Dr. Rachel Hicks graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2010. She also received her Bachelor's Degree of Human Biology from Michigan State University. Dr. Hicks grew up in Milan and is excited to practice so close to home in Dundee. She has had a passion for dentistry starting at young age and would often be found brushing her dolls' teeth.
Dr. Hicks is a member of: American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Hicks regularly attends continuing education classes to keep current on dental trends and materials.
Dr. Doody is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, and the Washtenaw Dental Association. She also has her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan.
Dr. Doody enjoys many different outdoor activities, which include running, cycling, snowboarding, and wakeboarding. She and her husband participate in many different types of running events. She is a huge sports fan, and supports all of the Detroit teams.
Dr. Fee completed her orthodontic residency at University of Michigan. She also attended the University of Michigan for her undergraduate studies in Biology as well as receiving her graduate Dental and Masters degrees in 1987, 1991 and 1994, respectively.
Dr. Fee has been honored by the American Association of Orthodontists as the recipient of their award for Excellence in Orthodontics and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. She has served as an Adjunct Professor of Orthodontics at the University of Michigan and has been honored to be an Orthodontic Board Examiner for the State of Michigan. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Michigan Association of Orthodontists, as well as the Detroit District Dental Society, for which she is a previous five-year board member. Dr. Fee has also been involved in developing and is a consultant to the SISU mouthguard company with Akervall Technologies.
In her free time, Dr. Fee enjoys spending time with her husband and three children in their school and related activities, as well as spending time together in favorite spots in northern Michigan. She enjoys the arts and being creative, being outdoors, skiing, snowboarding, and tennis!

Hands down, the best general Dentistry practice around. Dr. Hicks and the staff are wonderful. Angela is one of the most knowledgeable dental staff I've ever encountered. Dr. Hicks is a great dentist! She ensures you're getting the best possible care to fit your dental health needs. Both she and her dental assistant Morgan, whom is also very skilled, work very well together. I cannot recommend this place enough. Together they make an unbeatable team! Thank you all for all that you do.

Dr. Hicks and the entire team at the Dundee office have been a pleasure to receive dental care from over the years. Angela is always friendly, Sam is wonderful at her job, and Dr. Hicks always offers a caring and well thought out approach to anything you bring to her attention.

I've been going to tower dental for years. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences there. The whole staff is great. I've received excellent dental care advice and care. Today was my second visit to Tower Dental. Had to have a filling and then periodontal cleaning. Dr Hicks and her staff are amazing. They are very kind and gentle. Absolutely pain free with both procedures. Highly recommend Tower Dental.

Just had the best Dental appointment ever . Three teeth in one setting including a crown . Dr.Hicks and her assistant have spoiled me and raised the bar for numbing and drilling on this old mouth in the future . Great job Ladies , I would have given 10 stars .

Only dentist that would help my 8yr old when she broke her front tooth around Christmas time! Got her in ASAP and they did such an amazing job!! The amazing staff made her feel comfortable and we whole experience went quick!

Was going to be a new patient since this office is closer to my home. Receptionist was a bit short on the phone with both my wife and I at different times, but that's fine, everyone has a bad day occasionally. Took a half day of PTO at work to get in to the dentist. When I had an issue at work that needed addressed and therefore arrived 10 minutes late I was told(in not the most polite way mind you) I would have to reschedule because I was too late. I'm Sorry, but what? No leeway whatsoever? Will not be rescheduling, I guess I'll go back to my old dentist that at least understands how life works and that things happen sometimes. Thanks for wasting my PTO

Being new to Dundee, I came in a week ago as a new patient. This one of the most unwelcoming and unfriendly dental/ medical offices I have been to in a long time. I've interacted with 4 different staff members. None of them made conversation to show a welcoming or compassionate posture or explained the procedures they would be doing. The television in the room says to me, "we don't want to have any conversation with you." I wonder if there is training for welcoming patients? I will be calling other dental offices in the area for further dental care.

Nice front lobby. My young kids enjoy the video games (prior to Covid guidelines) and they have the best toys/prizes for after the appointment. Dental chairs are comfortable and the tv in each station makes your time go by faster. Appointment scheduling has always been quick and easy to accommodate a family of four at once. Staff is friendly and they have nitrous if needed.

Had an implant done with Doody the dentist...no Im not kidding. After completion I start catching HUGE pieces of food back there. I point this out in a followup visit. She states her mom also had that problem but some tooth shaving should correct the problem. When it doesn't she points out that I grind my teeth and that's the gap is there. She doesn't realize I had stopped almost 4 decades earlier and when I point out this inconvenient fact she indicates I am only entitled to one warranty replacement. I'm like "as long as another dentist does it ok. Sadly she is the only one in that practice that performs the procedure. I raised my concerns the staff and with great relief to my ears they willingly decided a refund was the better course of action. Don't take no for an answer with these people.

Hands down, Tower Dental is the best practice I have ever used. I'm quite nervous when it comes to dental work. However, from the moment I walked into this practice, beginning with the office staff and then the dentist, I was treated with so much kindness and care that my worries disappeared. When they explained all the extra things they had done to maintain their practice as safe as possible due to Covid-19, I felt very protected. This had to have cost them quite a bit of money. It's just one more example of how they put the safety and well-being of their staff and patients first. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

The front desk staff are friendly and remember the little details of my kids lives, which is a nice part of being in a small town. The hygienists do their jobs as well as any place I have been before. If a 3 star means average, I give them a four because of the front desk staff.
