist to the dentist, everyone was kind and professional and my exam was very thorough. I would recommend this practice.

I called the office of Dr. Rivera Velez after I thought I broke a filling. I was given a prompt appointment the next morning. The staff treated me very professionally, and the dentist told me that the apex of my implant was cracked a little. She fixed it right then and also told me nothing else is wrong. It may just be the ligament that is hurting. She advised me to give it some time to heal. The dentist was very honest and professional.

Moved recently from SW Florida and needed to find a new dentist near The Villages. Trailwinds Dental Care is a great dental office from the x-ray technician, hygienist, dentist and front office staff. Every one was so nice. They are my new dental care taker!

Office staff has a negative attitude with their new patients. I waited 45-50 minutes to see Dr. Rivera, had to reschedule due to medical concerns. I don't recommend this office.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My hygienist was very nice and explained all things being done. You could tell while being there that everyone enjoyed working together. Wonderful experience getting my teeth cleaned with x-rays and exam from the Dr.

Trailwinds Dental care was simply amazing. From scheduling an appointment to the actual visit. Everyone I can in contact with was kind and compassionate. I've had numerous horrible experiences and this visit made me extremely comfortable with taking care of my dental issues. Look forward to a continued relationship.
