Had an appointment today didn't get a call till yesterday afternoon that thier was done steps I needed to take as far as insurance to be seen fir registration that was very last minute gir taken cared of thanks to my insurance then get thier this morning lady I spoke to yesterday was very very rude believe name was Luna then had to deal w/same lady today again told me nothing could be done & would have to reschedule due to # didn't match Luna didn't even try asked if I could have 5 minutes to call insurance so they could send her info she declined now Dr Torres was seeing a patient wasn't like my grandson was bieng called at that moment also had one person in front of me also waiting & she still said no w/an ugly attitude I was extremely upset due to we waited almost a whole month to get in to just be turned away I will never recommend anyone to this dentist & the Luna nurse needs to be thought how to be more pleasant & understanding when it comes to us patients that actually pay for her to sit at that seat HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED Towne care Dental

I went for a new patient consultation. The staff is rude and unkind. I left before any procedure was done. The staff need improvement with kindness and professionalism and the exam rooms should be cleaner.

The worst customer service ever in EVERY sense of the word. There is not enough space in Google for me to write what these people have done to my wife.....from cancelling her 3 month wait appointment (TWICE) the day of her appointment to sending her to collections and ruining her credit because they sent the bills to the wrong address. The worst part is the office's workers attitude (particularly the Office Manager), as if they were right and we should not complain. They even hang up the phone on me because they did not like my "tone of voice". DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH TOWNCARE DENTAL. The doctors are nothing special either. Check also the reviews in their Facebook page, HORRIBLE!

Anthony did a good job today with explaining different brushing techniques. Aside from the 20 emails and 40 texts (lol) to remind you of the appointment I enjoy this location.

Would not recommend! Charged my insurance twice for the same procedure. Then my insurance denied future claims and they didn't tell me until I was in the dentist chair with numbing gel in my mouth. Dentist only cares about money.

Today I had a deep cleaning treatment at Towncare Dental. I was nervous because the Hygienist Jim that I have seen over the past 9 months had relocated to another Towncare location. He was the best Hygienist that I had ever had clean my teeth. But let me tell you that Anthony my new Hygienist was amazing. Not only did he do an excellent job in cleaning my teeth, he was incredibly personable and put me at ease. Dr. Torres and the entire staff are skilled and friendly. I highly recommend Towncare Dental.

Staff was super helpful and they got me in and out of the office super quick! They told me everything I needed to know and where and who to contact for my future appointments. Will definitely be going back to them!

They don't honor scheduled appointment time. They make a time that is convenient for the specialist to leave early. Wasted my time and energy with this facility. I should've read the reviews before even considering this place. Reading the comments I saw that their inconsiderate actions are normal. Smfh. They should be fined or ran out of business. Need to contact the BBB on this shady racket.
