Dr. Brett Friedman has been creating beautiful smiles since 1996. He graduated from Tulane University in 1992, receiving a B.A. with departmental honors in English Literature. In 1996, he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. For over 23 years Dr. Brett has been creating the smiles of his patients dreams. He believes that nothing should stand between you and a healthier smile.

Dr. Boulos received his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2019. Prior to dental school he received his B.A in Biology along with a minor in Music from University of Maryland, Baltimore Country.

While at Tufts, Dr. Boulos was selected as both a tutor and teaching assistant to help dental students in both clinical and didactic courses. He is a member of the American Dental Association and a regular attendee of Yankee Dental Congress in Boston allowing him to attend continuing education courses and stay up-to-date with the latest dental technology, materials and methods.

Dr. Rokhsareh H. Zadeh is a surgical prosthodontics specialist. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She completed her advanced prosthodontics and implant residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has worked in multiple private practices to perform surgeries and provide prosthodontic care. Dr. Zadeh is focused on full mouth rehabilitation, All-on-4 procedures/same-day smile. Her clinical expertise ranges from sophisticated dental repairs using single to multiple dental implants, sinus lift procedures, ridge augmentation, digital dentistry, veneers, cosmetic dental treatments, and rehabilitation after oral cancer surgery.

We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Theresa DeMaio:My husband Steve and I recently retired and relocated from Baltimore to Florida. I work remotely from Florida processing insurance payments. I love my job! I am experienced in treatment planning, insurance billing, scheduling, and patient care coordination. I work closely with the doctors to make sure my patients receive the best possible care from start to finish. I am a fun loving positive person who boasts multi-tasking as one of my many talents! In my spare time I love to eat out and spend time with my friends and family.

Jacki Friedman: As the business manager my priority is your care and experience in our office. I understand that being in the dental chair can be a frightening and unpleasant experience and I want to make sure that we do our best to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

About me: I have a wonderful husband and two gorgeous boys (Zach 12 yrs and Anders 10 yrs) who take up most of my free time and keep me running! I love to read, exercise and spend time with my family. I am originally from South Africa and after college I moved to London to further my career. After three years in London I was recruited to Baltimore for a job, where I fell in love with the charm of the city and later met my husband. After we married in 2006 my husband convinced me to leave the world of commerce and come and help him run one of his dental practices. It was the best decision because I love love love my job!!

Kristi Hart: I graduated from Medix Towson in 2011 as a state certified Dental Assistant. Towson Smile Care (TSC) allowed me to complete my Medix practical work experience for my qualification in their office, and while working at TSC they offered me a full-time position. They also gave me the opportunity to join their orthodontic program and train under Dr. Ty Saini to become a qualified orthodontic assistant. I love my job and taking care of our patients. I am truly lucky to have found my calling. I have a gorgeous family with a fianc and two young daughters who keep me busy. I enjoy hiking with my dog slinky, fishing and cooking.

Kassie Louloudis: I am the Practice Manager at TSC. I graduated in 2009 from CCBC as a state certified Dental Assistant. I am HIPAA and CPR certified. Through the years of working in dental practices, I have found that my true love is working the front office; running the practice and treatment plan coordination with the doctors and patients. I started working at Towson Smile Care in October 2011 and have found my home! I enjoy treating patients like I would my own family, and putting them at ease when they feel nervous.. I have a beautiful family with my husband and one year old son who keep me busy. In my free time I enjoy spending my time at the beach.

Sabrina Murphy, RDH: I am the senior hygienist at Towson Smile Care and I just LOVE LOVE LOVE what I do! In the office I am known as the Positivity Queen! I have been in the dental field for 40 years, 30 of those years as a hygienist. My patients are what keeps me loving what I do. When Dr. Brett Friedman purchased the practice from the previous doctor in December 2009, I decided to stay and become part of something great. I love to learn and grow professionally, so I continuously attend courses to stay informed on new technology and advances in hygiene. Outside of work, I have a wonderful non-verbal 21-year-old autistic son named Tyler. He keeps my life busy and filled with happiness:).

Rebecca Ball, RDH: I graduated from The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2000 and have been practicing dental hygiene ever since. I started my career in Pennsylvania where I worked for two years before moving to the Baltimore area in 2002. I thoroughly enjoy my career, the people I work with, and the people I get to take care of throughout my day.

Emily Knight:II love engaging with our patients here at the office and providing them with that 'hospitality' feeling, whether it 's on the phone or in person. I love being a treatment coordinator!! I regularly travel back and forth from Baltimore and Ocean City because my dad lives there.

In my spare time I work at the Baltimore Ravens home games, and I love going out on the water and spending time with my family. I am enjoying my journey at Towson Smile Care and I am excited to see what the future holds for me here.

Jackie, RDH:Jackie is a graduate of University of Richmond. She started in dentistry as a dental assistant for 3 years in Baltimore City before heading to hygiene school. During those three years, Jackie worked tirelessly to address challenges impacting the community of patients in the Canton neighborhood and surrounding areas. Jackies free spirit can be felt around the office, she is full of energy and can brighten anyones day.

In her downtime Jackie spends time with her husband and children. She thoroughly enjoys her career, the people she works with and her patients she gets to take care of throughout the day. Jackie is very excited for her journey here at TSC.

Jenna Nozeika:I am new to dental and Im so grateful to have been given this opportunity. I absolutely love my new position as a treatment coordinator! I love being in a busy fast paced work environment where I am learning something new every day. I enjoy engaging with all of our patients and I love the TSC team. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I love exploring new things and being at the beach. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful since I started and I cant wait to see what the future holds for me here.

Nate Wingerd:I graduated from Harford Community College in 2021 as a state certified Dental Assistant. I am very fortunate to have found a great team of professionals who provide excellent dentistry. I pride myself in making every patient feel comfortable when they step through the door. In my spare time I enjoy reading, hiking and drawing. I am enjoying this new journey at Towson Smile Care and I am excited to see what the future holds for me here.

Rachel Smith: Some of you may recognize me as I previously worked for TSC in 2016-2017. I am excited to be back at TSC as a Treatment Coordinator. I love engaging with our patients and helping them achieve the smile they've always dreamed of. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and the people I work with. I'm excited to see what the future holds for me here at TSC. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, family and friends. I also love hiking!

Kirstyn Bowman: I graduated from CCBC in 2011 as a state if the art Dental Assistant. I have been with TSC since 2016 and am very fortunate to have found my forever home. I love my job and I love taking care of our patients. I have a beautiful family with my husband and three children who keep me busy. We love to travel especially to Disney!

Quana Clements: I graduated from Medix in 2021 as a state certified dental assistant. I am very passionate about dentistry and I am loving my new position at TSC. I just recently married my best friend in February of 2022. In my spare time I love to hang out with friends and family. Im always up for a new adventure, my wife and I love to explore the world!

Darranetta Davis: I graduated from Medix in 2016 as a state certified dental assistant. I am the lead dental assistant at TSC and I am very passionate about dentistry. I thoroughly enjoy my career, the people I work with, and the people I get to take care of throughout my day. I have a beautiful family with my husband and two daughters who keep me busy. In my spare time I like to shop on Shein and Amazon. I love spending time with the lord, my family and friends and drinking mimosas. I look forward to what the future will bring at TSC.
