Since 2005, Dr. Tracey Tabor Williams has been devoted to enhancing smiles in Indianapolis, IN with the latest technology and a caring touch. For her professionalism, commitment, and ability to treat a variety of dental conditions, her peers voted her a Top Dentist in the city for the 10th year in a row.
A Little Rock, AR native, Dr. Tracey knew she wanted to become a dentist at the age of eight. Her mom remembers her playing with Play-Dohs Doctor Drill 'n' Fill set, something her children do today too! As she got older, she was drawn to dentistry even more because of its mix of artistry and providing an excellent healthcare experience. First, she obtained her BS from the University of Arkansas before achieving her doctorate from the University of Louisville in 1999. When she received her dental license in Arkansas at the age of 24, Dr. Tracey was the youngest dentist in the states history. Before taking over the practice in Indianapolis, it was run by the first female graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Tracey is devoted to taking the dread out of dentistry. She provides a comfortable, tranquil, and pain-free experience in her chair. And when it comes to treatment, she takes a whole health approach because good oral health impacts overall health.
When she's not busy enhancing smiles, Dr. Tracey enjoys spending time with her husband John and two kids, Avery and Thatcher. She works out with her personal trainer and loves playing tennis, golf, and doing yoga with her husband. Her hobbies include collecting antiques and raku pottery, interior decorating, and traveling. Her top destinations are New Zealand and the Maldives. In addition, she annually attends a spiritual retreat in India. She plans to become a pranic (no touch) healer.
Dr. Amy grew up in New Palestine, IN. She first studied biology at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis and then earned her DDS from Loyola University Chicago in 1992. She operated her own practice for five years before selling it to spend more time with her family.
She believes every person deserves to have a healthy, beautiful smile. As a practicing dentist since 1992, Dr. Amy has made a difference in the lives of countless patients with a compassionate approach to treatment.
Outside the office, Dr. Amy cherishes time spent with her husband Philip and their five kids, Alexandria, Zane, Schuyler, Haven, and Bella. She can really relate to her husband hes a practicing oral and maxillofacial surgeon!
In addition to being a Licensed Dental Hygienist , Brandy is licensed in pain management in dentistry and local anesthesia administration. She takes pride in helping her patients achieve optimal oral health while building trust with them. With each patient, she tells them how to properly care for their smiles and reinforces how their oral health impacts overall health.
Brandy is married to Chad and they have two kids. When shes not busy helping the many patients at our office, she spends time reading, camping, hanging out with friends and family, and trying out new adventures. Her four-legged friend is a dog named Daisy. She hopes to one day travel the world.
As an expanded function dental assistant (EFDA), Melinda helps patients realize how important dental health is while ensuring their comfort at all times. The highlight of her position is improving overall health and smiles. She has certificates in dental assisting and EFDA.
Melinda unwinds by doing adventurous things with her two children and dining out. She also savors the company of her cats, Big Kitty and Cali. A long-time local, she grew up on the east side of Indianapolis. She brightens the lives of others by volunteering at homeless shelters. One day, she hopes to hit the lottery so she can help even more less fortunate residents.
Since 2000, Shanda has been helping change patients perception about dentistry. She provides quality dental care and builds positive relationships with every person she sees. Shanda values the relationships she has with her co-workers and the fact she can help change smiles for the better.
Shanda is married to Michael and they have one daughter. Her hobbies include gardening, reading, camping, watching Cubs games, and attending community events with her family. Shes the proud owner of three rescue pets two dogs, Lucky and Stella, and a cat named Kitty. She enjoys helping the homeless and supporting local business however she can.
As our CFO since 2006, Debbie has played an important role at our practice. Her primary responsibility is to keep our insurance plans as up to date as possible. For her, helping patients get the most from their coverage is very rewarding.
Debbie is married to Ron and has three kids and eight grandkids. Since she works remotely in Arkansas, she is fortunate to be able to spend lots of time with her loved ones. She often supports local schools and sporting events. Her dream is to travel with her husband and family.
Tisha helps all of our team do their jobs as effectively and efficiently as possible. She is dedicated to changing lives one smile at a time. Tisha has been in Dentistry since 2005 and with our practice since 2014. She is married to her high school sweetheart and raising 3 amazing sons. When she is not in the office she's managing her sons travel soccer teams, reading, and taking care of their bulldog.
Allison joined our practice in 2017. Shes been a licensed dental hygienist since 2006 and completed her local anesthetic license in 2013. Allison loves interacting with all of our wonderful patients and helping them create healthy oral habits that impact their overall health.
When Hannahs not at the office, she loves to travel. So far, shes been to 34 states and five countries. Hannah also enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and watching sports, especially baseball.

Dr. Williams and her staff are great! Very friendly, caring and professional! She explained every step of the precedure to me and she was always very gentle. I also appreciate her trying to save my tooth from a root canal. Definitely highly recommend them!

Great for your "Dental Reboot" So, I hadn't seen a dentist since high school and I'm now in my mid-thirties. Once I had dental insurance, I tried 3 other dentists before I finally felt welcome and comfortable at Dr Williams' office. I initially met with Dr Montefalco and I felt like I was talking to someone that got me, almost like I've always known her. I felt positive, proactive vibes from the start and we were able to come up with an ideal solution for my budget and within a great timeline. This office and team is so kind and caring. They're very thoughtful and relatable. Their music is spot on for what I love, Top 40 and their equipment is phenomenal. The office was very clean and very nicely decorated, the furniture is very beautiful and comfy. But don't let that worry you, the prices are very, very ideal. I consider myself lucky to finally have found a dentist for my short term goals and look forward to getting to the usual routine visit schedule. If you're looking for a dentist that understands, listens and gets the situation of millennials like myself, and you really have been putting this off, check out Dr. Williams' website and you'll be glad to you did.

I just started wit Dr. "Tracey" and her team. Front the front office to the doctor, they have been wonderful and caring. This is a group of big time professionals that will "roll" with the personalities. They can shift from serious to humorous in an instant. Brandy has been my favorite person to insult, because she laughs at my jokes all while hovering over me with sharp, wizzing instruments. I'm sure there's an evil smile under that mask, but she has exceptional, fast skills that put me at ease and actually make it all a great experience. So I offer my review and sincere thanks.

At age 67 I've been to many dentists.I can honestly say that Dr. Williams and her staff are the nicest and friendliest office I've experienced. The best part is that knowing of my fear of dental procedures, Dr. Williams and her assistant (Shonda) were great. They both put me at ease and Dr. Williams was the gentlest dentist I've ever had. A big thanks to the whole office. If you choose this practice you won't be disappointed!!

Wonderful experience!!!! I recommend this dentist and staff, My family and I live downtown and own a company downtown. Its nice to have a wonderful dentist and an A plus staff within walking distance of Downtown and the Old Northside.. I recently had work done and was so impressed with the service and quality. I had a sport injury in middle school that has made me a little nervous of dental drills. Dr Williams and staff were sensitive to this and I have to say it was the easiest experience I have had during my 35 plus years of dental care. Thank you Dr Williams.
