Had a new patient appointment scheduled for today. Arrived 15 minutes early only to find the doors locked and no sign of anybody inside. Very aggravating since I took time off work for this visit. Also received a text from the office last week asking for confirmation and another 2 days ago with a link to fill out forms. Doesn't even show a doctor's name on the door (just "DMD" with a big blank space in front), so that's probably not a good sign. Not a good first impression.

Sad to say I loved coming here but after today 10/24 never again if you guys open at 8 why is there no one in the office I made an appointment with you guys two weeks ago for me to come at my 10am appointment time and find the office closed. I received no phone call nothing but just an email to confirm my appointment.

Does anyone know if this office is still open? I've been a patient here for over a year and have been calling for weeks, leaving voicemails and never getting a response back.

Is this place still in operation? I haven't been able to reach someone in months, no one has bothered to return my calls, and when I drove on two separate times to the office during normal operating hours, no one was there... the lights were off, doors locked, and no sign on the door saying what happened. Not sure what to do at this point. Today's 11/24/21 and I tried to cancel my appointment that's scheduled for 11/29/21, but no one is answering the phone.

I can't say enough positives about this place. A wonderful relaxing atmosphere and a good patience relationship. As a new patient , I felt welcomed and cared for. I would highly recommend this office for your detal needs.

Such a wonderful office, I recently had a cleaning and an extraction of a wisdom tooth. They made me feel so comfortable going into the extraction, I was very nervous and they were receptive of that and took the time to make sure I was comfortable before what was an absolutely painless procedure. I've found my new dentist

Would definitely recommend coming here for your dental needs! The staff is overall professional and so welcoming! Dr Marerro goes out her way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed! She was also amazing with my toddler! Definitely will be coming back!

Dr. Baker is outstanding! Very thorough, cares about your issues & genuinely wants you to have the best & pain free experience & results! Erica her assistant is super knowledgeable & sweet. Sara at the front desk is very welcoming & reassuring. This office has state of the art technology & is pristine in cleanliness. You won't be disappointed in any area.

Dr.Britt Baker gave me lockjaw she didn't actually give me lockjaw that's just her finisher in wrestling it's called the lockjaw and I admire u britt Baker what's your favorite part of Pittsburgh I love that it has more bridges in the city the.
