As a service to our patients, we accept all Dental PPO's. Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.
The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
Because we do not want expense to prevent you from receiving the dental care you need or desire, we have payment options available for you.We accept Care Credit andwealso takemost methods of payment including cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards.
Jennifer graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry and is currently active in the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, the American Orthodontic Society, and the Fort Worth District Dental Society. On her free time she enjoys hiking and biking with her husband, Blake.
Ngan graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry and is currently active in the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and she is an officer at the Vietnamese Health Profession Association.She is a huge Dallas cowboys fan and in her spare time she enjoys playing games with her friends.
Dr. Lauren Neufeld Coffman graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry and is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Fort Worth District Dental Society. Patients are her first priority.She is committed to getting to know each patient and treating them with the care they deserve.Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, watching the Dallas Stars, reading novels, cuddling with her dog, and crafting.

I went to Trail Creek Dental my whole life (22 years) up until I moved this year. The office has taken care of me and 4 other of my family members for as long as I can remember. They feel life family to us and are so wonderful! I got my braces, cleanings, wisdom teeth removed all done here! I highly recommend them and love (and miss) their staff!

Dr. Coffman is a fantastic dentist. She easily builds rapport, communicates effectively and is incredibly observant. She notices even small indications of discomfort and offers solutions if possible - did you know there was such thing as a tooth pillow??? I came to her with a fractured tooth, which she has found a way to salvage instead of extraction. I have confident trust in her acting and finding solutions in my best interest. I'm glad to have found this clinic.

As a child and teenager and even into my 20s, I've ALWAYS been scared of the dentist. I came to this office terrified, but everyone was so kind and helpful. I had 5 teeth extracted AND 3 fillings, and I had no pain during the procedure. I'm an ex addict so I couldn't take pain meds but I didn't even need ibprophen. These lovely ladies were wonderful.

Love going there. The dentist, hygienist, and receptionist are so welcoming! FYI. It's easy to get lost your first time. Find the main big entrance (by mini pharmacy), go up the stairs, then to the right once you're inside. The dentistry will be on the right.

When I got my root canal done, the dentist always asked if I needed anything and if I was in pain gave additional novacaine.

I've been going to TCD for over 20 years. The staff is friendly and the care they afford you is one of the best I've experienced. On today's visit though, they had too many music/noise sources going on in the waiting area and I found it annoying. A small thing I know, but the last thing you want when you visit the dentist is something that irritates or causes stress. All in all, a great place. UPDATE: I went for a cleaning recently and everything went great. No annoying music or noise. I arrived a little early and was taken right away. My hygienist, Cindy, was excellent as always and the dentist came promptly to review things. Great experience!

I went today wisdom teeth way better experience than most dentists I got oral sedation much cheaper than IV sedation I didn't think it would work 30 minutes later they turned the NOS up can you feel this or whatever poking around my gums really the whole time they were giving me the shots and I didn't even know so it made me have way less anxiety basically. I was at Disney world I don't even remember what happened I feel like I went here and left with a good nights sleep

Recall as child being terribly fearful of getting dental work done. Oh my, how I dreaded dental appointments. In retrospect, as an adult, suspect much of my dread was based on a fear of the unknown. While modern dentistry has improved much in the areas of pain reduction & management, many, if not most, view visits to dentists as significantly unpleasant. But as a "necessary evil", so to speak. As good dental care dramatically improves the quality of life (versus the alternative). Never would I have imagined as a youngster, that my future self might come to view dental visits as pleasant, overall. How can this be? How can a visit to the dentist be a net positive experience, overall? My conclusion is that extremely pleasant dental office staff can more than make up for the minor unpleasantness of modern dental work performed by a skilled gentle dentist. At least that's been my experience with Dr Nguyen & staff at Trail Creek Dental, for the last several years. ... Dave in Bedford

First visit to this office and everything went amazing! I haven't been to the dentist in a while since COVID and they didn't make me feel bad for it one bit. The hygienist was super nice and let me know exactly what she was doing and the reason. She gave me some great tips and suggestions as well. Dr. Allen was very nice and did a thorough check. PLEASE check out this office and you won't be disappointed.

The people at Trail Creek Dental are absolutely the best! My daughter recommended them to me, and she was absolutely right. Coming from someone with a bad history with dentists, Trail Creek is awesome! They stay on schedule, no high pressure or guilt, and a commitment to little or no pain. I've been 3 times with more to come...and no hesitation.
