This place is very caring. I'm glad I decided to get service here!! Dr. Rami is the best. His staff are very nice and respectful. He really helped me with an infection at the last minute, and I was in horrific pain. He made me feel welcome and was very gentle! I don't know what happened to this place. The doctor is really nice and I mean everything I said above. However, the receptionist became comfortable of not doing their job. I have left voicemails and never got a call back.

What a fabulous experience, starting from the reception all the way to the doctors and assistants. A reminder call the day before my appointment, quick form filling on the day of the appointment, then got in for my checkup and cleaning. Thank you doctor Rami, you and your team were amazing.

This was the best experience I had with a dentist in my life. I am 59 years old. I drive from Porterville to see this dentist and it was worth it. Good attitude with the personnel and very professional the dentist Understood my phobia and was very caring and successful in his job I appraise physicians like him. We need more like them

Just called to set an appointment for 3d X-ray I was suppose to have a few months ago due to western dental on Shields and west possibly cracking my tooth during a routine cleaning which In mind after complaint the person that did my cleaning does not work for them anymore So western dental referred me out to tower dental for this exam and now was just told by rude receptionist from tower dental that they can put me in today that they just needed to check on cost. I was on hold for over 10 minutes called back and they said she had nothing on schedule and refused to give me cost or reason why they couldn't see me. Said we don't know when will have an opening.Most likely due to me having a complaint against western dental and western dental referred me out to them and now they are refusing to see me or give me any answers. Horrible place and service and rip offs just like western dental. Please people avoid both places. Hope this helps new comers who are looking for true legit reviews

I was in extreme pain and came in as a walk in. Dr. Rami was great! He explained everything that he was going to do before hand. The office staff was also very friendly. Highly recommend!!
