As a Dental Care provider, I believe it is vital to stay active in continuing education courses so that I can expand my knowledge of dentistry, refine my skills, and ensure that my patients always receive the most effective and innovative dental treatment.
Dr. Abdulkareem was named 'Outstanding Dental Student in Implant Dentistry' by the Academy of Osseointegration at UCLA. During her studies at UCLA, she served in a variety of leadership positions, including Graduate Student Representative, Pre-Advanced Enrichment Officer for the American Student Dental Association and Student Advisory Chair.

This place lied and just want to make money. I was excited to come and try this dental place out as a new patient. Sadly, the front office person made it not possible. I clearly had a concern with my last dental office and stated about the charge on full xray done without clearly consulting with me on the charge that my insurance doesn't cover. She said she understand on the phone and also again when i was at the office. Then when i was brought back, the tech told me that she will do the xray that my insurance doesn't cover. I waited a long time and finally came onto to the front office to ask the staff at the desk and she gave me the `My bad` speech. Then they try to get me to to go with it like it's not a big deal. It's not just about the money, it's the principles that they clearly wasn't sure and lied it will be covered by my insurance. This is clearly a bad way to start my business with this practice. Then they said it's too late because all these took the whole time i was there for my appointment to now reschedule. Are you serious? I told them i don't want to reschedule and just decided this place wasn't working for me. Sad as i heard the dentist was good.

Go somewhere else. These people are a micky mouse operation. Dentist burned my cheek while doing a filling. They will practice on you. And they lost my $6000 implant. Save yourselves.

I arrived and front office did not care to greet. Everyone at the front were on their cell phone. Other than that hygienist was great but again rough during the polishing.

Pooja really showed care, patience, and consideration with my anxiety visiting a dentist office. Extremely sweet and always took the time to walk me through what was happening and what steps they were doing next. Calmed my nerves and felt like the service was too knotch as well

Usually very good place to be. Friendly and knowledgeable. This a new employee got upset without reason. In the beginning I asked about a crown done last visit, because it seemed to be too high on one side and was pushing my jaw to the right. She immediately said I don't know what I'm saying and started to use technical dental terms. I simply replied "it is my mouth and I know what it is doing. I thought it was strange and aggressive to tell me I don't know what is going on in my mouth. How do u tell a person u don't know although u are experiencing it? I said I was uncomfortable and wanted someone else. The idea of what just happened and that person being in my mouth did not feel comfortable. The worker was new and maybe it was a misunderstanding between us, but still felt like I was being told to shut up. That one situation aside, Tracy Orchard has amazing people and has been great for my family.

I love this place. The office is clean and everyone is super nice. I called this morning to reschedule my girls appts and I spoke with Liz and she was just so sweet over the phone while rescheduling our appointments. Every time we go in the office she's got a smile on her face and is always in a good mood with a great attitude! She's always so helpful and is so good with kids. Dr. Kareem is also great!

If your nervous about the dentist this is the place for you. Its such a comfortable and warm environment. The staff is amazing, So friendly and really go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and comfortable.

Great service! Love my hygienist Logan. Works fast and efficiently. I like the covid precautions. I felt safe. No one else in waiting room but me. I heard other patients in their rooms, but thankfully didn't run into any of them, even at the front counter. HMO dental insurance is not taken here. Need PPO dental nsurance or no insurance.

Anita is a great assistant I ask for her every time I have any treatment that needs to be done. Shes very sweet and kind . Login is a great hygienist and I will always go to her for my teeth cleaning .
