Wonderful Dentist & Hygienist. I had visited Lisa each visit, and it was pleasant getting my teeth cleaned each time. She is very knowledgeable, and I would recommend anybody to go to her!

Dr Mike and his team were very good to me although I am still in a dental emergency and waiting for an appointment for a root canal, they've done everything that they can to make me as comfortable as possible. They seem like a wonderful team, and I can't wait as a new patient of theirs, to continue my dental care with them. I'm not from Michigan, so it's so nice to have trustworthy and kind dental professionals close to where I live. My wife is a patient of theirs and made the recommendation. I'm glad that I did they are very compassionate and understanding! Thank you Dr Mike and the entire team for being so kind and gracious to me, even though I was in extreme pain with a lot of nausea, I look forward to coming back and having the rest of my work done.

If you don't have a dentist, then you need to come see Dr. Towler. He is amazing. I was very anxious over getting a crown today and he and his staff were so thoughtful, and walked me through every step of the procedure. It was painless, and they were so careful. I even got a call last night making sure I was okay. That, my friends, is excellent customer service!!!

Staff is always friendly. Office is following Covid Protocols. Dr Mike does a fantastic job. Appointments are always on time and in and out quickly. Great Service!!!!

Dr. Towler is amazing! My son (from TX) was in Adrian, MI for DCI (band) and broke 2 teeth on a Friday late afternoon. Dr. Towler met my son late Friday evening, took x-rays, called me in TX to make a plan, got started correcting the teeth, and called me again to update me on the status. He helped make a permanent plan for when my son would come back home to TX. He did an absolute beautiful job and my son has had ZERO trouble with cold/hot drinks or foods. Dr. Towler truly was a blessing to us in a time of worry when we did not know anyone. Thank you Dr. Towler!!

It has taken a while but I have become quite comfortable going to the dentist now. Not everyone likes change and the change in the office was quite drastic! I found being up front with Dr.Towler evened the playing field and we can now communicate about treatment and procedures. Thank you again, ESTHER.

Every precaution taken for COVID-19 which eases any fears. Always compassionate. Explain in detail any procedure. State of the art equipment. Towler and Youngs are the best!

Dr. Mike was so amazing! He took such wonderful care of my scared little girl, and checked up on her after her procedure. Truly a family practice that brings a deep feeling of belonging and involvement while maintaining a truly professionalism. Could not have asked for a better practice to take care of our emergency. If you're looking for a good dental experience, this is the place to go! When I lost a crown to a caramel earlier this year, I asked a coworker at lunch where she had her dental care and she mentioned Towler and Youngs. I called them that afternoon and explained I was new in town and I had a dental emergency and I was looking for a permanent dentist. They got me in within 24 hours to temporarily take care of it. Due to covid19, subsequent appointments were canceled and rescheduled due to state mandates. During that time I heard from people at the front office a couple of times checking in to see if I was doing okay and offering rescheduling. I went in today and they were incredibly kind and thorough. They were fully following covid19 precautions which I appreciated very much. This included someone checking my temperature and asking the covid questions before I even entered the building, social distancing, and requiring masks. However this was not a surprise, they had explained the procedure on the phone the day ahead of time and made sure I knew what to expect. They did very thorough x-rays and pictures of mywmy mouth with the latest state of the art equipment. The dental technician who did these was very fine at her craft. When he came into examine me and walk me through the images, the dentist was funny and personable, and took all the time to answer any questions I'd had. Being able to see and understand the x-rays and images so clearly made me feel like a part of decisions. Dr. was fixing the crown now but also looked at things and made a plan for how to care for my teeth for the next several years, based upon my comfort, budget and insurance. I did not feel as if I was being upsold something I didn't need. Rather it's like scheduling the maintenance you need to on a house or a car, or making a plan so it doesn't all happen at once. The procedures in themselves were extremely easy and pain-free as well. Each step of the way the dental assistant and doctor explained what was going on and put my welfare and comfort first. Sometimes a new dentist or doing something big can be stressful and we clinch with fear. This was not the case as they did everything to put me at ease and did excellent work. They triple checked the color they were using for the crown, and to make sure that the mold was perfect. With an experience of such care I trust them implicitly, and would recommend them highly. Much to my surprise the fine service did not end there. At 8:00 p.m. tonight, I received a call from Dr Towler himself, checking to see how I was doing. This kind and personal and professional service is one I highly recommend.

Got in promptly. The procedure was done in a timely manner with explanations provided throughout the procedure. Pain management was effective. Even got a follow up phone call by Dr. Towler that evening.
