An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

Great. I arrived on time, and seconds later sitting in the chair. The Dental Hygienist was great. The injections were near painless. She proceed with my over due cleaning. She worked quickly and without delay. I have requested the same Dental Hygienist for my next cleaning. Top notch experience.

1 Hour late to start the appointment. They were confused on what was scheduled after the Appt. Had me wait in another room after appt for no reason. Quoted one price and charged a higher price on appt day with no explanation. Root Canal was fast but very painful. There's more but why? This should be enough to get your attention!

I was really surprised with how thoughtful and well organized this dental office is. They seem to have great communication between the staff and they go out of their way to accommodate their patients. On my first visit, Dr Ryad noticed a dark spot above a root canal that I had done 12 years prior and referred me to a specialist for further inspection. I'm impressed with the x ray tech who captured perfect images and that the Dr noticed the dark spot. They made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I'm grateful for their excellent service!

I had the best experience at a dental office ever! I have a "phobia" of any dental work to include routine cleanings. I had to get a deep clean and a crown put on today. From the staff at the front desk , to the lead dental assistant, Ady, to the Dentist Dr. Dhillon the service and experience were excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Dhillon as he is gentle, thorough and overall makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. They were right on schedule and explained the process along the way and went above and beyond to accommodate me today! I will never go anywhere else ans can appreciate that I now have a great Dentist and team!

I am a 64 year old woman who has until the day of July 6th 2022 had NEVER had a positive experience with a dentist or dental office. I was absolutely terrified of dentist and any experience with them (to the point of panic attacks). This all changed the day I went in to Tracy Smiles and met their staff. Specially Dr. Karran Dhillon, he is the most calming, gentle, patient, soft spoken dentist I have ever seen. I went into this office full of fear, pain, and anxiety. I had not been to a dentist since 1995 and because of other health issue my teeth are in very bad same. Dr. Dhillon is working with me and I trust him and not terrified. I have to be honest I am a little nervous but that is going to take some time to get over. I never knew there was a dentist out there like him and recommend him to anyone who suffers from the same fear, anxiety, and bad history I have. Just explain to the staff when you call about your experience and ask for Dr. Dhillon. The staff are all very kind. I have already recommended him to two of my friends.

I had wisdom teeth removed about 2 years ago which overall was a good experience. Recently I was referred by my primary dentist for ortho consult. I've been waiting since February. I've called the office multiple times, they insisted on a pre-auth even tho it's not a covered benefit. I called them and they had me email the denial letter twice because it "wasn't received". Still have not heard back. I've gone to a different office they were very productive on calling insurance verifying it was not a covered benefit and on Monday (2 weeks after consult) I have my appointment for braces.

This place is NOT customer service oriented! Do not use them! They have denied helping to resolve fully paid invoices. Bad customer service enter at your own risk.

I was a new patient at this office prolly the best experience I had over the years quick and easy. I was seen by Dr Dhillion and he was very informative and reasonable with everything highly recommend. The staff was polite and professional at everything they did. The young guy "sid" did my cleaning n flossing.

The building looks way better now that they did the update. The worst thing about this place is they don't really clean your teeth. Like the cleaning is a quick brush, no flossing or picking. If you want a deep cleansing to get the stuff you miss, this is not the place. They love doing filling before they are really needed.

HIGHWAY ROBERY. I don't know where in Tracy you can find GOOD and budget friendly dentistry (without insurance) but Comfort Dental in San Jose off of Cropley ave charge 1/3 of what they charge here. Cleanings, fillings, very cheap. Over there a Tooth pulling was somewhere between 150-250 I don't remember. Here they want to charge almost $600-$1,000. The female receptionist is an absolute nightmare. The dentists here are friendly but they are just far to expensive for this location. They charged my husband $800 to pull his tooth and a deep cleaning. Also, if you have anything "wrong" with your teeth they won't do the cleaning that comes with your X-rays.

DO NOT go to this place!!! They will take advantage of your money, ESPECIALLY if you are a new customer! I took my mom to get her dentures and was told that the bill all in all was going to be $2,320 including the extraction and her temporary dentures where the rest will be covered by our insurance. I payed a down payment of $600 and payed the remaining $1,720 on the day of the extraction. During the extraction, I was told by the manager that they received the wrong code and was asked to pay another $680. A week later, I received a bill in the mail asking me to pay another $465 again for the dentures which I already payed previously. I talked to the manager about the financial issues but he kept insisting that I need to pay for everything they asked me to. Instead of paying for the $2,320 I was told from the start, they made us pay $3,500 out of pocket.

By far the worst dentist office in town. I can't even begin to explain the level of incompetence. I will tell all my family and friends to avoid coming here. I wouldn't want to waste my money on a place that does not respect my personal choices of freedom and discriminates against me. Luckily I recorded everything on my phone. NEVER will go back here for dental services again.

Visited once, it took almost 2 hours for a first time client checkup and x-rays, no cleaning or any other procedures. Did not enjoy prolonged wait time and the Doctor I was assigned to. Will not be coming back.

negative 10 stars for customer service. I called and someone answered in a rushed manner asking if they could put me on hold - i said sure. after about 5 minutes, i could hear someone take me off hold and then disconnect me. I called back thinking that it was an honest mistake of pressing the wrong button. I heard a pick up and then transfer to being hold. I hung up and called back. Again my call was picked up but then dropped. I called again and was immediately put on hold. Front desk staff has been 50/50 welcoming/rude. The owners' of this office need to offer patient surveys so that staff is more likely to be 90-100% welcoming. Also, do a better job of training staff or weeding out those that do not have an upbeat personality and should not be in a frontline customer service environment. I do not believe the concept "the patient/customer is always right", however, the patient/customer always deserves respect.
