A California Dental Board-awarded Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) dentist, Dr. Ami Kagalwala has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years. She has successfully completed extensive courses in orthodontics and Invisalign from the United States Dental Institute. She is also a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), the Orange County Dental Association (OCDA), the Indian Dental Association (IDA), and the Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Ami, both a general and cosmetic family dentist, is highly experienced with an extensive background in dental and oral health. Working with a gentle and caring hand, she is highly knowledgeable and experienced in several facets of oral care, including cosmetic, preventive, and restorative dentistry. She currently practices in Orange County, California.
Dr. Friedman is an exceptionally skilled and patient-centered Dentist with extensive experience and expertise in clinical implant surgery. Notableprocedures include implant placement, grafting (sinus, ramus, particulate, and symphysis), extractions, and other surgical services.
He graduated from the SUNY Buffalo School of Dentistry in 1982, and in 1984 received a certification in Advanced Prosthodontics from the University of Southern California. In 1994, Dr. Friedman was invited to join the Faculty of the Misch International Implant Institute. One year later, he joined the faculty of Temple University Dental School. Dr. Friedman maintains a position on both faculties.
In addition to working with Trabuco Hills Dentistry and many more dental practices across the USA as an Implant Surgeon/Prosthodontist, he also,presently serves as Department Head of Prosthodontics & Chairman of the Dental Implant Board for Camp Pendleton, CA, and Guest Lecturer for Naval Dental Centers at Bethesda, MD and San Diego, CA.

I was in serious need of a crown repair for a very long time. I went to two dentists for 'a consult' before going to Dr. Ami. The reviews about her were excellent so I was hoping the third time would be "the charm" and she is great! If you need a dentist she is the one to see.

I haven't ever been so satisfied with a Dentist. First off! I live in Newport Beach and drive all the way to Mission Viejo for this kind of quality experience. The entire staff is consistently friendly, helpful and professional. Dr.Ami is simply the best. She takes so much care in her Dentistry, even to the point of checking her work by calling me or texting me at times to follow up on any services I have recently had done. I absolutely love the care and attention I receive here. I plan to have her as my Dentist for as long as possible!

Dr Ami and her team are kind, patient, pleasant and organized. My kids and husband were very much afraid and had anxiety before meeting Dr Ami. She explained everything from the exam down to why the kids need to get the sugar bugs out. (Cavaitis) Her office is so clean and doesn't smell like a dental office. Her handshare gentle and you don't remeber shess working in your mouth. My kids noticed that right away and love Dr Ami. They feel like they are just visiting Dr Ami and want to grow sugar bugs just to go see her. I don't think of going anywhere else.

RIPOFF!!! Horrible place I paid $189 for a filling that they told me my insurance wouldn't cover AND IT DOES AND DID! Then I find out later from X-rays they didn't even do the filling! I tried calling them about and all I got was "you paid for it so we won't do anything" ya I paid for a service I thought was done! DONT TRUST THEM!
