We make high-quality dental care accessible and affordable, and we are pleased to offer a variety of payment and financing options. If you have dental insurance, please provide us with your group and policy number. We will verify your coverage and provide you with an estimate of your plans fee allowances and deductibles. Please note that any portion of fees not covered by insurance is your responsibility at the time of service. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, most other major credit cards, money orders, personal checks, and cash. For comprehensive dental work, we are happy to work with you on a customized financial arrangement.
Keeping our office exceedingly clean and sterile is our greatest priority. For everyones protection, we employ all sterilization and cross contamination standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and the State of South Carolina
Dr. Gould is passionate about dentistry. He appreciates getting to know his patients, building personal connections, and treating every person he serves as a member of his extended family. Dr. Gould goes above and beyond to help patients feel relaxed and at ease before, during, and after their visit.
Dr. Gould is a native of Greenville, SC and a graduate of Greenville High School. He furthered his education at Clemson University, where he majored in Bioengineering. At Clemson, he met his wife Stephanie, who is also a Clemson graduate and who now works as a nurse at Greenville Hospital System. Dr. Gould then attended the Medical University of South Carolina, College of Dental Medicine, and upon graduation, took a position as the only dentist in a rural community. While practicing there, Dr. Gould received individualized specialty training in implant dentistry, root canals, and cosmetic dentistry.
Volunteering and giving back to the community is also a significant aspect of Dr. Goulds dental career. He participates in mission trips to underserved areas, and he also volunteers on Dental Access Days. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Gould enjoys the outdoors, swimming, running, college football, and spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and their dog, Hopper.

Kim, Angie, Stacey and Dr Gould were all a pleasure to meet and work with on my first visit. The facility and equipment were clean, and everyone followed sanitary protocols. My wife and I both found our visits painless and enjoyable in spite of our habit of visiting a dentist once every 10 years whether we need it or not (going back in 6 months for followup work, I promise) ;) Highly Recommended.

Had X-rays for an unusual bump on the gums and then a cavity filled shortly after. They were able to fit me in despite being a new customer quickly to get the bump looked at, knew immediately what it was, helped me resolve it, and took X-rays that showed a small cavity. We scheduled an appointment and the filling experience was probably the best I've had. They did such a good job of numbing my gums that i didn't even feel the anesthesia injection. The dentist worked quickly but thoroughly during the drilling parts, and was very responsive to any signs of discomfort on my part. Everyone is cheerful, friendly, and makes you feel right at home.

I had My first appointment with Dr. Gould today. My visit was great from the moment I walked in the door. Kim welcomed me with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. Debbie did an amazing job during my visit, she was very knowledgeable and took pride in her job. Dr. Gould restored my fait in dentists and I cant wait to see my upcoming results. I am so excited to return and start my bleaching process. Thank you to the Trail West crew!

I would highly recommend these fine professionals. They are as knowledgeable as they are kind. I have had the same dentist for many years and I can not imagine going anywhere else. From those at the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors, there is not a better group of medical personnel around.

While out of town on vacation, I developed a tooth ache that would not let up. Desperate, I called my dentist office on a Saturday to have them call me to make an appointment for me as soon as I was back in town. To my surprise I received a return call, later on that Saturday. I gave my symptoms and Kim had Dr Gould call me in a prescription. I love having a dental practice who genuinely cares about you.
