A cap came off and created an emergency. A amily vacation was planned the following day. The excellent & kind staff squeezed an appointment in for me an hour before our flight. Than you.

Great dental care. Dr. Ivan Terrero was thorough of explaining the work I needed done. Took time to make me comfortable throughout it all, my smile is great again. Thank you, Ivan and team.

Don't equate this office with any other Town Care...I went for a consultation and I can't speak more highly of Dr Litvak. She took her time and FULLY explained what I needed. I felt VERY comfortable and look forward to her bec oming my dentist. I also appreciated Kathy at front office doing her best to accommodate me.The other Town Care offices have a lot to learn from this clean and modern facility.

I'm a very nervous patient but I had an overall good experience. My hygentist did a meticulous job cleaning my teeth. She was very polite, patient awa professional. My dental experience with DrTerrero, amazing. He and assistant worked wonderfully, using a procedure just for my condition It helped me to relax, cooperate while giving me positive feedback during my dental work. I basically had a pain free experience. Dr Terrero...thank you.

I just had a bridge (with 2 crowns) and 2 other crowns put in. I'm very happy with all the work that's been done. From the super friendly receptionist and assistants to the dentist. He's a perfectionist and makes sure to get everything right, which I truly appreciate. It's a 35 minute drive for me, which I don't mind because it's worth it.

Very friendly staff. Although there was no capacity and we didn't have an appointment, our son was treated. Everything was explained in detail. Questions were answered both on site and via the Internet. Thank you very much for that.

Had a recent visit this week, with a different dentist because Dr Litvak moved. They scheduled me with Kim my regular hygienist but I did not see her and they didn't mention that I'd be with someone else. So the whole time I'm waiting for Kim, and confused about who the person is poking and prodding my gums. Then they recommend a deep clean because of a borderline pocket measurement in one area, which may have been needed, but the person to come tell me about the treatment plan is the receptionist. I don't want to talk to the receptionist about treatment plans...she never even looked in my mouth, nor should she have. She shouldn't know so much about my dental health and it made me uncomfortable. I want to talk to a trained dentist. She was combative when I questioned if it was necessary. Hygienist did a fine job, but I wish I could have seen the hygienist who I've seen in the past and who i made the appointment with when a new treatment is recommended. The whole experience is not something I'd recommend to friends, though I'm sure the actual dental work was just fine. My review from three years ago: Had my first visit a few days ago and really enjoyed the office. Most comfortable x-rays I've had in while, and Dr. Litvak communicated clearly and thoroughly. I would recommend her to friends and will probably be bringing my children here as well. There was a mix-up with some billing, but they were happy to fix it and were easy to work with.

I wouldn't let them work on my dogs teeth! Rude staff. They cancelled my appointment multiple times only to reschedule incorrectly. No one is in the front check in they're in the breakroom. My appointment started 30minutes after the scheduled time bc people who came after me with the same appointment time for the same thing were put ahead of me. To really round out the amazing experience the dentist final crawls out from the back and says oh are you not having a good experience? Will you be back? When I told him no he asked me to leave. Real great place

Excellent caring service. The entire staff is amazing and how they all work together. I'm very much impressed. Steve Milo Naples Florida :-) My dear Kendra. Are you sure you're in the right Country State or Town or Office. What are you smoking with after making a comment like you made. I have never met more caring people in an office like TownCare Dental after yesterday's visit. Go to another country and you'll appreciate Town Care Dental. Blessings to you. You should learn to be positive.

Very clean office and professional staff. Doctors explain to patients what is happening and the type of treatment planned. Making it easy for patients to participate in the treatment plans. I would highly recommend Towncare Dental of Bonita for anyone in need of a new dental group.

I have a real fear of dentistry, silly, I know. But this Bonita Springs office is awesome! The staff are friendly and fun! They work so well together and make a not so pleasant experience (for me), into something better. The doctors are young and fresh and very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you!
