Great dentist. Really attentive and excellent hygienists. Stress-free dentistry, which is really important to me. We switched from an HMO plan to a PPO plan to be able to see them, and it was really worth it. HMO providers I've seen in the past have always tried to upsell a lot of invasive and unnecessary treatments.

Wow... the best dentist hands down. From the time that you walk-in to the time that you leave; you feel welcomed, comfortable and at ease. Customer service is excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would. Vania was my dental assistant, she saw that I have anxiety and made sure that I was comfortable and calm the entire time. Dr. Pike's chair side manner was superb, and Lena the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming! BEST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE HAD THUS FAR!

Came here two times, a few years ago. Great service and equipment, but very deceptive billing practices. The first time, they offered me to do fluoride treatment (I didn't ask). I'm an adult, and most insurances don't cover fluoride treatment for adults. I asked them to double check that my insurance would cover it. They double-checked and stated that it was 100% covered. A few weeks later, I get a bill for the fluoride treatment. At my second cleaning, they offer the exact same service. I told them that the first one wasn't covered, even though they told me that it would be. They insisted that the second one would be covered and proceeded with the treatment. Once again, it wasn't covered. They billed me for two fluoride treatments that were "covered by insurance." I came back for fillings. I asked them to submit a quote to the insurance, beforehand. They submitted and came back with the number that I would have to pay out-of-pocket. My insurance doesn't cover fillings until 6 months of coverage. 6 months hadn't passed. My instance also stated that they will only pay a vast majority if they're traditional fillings (the silver ones), not the composite (white) fillings. They still said insurance pre-authorization (the quote) showed that everything was covered, though I wanted composite fillings and it was possibly too early. My cost was about $300. I went ahead with all of my fillings and paid them. Afterwards, they tried to get me to pay them about $400 more because my insurance didn't pay them as much as they quoted me. Long story short- they don't know what they're talking about. They don't really check your insurance coverage properly, and then they try to get the rest of the money out of you. This is a common issue with dentists, in general. They just want your money.
