I have not been to the dentist in quite awhile and scheduled for a cleaning. Dr Towning and the dental hygienists were extremely professional and not judgemental at all :-)

My teeth cleaning was meticulous, and it was noticeably better than cleanings I've had in the past. When Dr. Towning told me I needed some fillings, she showed me the x-rays and explained where the problems were. When I checked out, the receptionist even gave me an estimate of the charges for the fillings and what the insurance would likely cover, so I knew how much to expect to pay on the next visit.

Terrible results. Got my cavity done in July 2021. A month later that tooth and the neighboring one started to feel uncomfortable. Additionally, my gum started pulling away from that tooth exposing the root and that area became really sensitive. I had to find a new dentist to fix that problem and redo the filling. I don't recommend this place unless you like terrible dentists and pay extra for fixing their mess-ups.

I've been going here for a few years now and I absolutely love this dental office! The staff is always friendly and welcoming every time I come in. They're very knowledgeable and answer all my questions and make sure I understand what they are telling me. I've yet to have a single qualm with this office. I cannot recommend this place enough, you will love coming here!

Can I give more than 5 Stars? Taylor, the receptionist, was extremely warm and a genuine pleasure to talk to as I prepared for my appointment (I hate the dentist!) Ange, the dental assistant was also amazing! She was so sweet, kind, and was a a general joy be around. Dr. Towning was unbelievably helpful, kind, and dedicated to helping me. She was excellent, and I am so thankful for their amazing service.

After a few years not going into the dentist, I finally got around to locating a dentist in Columbus and stumbled on Dr. Towning through my insurance and that was the best thing that could've happened. Despite my teeth being in a bad shape, I never felt any judgement from Dr. Towning or her staff. Everyone there is kind, considerate and professional. I've never experienced any pain from any of the many fillings I had to undergo. Scheduling is a breeze, the location is convenient, parking is easy and the office is well kept. Towning Dental is worth your time.

Our whole family goes to Towning Dental, including the little kids. They're great with kids--patient and no waits, and have a TV to keep them distracted. Everyone is professional and the office is brand new and really nice. No problems with insurance and easy to make an appointment (you won't have to wait 3 months). Definitely recommend. Update: We left the practice because we moved. I regretted it immediately (long story and lots of pain later...). I now will drive the entire family back Towning to fix the problems caused by another dentist.

Dr Towning is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and professional. I have a very sensitive mouth and Dr Towning is the first dentist I have had that makes sure I feel no pain during my procedures. I recommend her to all, I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I strongly reccomend this office for people looking for a Good Dental Office in the Columbus area. I'm very happy. I was a new patient and Chelsea was my hygenist. For my own fault I had not been to a dentist in 2-3 years so I was a little nervous going in. Also my gums had begun to bleed when I brushed them. I was long overdue. I appreciate that I was comfortable with their office and staff. It took a 3hour cleaning but now I am flossing everyday, have no cavities and my gums no longer bleed.

I highly recommend Towning Dental. Beautiful and clean office paired with an incredibly personable and professional staff. Dr. Towning is very confident and skilled and it is abundantly clear that she is one of the best around.

The entire staff is super friendly and they tell you everything up front and honestly (in particular, the cost of the appt). Super convient location with great parking. Everything seems brand new, except the employees! They are highly knowledgable and gentle!
