After 8 years working chairside with patients, she transitioned back to the front office in practice management. Her unique skill set of having clinical experience greatly benefits our patients when discussing their treatment needs. She strives to build trust, confidence, and friendship with each person she meets. And she never forgets a patients favorite playlist or pets name! To her, our patients are part of her extended family!
After hours youll find her busy planning our next social media posts, tailgating at Panthers games, or spending time with family and friends. Shes an avid reader, loves traveling and most recently took up paddle-boarding. She is enjoying finding new spots on the water in North and South Carolina.
Fun fact: Football fans may recall seeing Robbie cheering for Charlottes pre-Panther-era arena football team, The Charlotte Rage! She uses that same enthusiasm while leading her team and encouraging patients. She is certainly Trailhead Advanced Dentistrys cheerleader, and she is excited to meet you!

Everyone at Trailhead Advanced Dentistry is amazing! Super helpful, friendly and fun. I brought my daughter who was extremely nervous and they were so patient. I would definitely recommend.

15k$ Neither set of dentures fit . 6. Months later can barely keep one in all day. I cant eat. I told them they didn't fit but they said in the end they would. They dont. Useless. No response from them for over a week. If you plan on going here hire lawyer so you can sue them or the horrible work they do. I dont have another 15/25 thousand dollars so im stuck like this They were supposed to make my life better They made it worse AND I HAVEN'T HAD ACTUAL FOOD IN ,6 MONTHS

I just had the most amazing experience at a dental office. I was warmly greeted, the atmosphere of the office was very esthetically pleasing with an aromatherapy scent good enough to eat. The caring staff were friendly and highly organized. The dentist was kind and extremely professional. His attention to detail was evident in him using 3D high tech equipment in his examinations. I was very happy with my dental session and with my proposed treatment plan. Everything flowed so easily and I was gone in no time. For anyone looking for an exceptional dentist and dental experience, Trailhead Advanced Dentistry will undoubtedly wow you like it did me. Fear of having work done with a new dentist was almost overwhelming for me. I had had bad experiences in the past. I'm one that is petrified of dentist's needles and drills. I had two fillings repaired by Dr. Reiter and I never felt a thing. Shocking! I was in awe at how quickly they were taken care of. No pain whatsoever. Then the icing on the cake was when he fixed my front tooth that was chipped and shorter than the other. Once again no pain and now I have a beautiful smile that was long overdue. I feel blessed that I found Dr. Reiter and his marvelous staff.

Top notch dentist visit! I'm new to the area and was lucky enough to meet Dr. Reiter who made me an appointment very quickly. He and his staff were extremely friendly, informative and very thorough. I will definitely be returning and recommending this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

The staff did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and made sure to explain in a way I could understand my process. I was so impressed at the attentiveness and dedication to one on one patient treatment. All the staff was so nice and respectful, definitely worth it !

Undivided Attention! I was happy with my popular dentist near the Arboretum, but he got too hard to get into, so I looked around. I wanted a knowledgeable dentist with a desire for continuing education that was closer to me. I hit the Jock pot! Dr. Reiter, Stephanie and Robbie are so awesome that I wanted to mention them by name. The difference is measurable. Dr. Reiter spent so much time with me on my first visit taking "Glamour Shots" style pictures of my bite and going over potential ways to improve (if I desired). No hard sell, just commons sense options to my TMJ flare-ups and future cosmetic desires. As a current single chair salon owner coming from Aveda salons, I'll describe it this way. It's the difference between having your Hair Designer have their assistant do much of the work while juggling you between clients, with no time to really understand your needs/wants. Versus having their undivided attention for as long as needed from shampoo to style. AND they follow up to make sure all is well after your visit. ...They have a bright future.

Most people do not go to their dentist enough to leave a second review in the same year, but I worked through a protocol with Dr. Reiter to aid with TMJ and my sleep quality, so I am extra lucky. The protocol took several weeks and consisted of a few short visits to make adjustments to a temporary appliance. I love seeing what new piece of technology that Dr. Reiter will use next! This time it was a scanner in place of a mouth mold that takes a 3D image of your mouth. The entire team is so patient and answer EVERY question you might possibly have. (I am curious by nature, and Dr. Reiter is always great at explaining the process.) Stephanie and Robbie are always super helpful and great to talk with throughout your care. They are so great at making you feel at home, are GREAT at their job, and you are in and out seamlessly and on schedule for the rest of your day. You will feel welcome and like part of the family in no time. Especially if you need a dental appliance. I will actually miss seeing them all weekly!! Thank you Dr. Reiter, Robbie and Stephanie for taking such good care of me! I'm forever grateful for all of you!! Thanks for improving my quality of sleep too!! My body thanks you for the much needed, extra rest!

Never have I ever been a huge fan of going to the dentist, but this place is great! Super Boujee on the inside, which I like! I have always...always wanted to fix my smile especially for my wedding coming up, and Dr. Reiter is accomplishing that in the time span needed! Even if you haven't been to the dentist in God knows how long, this is the place to go to, hands down!

This is hands down one of the best dentist offices I have ever been to, ever. The dentist before him wreaked havoc with my mouth after botched one of my feelings. I had to get another Root Canal. Dr. Reiter worked a miracle on my mouth. He completely made the pain go away and fixed my other fillings as well. He is pricey, but if you need quality teeth care he is the man. And everyone that works their is super friendly and kind.

I had a great experience with this establishment. I can in with pain in my back tooth. They were able to access the pain and provide a plan to address that pain. I am so thankful for their knowledge.

The team at trailhead dentistry is great! Dr Reiter is very thorough with his process and he explained the procedures and treatment very well. His staff are very friendly and professional, and their office feels very cozy and warm! Their attention to detail is great and even the small touches like a warm towel after a procedure is much appreciated! I highly recommended Dr Reiter and his team for your dental health needs!

Great experience from start to finish during my first visit for a routine cleaning. Was greeted by Stephanie and was given a tour of their Office, was very clean and modern. Comprehensive photos and X-rays were taken and Dr Reiter was there every step including the cleaning which was a new experience for me. Very detailed appointment and am glad to have found an office of this high caliber locally.
