Our office is a cozy boutique practice which focus on relation ship based dentistry. We make every effort to get to know you well. No one is a nameless chart in our office. We work together to make positive change one patient at a time.
We provide a range of services includes cleanings, mercury free fillings, root canals, implants, bridges, crowns, Zoom whitening, KoR whitening, Crowns, Bridges, Veneers, smile make overs, full mouth reconstructions. We also provide laughing gas and sedation dentistry. We also offer same day emergency services.

Dr. Brindha Natarajan and her staff dont practice dentistry as just fillings or root canals but an excellent way to contribute and maintain a persons well being. We make every effort to make you feel great about yourself by helping you to achieve good oral health. When you feel good, the effect usually propagates to every aspect of your life.
We have very friendly and exceptional set of staff. Our hygienist and dental assistants are licensed professionals, who take utmost pride in keeping themselves abreast of the advances in dentistry and have set themselves high quality standards.
When you come for your initial visit, most time is spent understanding you your concerns and goals as far as your health goes. We present to you through pictures, photos and x-rays the issues going on in your mouth. We believe in partnering with our patients and discussing their concerns. We also make every effort to understand your expectation of us. If a treatment is required, we first sit down with you and explain the available treatment options. We work together with you to make plans to help you to achieve your goal.
Dr. Brindha Natarajan graduated from University of Connecticut with a D.M.D (Doctor of Dental Medicine) in 2012. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Association and New Hampshire Dental Association. Dr. Natarajans passion lies in treating her patients the gentlest way possible. She enjoys helping her patients to improve their health, appearance, and self-esteem. Dr. Natarajan also enjoys working with young adults and kids.

Dr. Natarajan is and incredible dentist and I love the practice! I've moved farther away, but will still drive back to see her instead of getting a different dentist with a shorter drive. :)

Today's appointment went very well that started being taken exactly when my appointment began. Dental assistant performed her duties professionally, as did the dentist with the final appointment review. I am good for another six months.

I've been going to Towne Square Dental for decades. The staff are friendly and pleasant . And while I don't like having to go to a dentist, this group makes the experience do-able. They use a numbing agent to deaden the sensations long before they use the novacaine so that I don't feel the novacaine needle. They wait long enough for it to take effect. For as long as I remain in the area, I expect to to continue using this group for my dental needs.

I went in there feeling so nervous and in pain!! And the dentist figure out what was wrong.. she was able to squeeze me in to do a root canal in two days. She is awesome!! And the team makes you feel relaxed and super nice. This place is great.

I went in feeling Anxious, and really nervous about seeing the dentist. All of the staff instantly made me feel so comfortable. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Their goal was to make sure I wasn't in pain and they did just that! All the while making sure I was okay. I had the best dental experience and can't wait to continue my care with you. So, after years of avoiding the dentist at all cost,I finally was forced to find one.I had such anxiety and was absolutely petrified to once again sit in their chair. I hid behind a smile,hating my teeth and how much pain they were causing me.But there I was with no choice to go, the pain just kept getting worse.So I found Dr.Brindha and her team, from the first voice on the phone to Dr.brindha and her amazing staff, I was comforted the entire time! They are so gentle and caring and they knew I needed their help.In just a few visits they got me back on track, major issues addressed and corrected and brightening up my smile! It's so nice to just smile again:) I can't even say enough about how much they have helped me through this fear and establishing a better smile, Never again will I let fear take over me again ! THANKYOU DR.Brindha and team, you are all so amazing!!!!
