This was very much an upgrade from my last Naples dentist. I already set up my cleaning in January. The only thing you need to know is the office is FREEZING and I recommend bringing a jacket. I wore a sweater and a jacket and was fine. My first visit I was shivering and I also heard a patient tell his wife he was cold in his appointment.

Dr Kapplan and Kathy the Dental Hygienist and Front Desk Staff are awesome. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I recommend this dental office.

I will never step foot in this practice again! The receptionist and the assistant are the only good thing about this office. Went in because a dental crown had come off. Dr Cappelen who has zero bedside manners, removed my tooth where the crown was attached to, placed a cheap plastique abutment, attached a new crown an so I thought we were done. Not so fast! The abutment being on the weaker side, not being metal was moving every time I ate. Went back to be seeing again by dr Cappelen, after preliminarily explaining my situation to the assistant and her communicating back and forth to the doctor who was in another rooom, he decided to come in the room and address me personally.( horrible communication between dr and patient) after insisting on my part to remove it and replace the abutment with a stronger metal he decided to replace it. As he tried to hammer my now permanently attached tooth, he ended up cracking my root, leaving me with no tooth and having to resort to getting an implant which he wasn't equipped to do. He never apologized, never took responsibility and never admitted that he should have used the right strong material in the first place. Mind you I had insurance and would have been fully covered. He is simply a greedy doctor who only cares about his pocket and not his patients. I am now left with having to go for an implant and am waiting eight months to hopefully get it put in after building up my bone with an ingraft which I never should have been subjected to do, had dr Cappelen done his job right!

Excellent experience. Took care of my issue (chipped front incisor) without insisting on a full exam and a follow-up appointment.

I feel the staff is really nice and knowledgeable and personable. I've been a patient for 5-6 years and I like it.

I went it front desk was very friendly, the wait was not long but inside was not clean very grimmy I've been in cleaner offices the dentist was very quick because he had another patient he walks into the room with the gloves he had on in the other patient's room. The assistants are nice and know services can be improved tremendously

Always great service, friendly staff and prompt with appointments. They always answer their phone during business hours which I wish all doctors offices did.

I go to the dentist to see the dentist unless I'm there for a cleaning. I like Dr Capp, but would like more time with him discussing my dental work. The staff is friendly.

I usually have Kathy who cleans my implants. Lise was good, but she never touched the implants. Kathy uses special tools. Otherwise, it was a good experience. Smiles.
