Dr. Chi was very nice. She thoroughly explained the whole process and gave me options for my care. The office staff was excellent too. I rec'd text reminders and they followed up on how I was doing the day after my procedure.

Dr. Chi and her staff are amazing! I knew I was in great hands when I read her bio and saw that she studied in Chicago, at Loyola ! I was able to get in for a same day appt for a tooth that had cracked and they took great care of me! I've never had a Dentist that was concerned about my previous dental experiences, as well as pain and anxiety. Even though they fit me in, it didnt feel that way; she took her time to explain everything, my options and made sure that I understood what was happening and why! The environment was warm, friendly and did not feel judgemental at all. I also noticed that Dr. Chi is obviously a great mentor to her staff, as her interactuon with them was stellar! She obviously loves her craft and it's evident in her "chair-side" manor and just the flow and feel of the environment. My mouth wasn't even swollen, and I left with no pain! Thank you Dr. Chi and Staff!

Top notch. 100% recommend!!! Dr. Chi was incredibly patient, thorough, and kind. She even helped me understand what to do to support others in keeping a healthy smile. Both front desk attendants were also patient and kind. Liz answered all of my thousand questions, even when I needed to call after hours to understand how to proceed carefully. This team provided a level of care that you should expect from all of your service providers. Go see them.

The staff is so nice and caring. They keep in contact with you after treatment to check on you. Dr. Chi is also nice as well and she has a sense of humor so, bonus points for that. She explains everything and you don't feel rushed.

I had a great experience at Town Center Endodontics with Dr. Chi! She was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated how thorough and detailed she is and can tell she takes great pride in her work. She and her staff made me feel so comfortable. Thank you for fixing my tooth!

Dr Chi and staff bed side manner and helpful dental hygiene tips are impeccable. At 51 I experience anxiety with dental care due to pass dental trauma. Dr Chi and staff offered pain free care attending to my dental need and managed my anxiety. I'm so grateful! Thank you Dr Chi and staff Also, thank you for suggesting the waterpik and advising me on proper usage. It is wonderful!

I had a very pleasant experience here and my pain is gone! I was having jaw pain and tooth sensitivity to where I couldn't chew on one side of my mouth. My dentist referred me here. Dr. Chi said that it was 2 separate issues. The jaw pain was due to me grinding my teeth at night and directed me to purchase a mouth guard. This has worked and relieved my jaw pain. For my tooth sensitivity, we scheduled a root canal, which I was very nervous about. I was in the office for about an hour and a half. They took their time to be sure I was completely numb and I was still nervous so they recommended the nitrous, which really made me feel more relaxed and not so tense. It was a separate charge, about $100 and I would suggest you get this if you feel nervous. She did the root canal through my crown on that specific tooth and put in a temporary filling. I went to my regular dentist to get that filled about a week later and didn't have to have a replacement crown. That tooth and gum was sensitive for several days after the root canal, but now I have no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Chi!

I did a root canal treatment at this place few years ago. They didn't do a perfect treatment even after few visits and big payments . The tooth is still bothering me as they could not identify all the nerve tissues

The experience was amazing from start to finish. The dentist was very patient and professional with our baby girl. They called before and after her appointment multiple times to cover everything from insurance coverage to bringing a blanket to after care. I really appreciate the service and the concern for our baby girl after her root canal.

My Dentist refer me to Town Center Endodntics with a x- ray of a root canal I did years ago the x-ray showed that it needed to be check but they didn't want to use the x- ray that my dentist send me with which they charged me $165 for another x ray and $150 for office visit total I paid out of pocket was $325 . Then I was told that it was nothing that they could do for me I was in and out of that office in twenty minutes and the staff wasn't friendly they were actually rude this place is a rip off
