This is the best dental office I have ever experienced. The staff are kind and relational. I truly felt cared for for the two appointments I have had so far. It was also probably the first time I didn't experience excessive pain during treatment. I appreciate the dentist's approach and overall professional practice.

After living in Tracy for 15 years, I finally switched over from my dentist in San Ramon. I wish I would have done so sooner. The staff here are amazing! I will be switching my kids next. It is a comforting feeling when you walk in the door and they treat you like they have known you forever!

My husband and I were highly recommended to this office a few months ago, All the staff made us feel like family. The office is clean and inviting. Amazing place! We have felt well served during all our appt. our treatment has been in a Very relaxing atmosphere. I must say those big screen monitors with beautiful vacation views are made me relaxed. I'm one to be nervous going to a new dentist but here the Dr. made me feel relax. Highly recommended!!!

Nothing but good things to say. I called for an appointment at the end of the business day and they were able to see me first thing the next morning. I receive d prompt, compassionate care, despite having not been at the dentist since before Covid. The dentist was gentle, friendly and accommodating. Grateful for excellent service and amazing dental care.

My visits to Tracy Dental Center have been nothing less than amazing. For someone who hates going to the dentist, the team members here ALWAYS have a smile on their faces and actually engage with you. They definitely give you that small town dentist feel where you're not just a number. I am horrible with names so I cannot remember the individuals I speak to when I've visited, but just know they will treat you like a friend. The services provided make me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about what I'm doing or not doing right when it comes to my teeth. Thank you Tracy Dental Center team for providing these great services. I will be sure to send my family and friends to this location.

It's a very welcoming dentist office with a very friendly staff. I have recently had my second visit and I really appreciate how careful they are with my teeth. When I got a filling and felt a scratchy spot on my tooth after they packed up, they were happy to go back and fix it until I felt satisfied with the result. Every time I have been there they have made my dentist visit (normally something i feel anxious over) a pleasant and pain free experience.

I just recently started going here as a family recommendation and I can see why! Everyone is the office is so kind, lovely and overall pleasant to talk too 10/10 on care as well. Just had to have a root canal which we all know isn't everyone's idea of a good time. They did their best to make is was comfortable as possible which is super appreciated!

Like most - I'm a little scared of the dentists. But I left smiling, less stressed and happy! Everyone was SO nice and welcoming. I was having the most difficult time getting my dental x rays from my previous dentists. They called numerous times and got the x rays. The x rays were pretty bad, so they took new x rays free of charge. They made sure I fully understood everything and I can't get over how nice and welcoming they are. And I'm not talking about just the front desk, the dentist too! He is hilarious!!! He was cracking so many jokes & you could tell he loves what he does. He's also really good at it! The atmosphere is not a dentist office - it's more like a family get together! Love love love. Also - I'm pretty sure their office is the cleanest place I've ever been. All around - great experience. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

My family and I have been coming here for years. The atmosphere is very welcoming . The staff makes us feel very comfortable and treats you like family. My kids feel comfortable and enjoy visiting the dentist. Monica and Teresa are the best at accommodated to your schedule and dealing with insurances. Adrienne and Erica are the best dental assistance always making sure you are comfortable. The doctors are Profesional and looking out for the patients needs. The hygienists are knowledgeable and provide comfortable cleanings. I Highly recommend this dental office.

PATIENT BEWARE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Awful experience. I came in for an x-ray and a cleaning 1 hour before my appointment started, as I know any professional appreciates an early arrival. It took them 2 hours to complete the service. The oriental hygienist IS AWFUL. She continuously left the water flosser hanging from my mouth. Soon after, She actually dropped the water flosser into my hair and kept going with it... This was after her service was taking 45 minutes or more. The oriental dentist was ok, though she spent more time socializing and showboating to an uncomfortable point. The atmosphere was: Everyone here wants to feel important, and they all treat each other (and patients) PASSIVE AGGRESSIVELY, unless you've gone there many times I suppose (they treated the men in there very nicely). The receptionists were laxidaisical-- one was talking in another language (without acknowledging that her counterpart was waiting on her with a question) while I was waiting to schedule a follow up appointment. She finally asked the question (which was simply: "is this price correct?" -- I was a first time patient), but hesitantly... It was clear that they did not want to do their job, and were purposefully stalling to avoid booking the appointment. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. After 2 hours of having my face stretched, I have more wrinkles than I did before I went, and my face is sore and I have an awful headache. On top of that, I feel abused and mistreated. Never going back. One thing to note is that it is all women who work here, and there is a very abusive atmosphere that is culpable as soon as you walk in. This place is a shark tank of miserable people who hate their jobs. The only saving grace was the girl who did my xrays.

I used to hate the dentist. Hate. But the Tracy Dental Center has outperformed in everything they do. Appointments: Easy to make, reschedule, or cancel. Reminders: They call and text. Call Backs: Leave a voicemail and they get back with you. After hours: They take care of you and dont leave you hanging. Office Staff: Super friendly and professional. Every time I go its like seeing old friends again. Dental work: They make you comfortable and dont rush. They explain in language I can understand what they are going to do or have done. Insurance: They always make sure to take care of the patient and not the insurance companies. I would rate them 10/10. This is how going to the dentist should be.
