As usual maybe good doctors with a horrible administration and bordering the scam or fishy practices, I have insurance and they gave us an estimate almost 6 times more expensive than other offices, also said my wife need a crown and had really bad cavities, and many, and if I don't do a deep cleaning asap I'm going to lose my teeth, we went to another office and she had only 5 light cavities , no need for a crown and yes, I need a cleaning but not because I'm going to lose in months my teeth, when I asked them to give me my images , they sent it by email, just a print screen of their computer with all the images together in bad quality, I paid for that , they are mine, so the new office called them and asked to give it individually and they refused, they lost two new patients, me and my wife , thousands of dollars in treatments, be careful with this office!!!!! UPDATE, they answer they don't have records of us LIAR, invoice attached , they were in pines and moved to Cooper City

This place provides an outstanding service, from the friendly front desk personnel to the medical assistants, and doctors. The place is neat and very clean. Dr. Mederos did an amazing job pulling my wisdom teeth. I did not feel any pain, and she pulled it in a matter of seconds. She showed a great technique and experience because, at the time I was expecting some more time working on it, she said: "It's done". As easy as turning on and off a light switch! I will definitely come back if God wants, and I highly recommend this place! Thank you guys!

I have always been afraid of oral treatment. But with this great and good experience at Town Care Dental, it is no longer a trauma for me. I recommend them 100%. It's a great team, everyone is very professional, and very friendly. Thanks to Dr. Godoy for her great quality of time devoted to my problem, and the solution. the staff here are amazing and the best! i've never been to a better dental clinic where they do the best job and they treat me at home. a big shoutout to the amazing front desk and my hygienist Mailin Aguirre. so far best experience in this dental clinic recommended to the max!

Good day, I am writing this to express my frustration and disappointment in your office. I this point I will no longer be coming to your facility. I have two children that have the exact same insurance. On the day of my appointment I was called and told you take the insurance for one child and not the other so I will have to pay for the appointment. When I scheduled the appointment I advised the person that my daughter also has healthy kids denta quest which you are in network with yet I still had to cancel her appointment. This is unacceptable for your staff to tell me even if I schedule an appointment two weeks in advance they will only tell me the day before or the day of I'd my insurance is accepted that is terrible. That is poor business and terrible customer service. On top of the fact whoever I spoke with didn't seem to care that I was trying to understand how can you tell a patient after having their insurance information for two weeks oh well can't see you unless you pay out of pocket. Insurance verification does not change unless their is a termination of employment or non-payment. Which in that case it is cancelled at the end of the month. But I'm my case your office supposedly only take a PPO for new patients and you do accept DentaQuest. The most aggravating part is I changed my daughters dentist so we all could see Dr. Young and I was seen the day before with the exact same insurance I always had but it's an HMO. Dr. Young is great but this is unacceptable unfortunately I will find another office for myself and my daughters. Sent from my iPhone

I absolutely love this office. The hygienists and the doctors are absolutely fantastic. They are very professional and have a wonderful bedside manner. The office is impeccable and extremely clean. Great care is given to the patients. I would highly recommend to anyone.
