I had an old filling that needed to be replaced. Dr. Cook did a great job removing and putting in a new filling.

I just had a cavity filled, and the procedure went quickly and painlessly. I was amazed! As I left, I was able to enjoy some small gifts and a marvelous pastry, lovely items provided "to thank our patients". I can honestly say I enjoyed my visit to the dentist today!

THE WORST DENTIST'S EVER!! They don't even deserve one star. They made me wait for almost an hour since they told me to come 15mins earlier. When I got in the room finally, a dental assistant walked in but did not even apologized for the waiting. The dental assistant and Dentist, Tracey Cook, they both gave me an excuse that they could not see me as a receptionist had to contact my insurance company before they see me for my first visit. But the funny thing is it was not like they were free and waited for me until a receptionist called my insurance company. They were with another patient the whole time but they were making an excuse and was putting that blame on me. Someone(I assume it was a receptionist) from this dentist's called me 1hour 30 mins before my appointment for completing a new patient form. She told me that if I do not complete the form, I have to reschedule it. I told her I would do it in 30mins and she told me it is fine. She did not tell me I have to wait as I complete the form in less than 24 hours as the dental assistant and the dentist were using this as a reason that I waited almost an hour. I also remember that I provided all my dental insurance information when I scheduled my appointment on the phone so I really do not understand why she had to wait to contact my insurance until I checked in on the day of my appointment if this was the right reason that they made me wait almost an hour. Another thing is no one informed me or gave me heads up on how long I would have to wait until dentist can see me or why I was waiting that long. The waiting room was super cold and I could not wait longer so I asked the receptionist how long I needed to wait longer. She decided to see what was going on finally after more than 40mins of waiting. She even told me it was not normal. However the assistant and the dentist could not even apologize in the first place about my waiting. They were very ARROGANT and had bad ATTITUDE because I was not happy about waiting for almost an hour. The assistant even said "it is not easy to wait when you have a baby" because she felt like she had to come up with something to blame on. I told her "Whether waiting with a baby or not, waiting an almost an hour is not normal and not acceptable". I do not understand why they just could not apologize for the inconvinence and wasting my time rather than come up with some unreasonable and nonsense excuse that clearly it is lie. I never had experienced this kind of services at any doctors or dentist's. This place does not respect patients' time but they only care about making money and make lies in order to make themselves look professional and blameless on their quality of service. I wasted more than an hour because their careless and selfishness on a waiting patient. They might be good at the job that what they do but IF THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RESPECT PATIENTS' TIME AND BEING TRULY HONEST TO PATIENTS AND ACCEPT THEIR FAULT, CLEARLY THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE OF BEING IN MEDICAL BUSINESS. THEY SHOULD GO BACK TO SCHOOL TO LEARN WHAT IS TRUE CARE OF PATIENTS. REPLY TO TRACY Y. COOK'S REPLY TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: First off, you did not apologize that you made me wait. Clearly you told me "I am sorry that you are not happy" Second, I already know it is in my network as I've got a list from my insurance company before I called and I even told her when I scheduled my appointment. So that is just an another excuse. Third, if you care about a patient's wait especially more than 40mins, you do not just leave her/him in the waiting room without saying anything. You take some kind of actions ahead and inform her/him before the patient asks what is going on. You had no intension whatsoever to make it right and now you are telling me all those lies and excuses on not filling new patient form out 48hours ahead? Excuse me, how come 24hours has became to 48hours? So since I did not complete the form 48hours ahead, you decided to take your time with another patient and made me wait almost an hour? That does not make any sense to me.

My daughter had a very good experience with Dr. Cook and her staff, so I chose to see them when my teeth were hurting, and I am very glad that I did! Dr. Cook did a very thorough examination of my mouth, the best I have ever had, and outlined clearly what needs to be done. She and her staff are super nice as well. I highly recommend Coral Bay Family Dentistry.

I wanted to find a dental office that was, personally experienced and professional. My daughter, and I needed a dentist that was sensitive, caring, and yet knowledgeable. We found all that at Coral Bay. Dr. Cook staff is a reflection of herself and each one of the staff members take extra time and care to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Cook is very personable and interested in my family having healthy teeth. My daughter looks forward to see the staff and most of all seeing Dr Cook. We feel like family at Coral Bay!

Tracey and the staff (esp. Andrea and Adrianna) have been so wonderful! I was new to Davis and was looking for a new dentistry and a friend recommended for me to go here. I used to dread going to the dentist but Tracey and the rest of the team really make it the best experience that it could possibly be. They're all very kind and professional and take the time to get to know who they're working with so they can be as accommodating as possible. I always have a ton of questions for them and they are super patient and explain everything very nicely. The waits to get a cleaning can get long since they have a lot of clients but aside from that, I wouldn't change a thing about this dentistry! Thanks for everything, Tracey and co.!!!!!

My husband, daughter, and I have all been patients of Coral Bay since it opened and have found the dental services to be excellent. Dr. Cook is pleasant and takes excellent care of all of us. The hygienists have been thorough and friendly and the office staff is efficient and accommodating. All in all, could not be more pleased with the friendly and professional service we have gotten at Coral Bay.
