Dr. Audette earned her bachelors in Biology at UCLA in Westwood, California.She then went to rival, USC, where she earned her bachelors degree in dental hygiene. Her passion for dentistry led her to pursue and earn her Doctoral of Dental Surgery at USC, graduating at the top of her class with the highest honors: - she was elected as member of prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national dental honor society distinction awarded to the top 12% of each graduating dental class in the nation. Dr. Audette has received awards for her talent in the field of dentistry as well as her contributions to the community.Among the awards bestowed to Dr. Audette are the Colgate Bright Smile Award, which recognized Dr. Audette's outstanding efforts towards improving the oral health of inner-city children, and the USC Faculty Award, for her dedication to training dental students who serve in USCs School of Dentistry mobile clinics which provide dental care to remote and underserved areas of California. Dr. Audette also serve on theSan Diego Dental Peer Review Committee.
In her search for a practice, Dr. Audette wanted one with a history of family values and commitment to quality dental care. Town Centre Dental Group stood apart from every other practice she looked at.There's a legacy of fine dentistry here dating back to the 1970s that attracted Dr. Audette and appealed to her standards of excellence.Dr. Audette brings extensive clinical experience, and also remains academically active and up to date on the latest dental procedures and technologies.She annually attends continuing education seminars and stays abreast on the latest research by keeping up with multiple dental publications.She holds professional memberships with the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the San Diego County Dental Society.In addition to her extensive clinical background, shewas an adjunct clinical professor for the past six years at her alma mater, the USC School of Dentistry where she volunteers to teach 3rd and 4th year dental students.
Dr. Audette loves dentistry and more importantly, she loves her patients.She treats all patients as family and emphasizes preventative care as the first step in good oral health. She has a gentle and calming presence which sets the tone for the conduct of each member of Town Centre Dental.Dr. Audette wants her patients dental chair experience to be pleasant at every visit.She prides herself in not just treating the patient in the chair but extending that care to their friends and relatives, and has been honored to become the dentist to multiple generations ofpatient families.Her top priority is to provide the highest quality dental care with a gentle touch.
Dr. Audette is deeply rooted in southern California and moved to San Diego 4 years ago. She and her chef husband are active in the community and enjoy being parents to their 20 month old high spirited son and 2 month old daughter and their Maltipoo, Oliver. Dr. Audette loves to volunteer and give back to the community on her free time.She enjoys art and food and loves to spend time with friends and family.

Dr. Perlmutter received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She went on to receive her specialty Certificate in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry from the New York University College of Dentistry.
Dr. Perlmutter has advanced training in all aspects of surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapy including regenerative, cosmetic and implant procedures. She prides herself in providing her patients with gentle, compassionate and individualized care.

Lorraine has been a dental hygienist for 45 years and is happy to say that the last 40 years have been with Town Centre Dental Group. She graduated from University of New Mexico in Albuquerque where she earned her Register in Dental Hygiene Degree and moved to San Diego thereafter. Each day at Town Centre provides Lorraine with another opportunity for her to see her wonderful, loyal patients. Together with her patients, Lorraine has worked to maintain those healthy smiles through patient comfort, communication and education. She values her relationship and the trust that her patients have placed in her. Being at Town Centre Dental Group for over 40 years have allowed Lorraine to provide comprehensive oral hygiene care to almost 3 generations of dental patients. She is well loved for her gentle touch, her meticulousness, and her compassion for both her career and patient.
Melissa completed her education at San Diego University where she received a bachelor's Degree in Biology. Thereafter, she earned her dental hygiene program at Southwestern College. Her passion for dental hygiene continues to grow every time she sees her patients. She is happy to have 1 hour entire dedicated to cleaning and providing oral hygiene care to her patients. Centered on great communication, she strives to promote optimal oral hygiene care for all of her patients. Melissa is sweet and gentle. She is loved by her patients for her gentle touch and her oral hygiene education that she delivers to every patient at Town Centre.
Sam has been a part of Town Centre Dental Group since August of 2014. He started as a dental assistant and continued his passion to become a hygienist to continue care for his patients. Sam has over 10 years of experience as a dental assistant, enabling him to provide excellent care and service to his patients. Sam understands that being in a dental office is an uncomfortable situation and he tries his best to make each patient feel at ease when providing periodontal therapy. He has a very caring personality that allows him to read his patients and address his patients needs. Sam is known by his patient as very thorough and meticulous. On Sam days off, if you dont see him working out, he is with his family and friends. Sam looks forward to helping his patients have a great smile and enjoy their dental experience.

Where do I start, when I first walked in the front staff were very welcoming, friendly, and very informative. I hadn't been to a dentist in years so they made the process easy& smooth with great understanding. The dental assistant Susie was kind and genuine and explained everything that was going to be done and how it all works. I was quiet nervous being in the chair but she made it peaceful and calming through the process. The dental Hygienist was phenomenal at her work, pain free, and got rid of the plaque & tartare build up. My gums feel great and teeth look amazing!!! Dr. Hoa Audette Was so kind and friendly. She explained to me the importance of what we will be doing and how it will better my smile and life. All I can say she was correct my smile is looking amazing, teeth are cleaned, gums are healthy, and overall I have my smile back. Thank you so much Town Center Dental Group you guys changed my life for the better and I forever thankful!!'

My second appointment with E and L. Prior to my appointment, I tried SEVERAL times to stop by to pick up paper work before my appointment but I could not find the building and when I called, didn't get an answer. The day of my appointment, I arrived not 15 minutes prior which according to the receptionist was "late." I was called by my therapist to come back ( before I finished the paperwork) and I gave the papers to Don, totally unaware I didn't finish filling them out. Okay, my second appointment, I was made to feel like a kid getting scolded by the teacher for not finishing my work. She says, " you didn't finish your paperwork and we have to have those completed. You were LATE that day and they have to be done!" All of a sudden, I am thinking, I timed the traffic to make sure I was on-time, I was late?!?!? First of all, I wasn't aware they weren't completed and second of all, why didn't someone give them back to me so I could complete them at home!?!?!?! I was all of the sudden feeling animosity towards me and I really didn't appreciate being talked to like I was a child and that I purposely didn't want to do my paperwork. At this point, I am very irritated!! my good mood left abruptly....Over some paperwork .Does everyone gets talked to like this over paperwork!?!?!?!? I would give E and L 5 stars for Don's service and Kevin, Don's assistant. The receptionist, needs to fix something that is missing. I work with students and I don't talk to them in that manner when they are missing assignments. I can also go to any other physical therapy establishments and be treated with respect and dignity. I will try this location one more time. It won't be hard to find a better establishment that doesn't give me mood changes

I had a great experience. Dentist is very efficient does great work, she took her time and explained everything to me. Hygienist was very gentle. In general, yes I highly recommend. Great vibes and great service. Excellent pricing as well, no surprises and no extra charges! . I'm taking my whole family there.

I don't have enough great things to say about this office. I was coming into this with a severe dental trauma experience, and was very apprehensive about the dentist. Dr. Audette was incredible! She was very patient and understanding of what I went through. We set up multiple appointments just getting me comfortable in the chair before they ever did any work on me. When it came time to do the work she was gentle, kind, and walked me through the entire thing taking as much time as was needed to get me to a place to be ready for treatment. Never once did I feel judged by any of the staff (which is the biggest thing for me in a dental office). 10/10 experience, and I will be flying from Florida just to come to the dentist!

I was recently a first time patient of Dr. Audette. She and the staff were very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. She actually told me why my teeth are the way they are, no other dentist has ever asked me about or explained it to me before. Very pleasant experience... highly recommend!

Town Centre Dental Group is what every dental practice should be compared to in that it is %100 efficient. Right when you walk in to the office there are people at the front desk prepared to greet you. Today, due to the Pandemic situation, I had my temperature checked before I was able to proceed or touch anything. I was fine with that. I went to the dental chair, sat down and the dental hygienist named Diane began taking care of my teeth. She was very personable and told me what she was doing the whole time. She asked if something hurt many times throughout the appointment. She sincerely was cleaning my teeth as if they were her own. I am very fortunate to have been coming to TCDG ever since I retired from the Navy. Dr Audette, Thank you and your staff for all that you have done and continue to do for veterans like me. I've been coming to town center dental for about 4 years now. I cannot say enough kind words about them. They are extremely professional and concerned with giving you the best dental care possible. They are reasonably priced and do an amazing job. They will definitely be my dental care provider for many years to come.
