She loves cooking for friends and family, or just about anybody who is willing to try her recipes. Her passion for various cuisines also enhances her love for exploring new places both locally and across the globe. It is plain to see that the curiosity and openness she brings to her global explorations translates into an easy and welcoming demeanor with patients and co-workers.

The Fellowship Award Distinguishes Dr. Loisel as a general dentist that shows his commitment to continuing education and expanding his clinical knowledge to enhance the care of our patients. The Fellowship awarded is an honor that only the top 10% of all dentists in the United States ever achieve.
Dr. Mark Loisel, DDS, is a Graduate and former Mentor of the Kois Center for Advancing Dentistry through Science. A Kois Center Graduate continues to pursue never-ending quality, knowledge and cost-effective procedures for their patients. AKoisCenter Graduate not only analyzes your teeth but evaluates your overall physical well-being to properly care for your oral health.
Dr. Loisels greatest accomplishment has been his ability to provide patients with the most comfortable dental experience with IV sedation. The educational and special equipment requirements are so stringent that less than 1% of general dentists in California have a permit to perform IV Sedation. IV sedation allows a patient to sleep through their care.
Dr. Loisel is an active member in the American Academy of Dental Anesthesiology, American Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Southern Alameda County Dental Society.

Met the dentist for first time, but had to ask who she was. Appt was scheduled for 3:30 and had to wait 45 minutes due to some emergencies, but would have appreciated being advised of that info while waiting with no explanation why the appointment was so late getting started. Communicate with your patients!

After a pandemic pause, I resumed my dental maintenance at Tracy Hills Dental Care yesterday. Everything went very well, and my dental hygienist was quite excellent. Everyone was helpful, and I am confident that my future needs will be very well met.

Grace is such a blessing to have there. I drive 65 miles each way because of Grace. I am very thankful for all the staff there. The staff and doctors are very friendly and always make an uncomfortable situation very comfortable. Cannot thank you enough.

Avoid this place. Bait and switch on which dentist I was going to get. I asked for one, then got the other. Appointments moved a few times for different reasons. Lots of pain. Wake up in the middle of the night can't sleep for weeks pain from the work they did. No explanation of the purpose of the mouth wash that the assigned me, I followed the directions on the bottle but found out later it could be staining my teeth if I over used it, so I did it for 2 weeks before someone told me. Worst thing is I showed up 15 minutes for my appointment and spent 45 minutes waiting for it to start. After have 12 shots of Novocain the office lady decided to talk to me about my bill which she had 45 minutes to do before I got procedures done. Her information was unclear - didn't make sense - sounded like she was a scam artist trying to take advantage of me while I was in lot of pain. I cancelled my appointment with them and will never go back. I kept asking her if I owed them money, she couldn't give me a straight answer she had to wait for the insurance company, so why is she wasting my time after getting all this work done? I am in a lot of pain with a lady babbling at me when I am trying to get out of the place to go back to work. They will non stop spam your phone and email with reminders of appointments a reminder for the reminder I had to create an account on the site just to disable all this non stop spam / harassment.

I had an amazing experience with Tracy Hills Dental care. The staff was outstanding and very professional. The facility is extremely clean and that is very important these days. Jennifer and Dr. Suri are the best I rate them 5 finally, the overall rating would have been a 5 but, I was not given the break down of the cost of the plan and my next appt. So it was a 4 but I wanted to score my experience as a 4.5. Can't wait to complete my journey with this awesome staff.

Tracy Hills Dental really deserve 100 stars they are the Best. The entire staff is courteous timely positive professional organized prompt gentle kind they are well trained in their positions and they always go far and beyond my expectations.
