Tried to charge me $2'500 to fix five cavities, I've always had good teeth so I went for a second opinion at another dentist: Only two cavities and $600. Towncare Dental fabricates charges and maximizes what your insurance will pay and how much they think you will be able to pay. Additionally, they tried to upsell me deep cleaning and orthodontist procedures, and then wouldn't send me my patient documents (X-Rays) when I requested them. Disgusting business model to take advantage of people like that, avoid this place!

Really caring dentist. All the staff is very friendly. The hygienist I worked with was great as well. Very patient and thorough with any questions I had. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent staff. Great dentist Dennis , hygienist Mary and Heather Dr Dennis assistant. I'm afraid of dentists but not anymore. My experience was great. Now Dr Dennis or Heather don't work there any more the manager Yoly is knowledgeable and have to deal with almost every thing as the office has less employees

Dr. Beyra did partials. She had to extract 3 teeth. I have had a life long fear of dentists. She and all of her assistants treated me so kindly and calmly it seriously took away my fears. They are amazing and I had Absolutely nothing but positive experiences e When I had my appointments. I would 100% refer her and the price for all of the work was 1/2 of other Dental offices I had researched.

SCAM artist. This is by far the WORST dentist in the area. Deserves ZERO stars. Not only did the she mess up my entire tooth, I have pain now every time I eat something which I didn't have before, but her fillings fell out days after my appointment and after I paid them hundreds of dollars. My night guard doesn't fit at all and causes me so much pain that there's no way to wear it even for an hour and guess what, she won't fix it. She gets aggravated and tells you it's your own fault (WHAT?!). She doesn't want to fix anything she messes up and cancels all future appointments. What kind of "doctor" does that? Unacceptable and completely incompetent.

i had the same services done at a competent dentist. $0 for the stuff they wanted HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS for. HUNDREDS. AT A COMPETENT DENTIST OFFICE IT WAS ZERO DOLLARS. They will overcharge you and demand payment up-front for services covered 100% by your insurance. Demand pre-authorization prior to agreeing to the prices on your treatment plan. They REQUIRE medical clearance release forms from your doctor if you have a serious medical condition. Doctors, AS A RULE will NOT and cannot provide such releases. Yet they will see you and bill you for x-rays and an office visit prior to disclosing this info.

I wish I could give this place a 0. My appointment has been scheduled for over a month. I receive a phone call today and was told that the doctor can't see my daughter and I. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem but this is the third time that this appointment has been rescheduled. The one time that I was seen by the doctor, it took and hour from my appointment time to be seen. Update: After speaking with the office manager, I attempted to give this practice another shot. I had an appointment scheduled for 2 months. The day before my appointment I was called and told that the doctor had an emergency yet again and I had to reschedule.

Worst cleaning in my entire life it lasted all of 15 minutes from start to finish Including a fluoride application. She never checked all of my teeth for tartar. I could feel her barely touching my teeth and skipping teeth as she went during the polishing process never once flossed them. She did of course pause several times to watch TV I believe Hoda and Jenna were on NBC this morning. I complained at the front desk while checking out and was only told I'm sorry and then they tried to schedule me for a 6 month cleaning.
