Going to be very honest and admit that I don't like going to the dentist!! However, Towncare Dental is AWESOME!! Great HONEST staff!! Was told by another dentist office (in another state) that I needed thousands of dollars worth of dental work!! At Towncare they were able to save my crown and did not "up sell" a whole bunch of unnecessary expensive dental procedures!! A+

Truly a disappointing company. I worked here about 1 year and a half and love the people I work with but not the company. I got laid off after hurricane Ian for no legitimate reason. How can someone have the audacity to be able to lay off an employee after a natural disaster like the one we had. I'm not getting payed the days that the hurricane affected us and before I got layed off they wanted me to sign for borrowed pto that has to be payed back. What a miserable company to ever work for. Don't put any more money into a company that doesn't care about their employees especially after a natural disaster.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Dr. Elia, the hygenists plus the patient staff are all great. I have never had any problems.

Towncare Dental Associates of Cape Coral Best service I ever had my first experience was one of a kind good staff, overall great team will recommend to everyone A++++++++

I am overjoyed, tickled pink with my recent experience at Towncare Dental in Cape Coral. Never have I felt so comfortable and cared for at a dental facility. Marisol and Dr. Elia are an utter fantastic duo. They worked together seamlessly to create an environment that made me feel at ease, comfortable, and assured. The front office staff is welcoming and very efficient. Wait time was minimal. I feel so fortunate to have been referred to Towncare. I can highly recommend this dental facility and the outstanding staff -- especially Dr. Elia and Marisol. What a team!!!

Do not TRUST this place. I was scheduled for my 3rd cleaning and Xrays. Got there and hygenist pushed the x-rays $$ right away and said Doctor will be in to see me. I said why? Because you have some deep pockets and we won't work on you if you don't do a gum treatment or go to a dental school for a deep cleaning, now you tell me. That procedure costs about a thousand dollars a couple times a year. After doing some research the procedure only works for a short period of time and I'm not a 100%candidate. The hygienist must get an incentive. I was in shock because my gums aren't bleeding and are not as bad as they say, and I've been diligent with flossing and brushing even said take a look now. I said why do the x-rays, let me talk to doctor first. Something wasn't right. I said your basically black mailing me. Guess what? She went for the dentist and guess what she was even in. And another dentist didn't want to get involved. I calll corporate same day and they said she had no right to deny me a cleaning. No right!! Corporate was not happy and is filing a grievance against them. I'm waiting for another call back. . Unbelievable!! So they let me go there knowing I would not get a cleaning or see the Doctor. Really!!! UNPROFESSIONAL! I've had some deep pockets forever and have never been denied a cleaning. My wife is a former hygienist from a renowned school of dentistry who occasionally gives me a scaling treatment and is appalled by this. Agree with those who gave bad reviews and could put a few more negative comments about the office,, but they basically covered it. STAY AWAY TRUST ME... I found out the hard way, you get what you pay for..

I was treated by the hygienist, Alba, who is very professional and thorough. Afterward, Dr. Elia reviewed my x-rays. I need a filling. An appointment is scheduled with the dentist and also for my next cleaning. I have confidence that their care will continue to be outstanding..

customer service ,communication issues ,they should change the girls on front desk , not very professional talking very very unprofessional ,the front desk girl ,should be cleaning the toilet not dealing with human being .

I went to great lengths to communicate my needs when setting my appointment. My wife and I were taking time off work and needed to get an exam and cleaning. We showed up and they took X-rays and then told me we would need to make another appointment for a cleaning. They wasted our time and have communication issues.

I was very hesitant in establishing care with a new office. The majority of offices in my insurance network have been AWFUL. I am so pleased with this office!! Usually you get 1 maybe 2 nice people in an office not here. Everyone is knowledgeable and so pleasant! I would recommend it to everyone!!
