Dr. Paes is a gentle and talented dentist who provides full-service dentistry in one office location. We offer the latest treatments in general, oral surgery, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including Teeth in a Day service using dental implants. Dr. Paes attended Stony Brook University for his undergraduate studies, where he received his Bachelors degree in Biology. He then went on to attend the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery and graduated with Honors. He completed his General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center in Northport, NY.
Dr. Paes has been proudly serving the Hudson Valley community since 2006 and is very excited to continue this trend for years to come. He has always taken pride in offering his patients the best technology dentistry has to offer; from digital X-rays, which cuts the radiation down by more than 75% when compared to conventional dental x-rays, to lasers that enhance healing and minimize post-opdiscomfort.
Dr. Alexander Toth is originally from Latham, NY. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology from Boston University and subsequently attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the OKU National Dental Honor Society. Following graduation, Dr. Toth went on to complete a four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, serving as Chief Resident in his final year. He has lectured at several surgical and anesthesia symposiums, he is a published author regarding modern advancements in dental implant surgery, and has won numerous awards for his clinical and didactic work.
Dr. Toth is currently a consulting facial trauma surgeon at Garnet Health Medical Center and has extensive experience and specialized training in dental implant placement, bone and sinus grafting, wisdom teeth extraction, infection and pathology management, facial injections, and specialized surgery of the jaw, TMJ, and salivary glands. He is also highly trained in general anesthesia and sedation, allowing for a comfortable, safe, and low-stress patient experience.
Dr. Toth is caring, approachable, and dedicated to providing exceptional treatment to his patients. He currently lives in Westchester County with his wife, Emily. In his free time, he enjoys photography, traveling, hiking, reading, and the company of his family and friends.
Dr. Park practices all scopes of dentistry, with focus on restorative dentistry. He believes in the importance of patient education, and thus enjoys explaining to the patients why and how dental diseases happen, as well as what to do to prevent such diseases.
On his free time, Dr. Park enjoys going to the gym and swimming, as well as practicing his hobby in photography. An avid traveler having gone on backpack trips to many different countries, Dr. Park is always on the search for his next travel destinations.
Dr.Harlin was born and raised in the suburbs of Putnam County before pursing his academics in Massachusetts. After obtaining a Bachelors in Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Dr. Harlin then pursued his dental education at Boston Universitys Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and was awarded Magna cum laude. Dr. Harlin furthered his training at Jacobi Medical Centers level 1 trauma center as a general practice resident. There Dr.Harlin gained great experience in comprehensive treatment planning, treating those who are medically compromised and implant restorations.
Dr. Harlin is dedicated to the needs of his patients and strives to deliver superior results by developing each treatment plan in detail, based on the unique oral health needs and treatment objectives of every patient. He also believes strongly in open communication, providing patients with information about their condition, care and treatment and answering every patients questions and concerns so they can feel confident and secure in their care and their results.

No CPAP mask for me! Town Center has a great solution for assistance with Sleep Apnea. Together with my medical doctor, they suggested a Sleep Apnea Appliance that fits into mymouth like a sports mouth guard. It's not bulky and is customized to fit over your top and lower teeth. I have used DIY online devices that you put in hot water and bite down for years but they have limited success and can change your bite. Town Center's appliance fits perfectly and now I sleep well and no longer snore. My husband was finally able to come upstairs to sleep! I totally recommend this practice for all dental needs and thank them so much for this awesome solution to my snoring!

Town Center Dental is, without question, the best dental office in Dutchess County, and the best dental office out of about 20 that I have interacted with in my life. Dr. Paes is the most skilled, knowledgeable, and technologically up-to-date dentist I've ever met. Beyond basic repair work like fillings, at which he is amazing, Dr. Paes did a remarkable job putting in several implants for me. As far as hygienists go, Mary Ellen is the best dental hygienist I've worked with; she is thorough, friendly, warm, compassionate, and gentle. And at the front desk, Heather always does a great job of making me feel welcome at Town Center, and getting me in to see the doctor as soon as possible when the need arises. Overall, the entire team at Town Center Dental is superior. From the fast and efficient way that you are checked in, using an iPad, to the high-tech treatment methods employed in the treatment rooms, Town Center takes what ordinarily for me has been an extremely stressful, anxiety ridden experience and makes it dare I say pleasant. I cannot say enough positive things about this stellar dental practice.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Paes. The experience was downright traumatizing. Despite my insurance paying for me to be put under, I woke up at what I have to assume was the midway point of the procedure, as I half consciously watched my final two blood covered wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Paes and his assistant took also took this as a good opportunity to make derogatory comments about my dad, who drove me to the office. Dr. Paes- maybe next time before you make crude comments about the patient's family that you are operating on, you should make sure they are properly sedated.
