Dr. RJ Loera graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2014. He is a member of the Dallas County Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, and American Dental Association. He attended The University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate studies where he earned a BA degree in Biology.

The facet of dentistry he enjoys most is having the ability to directly impact and help his patients to maintain and improve their oral health. He enjoys getting to know his patients, learning their stories, and treating them with care.

Dr. Loera was born in Kingsville, Texas. He has lived in the DFW area since 1999. He has a lovely wife, Margaux. They have three children, a son, Elias, and two daughters Sophia and Leila. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, frisbee, going on family walks, and running.

Dr. Carlos Parra Carrasquer was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain. He graduated from dental school in 2009 from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC) in Barcelona, Spain. Later, in 2010, he completed a one-year clinical residency in Periodontology. He also served as a pre-doctoral clinical instructor at UIC. During that period, he was involved in research relating to Oropharyngeal Dysphagia and oral hygiene. He practiced in Barcelona for three years before deciding to move to Boston to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Boston, MA. This is where is achieved his Certificate in Periodontics in 2015.

He is currently Clinical Assistant Professor and Assistant Program Director in the Department of Periodontics at the Texas A&M College of Dentistry. He also travels to private dental offices to offer his services.

Dian Watson has been in dentistry since 1999. She manages the front office and works as a hygienist. Dian received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology and chemistry from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA. Her hygiene degree is from Colin College in 2005. Dian loves getting to know the patients and make sure they enjoy their visit to the dentist. Each patient to her is another member of our large dental family.

Dian grew up on a small-town farm in Elkton, Ohio. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matthew, and daughter, Grace Ann and son John Wayne. They also enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Pam Tomme is the office Financial Coordinator. She has worked in the office since 2002. The best part of her job is being able to help patients achieve their best oral health and best smile. I love working with a team that makes the patients visit stress-free and comfortable.

Pam has lived in Mesquite all her life. Her and her husband, Brian, have two kids and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spoiling her grandsons, riding a Harley Davidson and Jeeping with her husband, and working out at the gym.

Merideth Delozier graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2012. She was on the Deans List and honored in 2012 with an award from the ADPD for her work with those with disabilities. She has been a part of Town East Dental Group since 2012. Her very favorite things about this profession are the patients and work family.

Janine Whitherspoon has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2007. She studied at Texas Womans University. Janine has worked at Town East Dental Group since 2020. She looks forward to educating patients on their overall oral health, allowing them to feel comfortable in the dental chair.

Janine lives in Wills Point, TX. She and her husband have four children. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends going to her kids softball tournaments and football games. She is looking forward to becoming a first time Grandma.

Elizabeth Pecina has been registered dental assistant since 2019. She is fluent in Spanish which is an asset to care for all of our patients needs from start to finish.Elizabeth has worked at Town East Dental since 2019. She enjoys spending time with her wonderful coworkers and patients. She loves caring for everyone as if they were family.

Elizabeth recently married her high school sweet heart David. She is supportive of him while he serves his country, overseas, as a Sergeant in the United States Army. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Judit Ochoa has been Registered Dental Assistant since 2011. She is fluent in Spanish, which is an asset to care for all of our patients treatment needs. Judit has worked at Town East Dental Group since 2020. She enjoys making each visit fun and helping patients feel truly cared for and appreciated.

Shannon Huckeba has been a registered dental assistant since 2010. She studied at ATI Career training. Shannon has worked at Town East Dental Group since 2016. She enjoys helping people love their sparkling smile and find renewed self-confidence theyve always wanted.

Shannon is a Mesquite native and now lives in Crandall, TX. She and her husband have three children. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to her kids cheerleading competitions, baseball games, and football games.
