Tracy Dental Excellence is a wheelchair accessible dental office for patients who are physically challenged. Our treatment rooms and operatories are sized to accommodate our patients wheelchairs and our parking lot has multiple Handicap Accessible Parking spaces.

The dental staff at Tracy Dental Excellence understands your concern about water quality and the importance of keeping you and your family healthy. Before any procedure requiring anesthetic, it is important to alert staff members if you have a medical condition that may be of concern. These may include hearts disease, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, diabetes, rheumatic fever, etc. Also please let us know if you are on any medication that may affect the procedure (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, blood thinners, etc.) or if you require medication before dental cleanings (i.e. antibiotics premedication.)
What are needleless fillings? These are done as a preventive measure to protect your teeth from decay. They are also done when a very small amount of decay is detected, but since its only in the enamel, you wont need to get numb to remove it.

I had a dental emergency while visiting family. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. The staff is so friendly, kind and efficient! I will make regular appointments here even though I live many miles away.

I do not like dentists... period. I had something come up and had to go get it checked out and found Tracy Dental Excellence was the best rated for people with dental anxiety. They were very good at understanding my anxiety and taking care of my needs.

They changed owners! I had my second cleaning done here this year as new patient. Sadly, my first visit with my original hygienist and doctor isn't there on my second. I wanted to come back because I had a good experience with them. I'm not saying my current hygienist or new dentist isn't good but it's not the same. Honestly I do miss Christina, as she was friendly and dud a great job on my teeth. I barely felt pain with my deep cleaning. Today I felt some pain that I needed some med to numb to continue. There is also a big difference with the front desk. She wasn't friendly as the last people I had last time It's all becoming not so excellence anymore. More like regular. Maybe I'm feeling sad not having the same people. One more thing Not part of my rating the office waiting chairs are awful!! They hurt to seat a long time. The cushion are all gone. Seems like this place is rundown in a bad way fast. I hope they address these concerns or else I might look elsewhere.

I had been dealing with wisdom tooth pain for 3 days. Called around to a handful of dentists and was told the next appointment to be seen would be at least a week out. Tracy dental excellence was able to get me in the same day and pulled both of my wisdom teeth same day. Amazing dentist. 10/10 would recommend

Had an issue where I messed up my tooth. Being a Saturday I had a heck of a time finding a dentist that was open. Luckily they picked up and were able to get me in. They had an opening 30 minutes from when I called. Once I got in unfortunately they did not take my insurance, but I still wanted to get the exam done. I was greeted by an incredibly friendly dental assistant who was knowledgeable, and helped me understand what was going on. Great dental office and staff. I just wish my insurance would accept this place. Would love to be a permanent patient.

I usually have had a good experience at this dentist, which is why I'm willing to leave two stars in that one star. This visit I was supposed to get my teeth cleaned and have them check one tooth that was bothering me (I Believe there was a piece of popcorn stuck in it). When I got there there was no one at the front, I had to walk through the dental office knock on a random person's door and locate someone to come to the front. The receptionist, who was also apparently the x-ray technician told me that I was going to have to get a full x-ray of my teeth today before they could do my dental cleaning. As an x-ray was not necessary except for my concern about the one tooth, I agreed to the X-ray of the one tooth (this x-ray was a third of the price). After the x-ray, I sat and waited with the blue drive around me for approximately 40 minutes before someone finally came in as I was actually getting my purse to leave. The doctor came in and did a cursory examination, at which point I told him I had already been there for over an hour and I had to leave for my sons swim lesson. I never got my teeth cleaned, nor did I get whatever is stuck in my tooth out. Disappointed with their services today.

What a positive experience. They were helpful and understanding. The doctor was professional and had a great bedside manner. Not a hint of shaming or guilt about my dental care. My hygienist was amazing and a lot of fun. A real pleasure to work with.

Everyone in this office was fantastic when I say everyone I mean everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant and the doctor was amazing did a great job because I have bad anxiety with dentist the last one I went to took a tooth out and I felt every.. single .. but if it was horrible but the dentist was very good did 3 different numbing things and asked if I felt anything through out the whole process absolutely amazing..like I said everyone was fantastic and amazing!! Will for sure be back here!!
