At RPD we offer several treatment modalities such as composite and amalgam fillings, a variety of pediatric crowns, tooth extractions, oral sedation, surgery center dentistry, nitrous oxide, limited interceptive orthodontics (cross-bite appliances and space maintenance), nutritional counseling, cavity risk assessments, and more.

Hello, I am Dr. Brady Keller. I moved to Billings, MT in July of 2010 as a result of purchasing Dr. Thomas Wickliffes dental practice. I completed my undergraduate training at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT and then received my dental degree from Case School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, OH. My pediatric dental training was done at Primary Childrens Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT. Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. I have been married to my wife Jaime since August 2000 and have five children. I love what I do. I know how difficult it is for a child to have dental work done and I hope I can make the experience a better one.
Hello guys, I am Dr. Nathan Stanley. I have been married to my lovely wife Catie Stanley for 12 years and we have three rugrats of our own at home. I attended BYU for my bachelors degree in Food Science. I went on to continue my education by obtaining my dental degree from Indiana School of Dentistry. I then spent 2 years as a general dentist, during which, I cultivated my love for treating pediatric patients. I went on to do a pediatric residency through NYU-Langone, and shortly afterwards became a board certified pediatric diplomate. I have never regretted moving to Billings and love all the outdoors which includes fishing and hunting. I am delighted to be part of this community and provide dental needs to its children. I love what I do and working with your kiddos is the bees knees.
Hello, I am Dr. Dmitriy Pivnik. I am excited to be joining the team here at Rimrock Pediatric Dentistry! I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and attended UC Berkeley, where I completed my undergraduate education. I received my dental degree from UC San Francisco before completing my pediatric dentistry residency at the NYU Lutheran Medical Center in Springfield, MO. I have been a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry since 2017. My wife Sara and I enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with our dog, Jake. I love what I do and take great pride in knowing that I am making a difference in my patients lives one smile at a time.
Krystal Kazemba was born in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, and lived in Wisconsin until the middle of third grade. After leaving Wisconsin, she moved with her mom, brother, and stepdad to Gainesville, Florida where she spent the remainder of her youth. As a child all the way through her time as a high school student, Krystal was a competitive swimmer, helping lead her team to a state championship during her Sophomore year of high school.
After growing up in the Gator Nation, Krystal was proud and excited to attend the University of Florida while obtaining her B.S. degree in microbiology and further earning an M.S. degree in Forensic DNA and Serology.
During the time she was working toward her Masters degree Krystal was employed as a dental assistant at the University of Florida Pediatric Dental Residency, where she truly learned the value of helping children. It is here where the foundation was laid for her love of Pediatric Dentistry. After receiving her second degree from the University of Florida, she was accepted into LECOM School of Dental Medicine. After receiving her dental degree, Krystal continued her training and received her certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from NYU Langone Health in Holyoke, MA.
Krystal loves the outdoors, sunshine, and friendly people. She has a dog and a loving husband who are her partners in crime, and are the first to volunteer to accompany her on any adventure. She believes that you can learn something from everyone and knows not to judge a book by its cover. Above all, she is eager to see what life has in store for her.

Avoid this place. You're nothing more than a number. I took my kids after great reviews, I had oral sedations with one of kids, the outcome was good. I specifically asked if they would see my child who has special needs. Of course they saw her. Treatment plan was set into place. Oral procedure day came, they advised against splitting up her treatment because of her health history. BUT I specifically said I cannot go forward with the change in treatment at which time she was already under. Yup that's how they get you. In the end I proceeded to the doctors recommendation, I signed an installment agreement. So I had it budgeted out. Turns out my FSA card was denied because I needed an itemized bill. Fast forward I took my kids there on 11/4/22 for dental cleaning. When I left we stopped at the desk where I was told by 4 different ladies "the bill is due now". Followed by "Well your card is declined so your behind on payments". All of which happened in front of a lot of employees (who stood there watching), the people in the waiting could see and hear what was happening. I was just asking why my bill went from 800$ to over a thousand dollars totaling over 1300. My kids are dually covered for dental. Also I had signed an agreement about what I needed to pay, after learning the complications with my FSA card being declined multiple times. But anyway, they humiliated me in front of my kids, staff, strangers and people I knew. I stood there crying, and my daughter began to cry at that point my child saw 4 ladies telling me my card is declined and that I must pay in full now. I then snapped asked them to charge my debit card for the full amount due because their money was more important to them. The "manager" never offered to speak privately in the room, she said the girls are only doing their jobs. Then started putting words in my mouth after I told her I would be leaving a review about this place and how they handle situations and public shame you in front of staff and sadly children. I even posted my review on facebook on the day it happened. That very day I posted one of the owners commented on my review using the spouses facebook account. Offered to cancel my payment, speak with me about the situation, and fax our kids records to another facility. To this day NO PHONE call, No cancelation of payment. Never checked to see if records because I know HIPAA. To each their own.

Me and my daughter had a great experience at Trailhead Pediatric Dentistry! The lady we had was so nice and was very apologetic even tho we had wait for the doctor to come see us, she played with my daughter and made sure my daughter was comfortable. She was even understanding when my daughter was misbehaving. I will forsure come back to this dentistry with my daughter. We loved it!

Amazing experience!!! Alley and Isabel did an amazing job with taking care of my kids ! & Dr. Kazemba & assistants were very helpful with helping my kids understand how important brushing and flossing is . They explained everything great & my kids should now be on a path of really taking brushing and flossing serious ! (: thanks to the staff at Trailhead .

The hygienists are great. I dislike that my kiddos have to see a different dentist each time. The office was not forthcoming with the billing and gave misinformation to me regarding being in-network with my insurance. They kept telling me we were in-network & that the bill was a mistake after my kiddos had their cleaning and I received a bill. I hadn't received a bill 6 months prior as my insurance covered everything. In the meantime my youngest daughter had a filling procedure. After the fact, they confirmed that our insurance was out-of-network, resulting in a much larger bill. They offered to reduce the price at this time. We definitely would have went elsewhere for the filling & the cleanings had we known we were out of network. This should be assessed prior to the appt so that patients/parents are making informed decisions regarding their care.

The cleanings and x-ray for 3 kids went quick. The downside is having to wait for over 30 minutes for the dentist to take 5 minutes to look in my kids' mouths. We spent close to two hours in the office for this appointment.

Fantastic experience getting 2 fillings done with conscious oral sedation on our child with previous terrible dental experiences. She told me it didn't hurt at all and asked if she could rewatch the movie she had been watching at the office when we got home. Absolutely fantastic! Staff are pleasant, provided very clear explanations and expectations of the procedure and asked me numerous times if I had any questions. I am a surgical nurse and even without my background they did such a great job from ensuring proper preparation for the procedure to providing easy to understand after care sheet. I love that they provided after care paperwork when we scheduled the procedure giving me plenty of time to review it prior to getting there. So grateful we made the switch to Trailhead Pediatric Dentistry!

We love Dr. Stanley and the team at Trailhead Pediatric Dentistry. My daughter had to have 4 teeth pulled in order to make room for her existing teeth (small mouth/crowded teeth). She was NERVOUS, and the team did an amazing job explaining the whole process and the way sedation works. Leaving her at ease and comfortable with what was done.
