BE AWARE OF SCAMMERS, They are liars, the manager she is a thief she chargers for extra work that they did not do, they also add a bunch of extra fees. The place is not clean and they re-use gloves... I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody...

This place is a rip off. Before the Pandemic I went there because I broke a front tooth. They took x-rays and advised that I had thousands of dollars of work to be done and got me to sign up for CareCredit (very high interest rate). I had decent insurance at the time, but it didn't cover everything they said I needed. In the end Dr. Sosa said I needed top and bottom dentures. They gave me temporary ones, then the Pandemic hit. Everything had been paid for. I went back after the Pandemic and they told me I was only getting top dentures and if I wanted bottom ones I would have to pay again. I refused to pay again and they did not accept my new insurance. So today I picked up my new top dentures and they dont fit properly . I was told that the lab said there was nothing they could do. So I am $6,000 in the hole and have dentures that dont fit...after going through this for 2 years. BEWARE...WATCH WHAT THEY CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND SEE IF THEY CHARGE YOU TOO. I AM IN TOUCH WITH MY OLD INSURANCE COMPANY AND I WILL BE FILING A GRIEVANCE.

Great Experience, Went in for a check up and cleaning for the first time. Great atmosphere. Dr.Ramirez & Maylenis were great. Definetly would recommend to anyone looking for great dentis office.

I do apologize for any confusion with my review. My first** impression, the dentist, dentist assistance and front desk personnel are very friendly yet the insurance person or Director of office who I discussed my situation on phone twice, had no patience or understanding on how (rude) to speak to me and not listening to the client, just wanted to be heard rather than understand my questions. I believe this could of been handled in a better manner and not with an insurance agent on the line with the client. I feel the client is not a priority and she was willing to let the client go to make a point of the situation and not provide a better solution.

Absolutely love coming to this office, Nelly the hygienist does the best cleaning, very gentle and explains my areas of concern in detail. The manager Michelle always addresses any questions I have and takes the time to call me back. The girls in the front are amazing as well always happy to greet me and very professional. Highly recommend!

Be careful at this location the like to add fees and overcharge clients, they even penalize their patients with fee if you dont make it to the appointment. also the place is not very clean

The staff was pleasant; my dentist, Dr. Nancy Sosa was excellent and provided me detailed explanations and recommendations on how to continue to maintain my teeth; and my dental hygenist, Maggie was great. I'm glad I found this place. - Posted this 4 years ago. Went in for a cleaning with Nelly, the Registered Dental Hygienist who was great. She made sure I had a pleasant painless experience and explained what she was doing as she was doing my cleaning. The new staff was nice. I showed up to my appointment on time and was attended on time. Very important. - Posted August 2022
