Had an appointment scheduled but I was in so much pain and the staff was so accommodating. They were able to squeeze me in on the same day and even perform the root canal. Love my dentist!!

When you walk in the door you can smell it raw sewage in the air ,staff burning candles to cover up the stench ..Over billed for services ,no respect for clients and a total lack of compassion. Find another dentist ......

If I can get this place no stars I would starting from the manager but the manager refused to let my daughter get out of the chair the front desk person was very rude had my daughter waiting for an hour and a half numb just because they had an emergency five minutes before she checked in so they couldn't give us the courtesy to say hi you guys are early the doctor had an emergency so we're running a little behind or give us a call at that no matter what the point was it's the courtesy and when I mention to the front desk person that it's just a courtesy she was very rude I told him to release my daughter I told them I don't want my daughter being treated I'm going to call the insurance and let them know that I was denied this and I'm going to contact my lawyer in regards to this They treated my daughter as an outcast they basically said who cares that you have to wait because we took care of the emergency first because before they ever started work on her root canal she missed her appointment because of Covid. Very unprofessional very rude and very ghetto

The worst dental office I have ever dealt with! Keep your kids insurance and money away from here! This place is a joke! THEY ARE NOT HERE FOR PATIENT CARE they are there for their own good and money!

Dr Riddle is the best, always goes above and beyond with her patient care, she's is very patient and companionate with her patients. I love her and Gaby the hygienist is also wonderful and perfectionist. Would definitely recommend this office to friends and family !!

Had a consultation for wisdom teeth surgery back in July, went to get additional testing done that they needed. I dropped off the disc at their office maybe a week later. I was told the doctor would call me back to schedule my appointment for my surgery. Never heard back from anyone. Now after THREE months they contact me regarding my appointment, after I had asked for a copy of my X-rays to go somewhere else. Not professional at all, so I am getting my surgery elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their six month preventive cleaning done. I get my preventive cleaning done at least twice a year. I came to this place and requested preventive cleaning, and they refused to do preventive cleaning unless I agree to do a gum treatment (they called it deep cleaning). It would be okay to make the patient aware of any recommendations by the dentist, and have the patient sign a form, if they need it to cover themselves legally, stating that the patient was made aware of potential areas of concern; but to refuse a service unless the patient agrees to do other recommended services, I think it's wrong. I went to another dentist, no deep cleaning recommended, got my preventive cleaning done, and I was actually given thumps up for taken good care of my teeth.

One of the worst dental offices I've ever been too. They were extremely slow and didn't know what they were doing. They tried charging me to do a whole bunch of procedures to my teeth which i didn't need. Either tried getting the money from me or my insurance. I instead went to two other dental offices to get their advice and they told me my teeth were completely fine and didn't need anything they were saying I needed.

System set you up for an appt without your consent, called and said date does not work so I rescheduled, two weeks before the appt, a recording keeps asking me to confirm my appt, few days before someone called to confirm AGAIN. When I failed to answer and confirmed, my appt was cancelled. The girl that called said that I cancelled it, what a joke! unprofessional staff EVER. FYI stop harrassing people about confirming....

Made an appointment and filled out all of the required paperwork. Recieved constant reminders to confirm my appointment. The day before my appointment I was called and informed they could not verify my insurance. Also, they told me the cleaning had to be reschedualed which was the major reason for my visit. They waited until the day before to tell me that information! What a joke! I canceled my appointment and will be going elsewhere.
