As a dentist, it is my goal to help make even the most anxious patient feel comfortable seeking treatment and to change their perception of seeing the dentist. I am humbled by the opportunity to care for such a diverse patient population on a daily basis: Im one of the few people who is lucky enough to work in their dream job!
After growing up in Caribou, Maine, and completing a Bachelor degree in Chemistry at College of the Holy Cross, Dr. Bergeron moved to Baltimore in 2009 to attend the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2013 and has been in practice since graduation.
As a dentist, Dr. Bergeron is passionate about patient education. She believes patients should be dynamically involved in their treatment and that is not possible unless they are properly informed and educated about their oral health. She and her staff dedicate a significant amount of every visit to teaching each patient about their unique dental health concerns and providing guidance on what steps the individual can take to achieve dental wellness.
Dr. Bergeron is just as passionate about her own professional education. She actively pursues opportunities locally, regionally, and nationally to study new techniques, technology, and materials that can improve patient care and outcome.
She volunteers her time, knowledge, and skills to the Smiles for Success (SFS) Foundation. Through SFS, Dr. Bergeron provides cost-free dental care to underserved women in the greater Baltimore area who are entering or reentering the workforce. By improving the health and appearance of the SFS participants smiles, she and her team are able to boost each womans confidence as they obtain employment and gain financial independence.
Dr. Bergeron has resided in Baltimore City since 2009. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, knitting, and being with family and friends. Her canine companion, Luna (a Presa Canario Mastiff), often joins her at the office and, outside of office hours, enjoys taking Dr. Bergeron on long walks.
Jennifer has been in the dental industry for more than 20 years. She has tremendous knowledge of the dental industry and dental insurance and is a great asset to our practice and patients! Her day-to-day activities include just about everything to ensure that Dr. Bergeron and our team have everything they need to get the job done. Jennifer loves helping people and knows how fun dentistry can be, so helping people get over their anxiety of a dental office is very rewarding for her.
At home, Jennifer spends time with her 18-year-old cat named Niobe. She is a former roller derby official and former head ref for the Charm City Roller Girls. Now, she loves going to the beach, seeing concerts, traveling, and making jewelry.
Daisy began her dental career in 2018, working at a pediatric dental office for a few years before joining the team at Town Center Cosmetic Dentistry. In addition to the technical aspects of her job, Daisy enjoys helping people improve their oral health, as well as their systemic and mental health. She is a great team player, working alongside Dr. Bergeron and our staff to provide the best care possible to our patients.
Luna is a Presa Canario Mastiff. She loves coming in to the office and greeting patients. Luna spends the day in Dr. Bergerons office playing with toys or sleeping on her bed; she is not in the patient treatment areas. When shes not in the office, Luna enjoys long walks, kibbles, and all types of treats. Make sure to say hi to her when you are in the office!

I really love this dental office, everyone were welcoming and nice. Also Dr. Bergeron did a great job with the work I had to get done, and you can talk to her about anything she's always happy to listen. Jen that sits at the front is amazing and very sweet. I recommend going to them if you're looking for a dental office. Dr. Bergeron does such an amazing job.

Dr. Bergeron and her team are amazing! I am new to the area and going through the painful process of securing all new doctors. From the initial phone call to the visits I've had in the office, I couldn't complement them more if I tried. Very professional, knowledgeable, informative, and most importantly trustworthy. You can feel the passion they have for their work. So happy I found them!

I'll give one star based off of my initial visit. The hygienist was so nice and informative. Her energy was reassuring that I was in good hands. She explained everything thoroughly and I appreciate that. Now, as for the dentist, Brittany, she's very loud, sarcastic, A CONTROL FREAK, and just obnoxious. I don't like it. Her energy was off during my second visit to have my fill in adjusted. I'm sure Jennifer who works the front desk may have spoke some nasty things about me as I've reached out to the office on Friday then over the weekend to see if I could come in due to the pain I was in after having my molar filled. When I came into the office Brittany had a very nasty demeanor and was pretty loud during my session just like being extra aggressive so I matched her energy because idk who she thought I was but I'm not one of them. The disrespect will not be tolerated and it's unprofessional. I've worked in office settings like this that's toxic and quickly removed myself for my own peace. I will say to the dental assistant; don't ride the wave babygirl; get out of there and find somewhere you'll fit in. It doesn't seem fitting to me.

Super friendly, super positive and always very concerned about how you're feeling throughout your appointment. They check in with you constantly to make sure that you're comfortable, they're not hurting you, etc. Very happy to have found Dr. Bergeron and her staff. Couldn't be happier with my new dental team!

I've been going to this dentistry for a few months now. From the 1st day a schedule was laid out to specifically meet all my dental needs. I've had teeth cleanings, fillings, extractions all done in a 2 and a half month span. All my dental needs have been met and now its just regular check ups and teeth cleanings every few months. If your looking for an awesome dentistry with a friendly professional staff who goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable this is the place!

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Bergeron and the staff at Towson Center Cosmetic Dentistry. I came here to get botox for teeth grinding. When I called to make an appointment they gave me a heads up about the out-of-pocket costs and I really appreciated that! I wasn't sure if the appointment I made would be a consult or actual botox, but much to my pleasant surprise I had the injections today as well with zero pain. There is plenty of parking here and I took the elevator up to the second floor. I was warmly welcomed and checked in. I only had to wait a couple of minutes and then I was seen right away. Dr. B. examined me and we talked about her recommendations. She is so polite, warm, and thorough, I really appreciated this. Best of all, they have a therapy dog in the office named Luna! She also greets visitors and gives out dog kisses-- what a sweetie pie! Overall, I really like this model of dentistry. I felt like this practice has thought out the whole patient experience process and they make it as easy as possible. I also appreciated the hand-drawn roses that decorate the windows. Thank you to everyone at Towson Center Cosmetic Dentistry for making my first appointment a good one!

Dr. B, Daisy, and Jen are all fantastic! They are always very thorough, compassionate and answer all of my questions. Very efficient and friendly staff! Jen is very helpful with getting information and scheduling! Daisy, the hygienist, is Great and explains everything she's doing and provides recommendations for improvement! Dr. Bergeron is Awesome, very efficient, and very outgoing and keeps you informed throughout the entire process! I travel all the way from Virginia to this dental office because of the friendly and efficient staff!

This was my 1st visit and I had a very pleasant experience. They always ask to make sure that I was comfortable. Asked me about any questions or concerns that I may have. Explained what needs to be done to reach my dental goals. I can tell this is a place that I'll be coming too for many years to come.

Dr. Bergeron is absolutely amazing. I've been with her for years now and couldn't be happier. She's helped me with: obtaining a night guard, general check ins, removing and replacing old and weakened fillings, as well as placing two crowns. I've recently started going to her for Botox and she has been wonderful for it. Reasonably priced, little to no pain and fantastic results. Her work is impeccable, and not only that - she was a huge resource for me when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She advised me how chemo could affect my teeth and provided me with the tools to keep them healthy during this. She's a pioneer in modern dentistry, truly. She will talk you through every single step and constantly check in. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend.

I have anxiety when it comes to seeing a Dentist because of past bad experiences. Today I went to Town Center Cosmetic and it was the absolute best Dental experience I ever had. I found my forever Dentist. Dr. Bergeron, Jenn and Daisy are absolutely wonderful!!!!

Dr. Bergeron and her staff are caring, punctual, and attentive. I've never had such a positive experiences at a dentist or doctors office prior to my visits at Town Center Cosmetic Dentistry. Even having moved from the Towson area I continue to travel to the office based on the fantastic service I receive. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about TCCD! Dr. B has done a stellar job at creating a welcoming & relaxing atmosphere both through how she runs her office but also in her choice of staff! Everyone I have encountered has been beyond helpful & accommodating, even when I couldn't make an appointment because of a sick child. Her cosmetic work is done to perfection, and routine visits are thoroughly performed! They go above and beyond to make you comfortable, even those of us who hate going to the dentist. I actually look forward to my appointments (which has never been the case for a dentist visit)!
