Absolutely the most disappointing experience I have had a dentist. Unfortunately I'm hooked into Invisalign with these people and I need to finish the process. No one responds to concerns. I've been asking for a phone call from Dr Rocha for weeks and have received no feedback whatsoever. I absolutely agree with the negative reviews here. The staff is 'nice' but that doesn't account for a lack of actual progress, and terrible response and service. UPDATE: I finally bit the bullet and went in to get my teeth rescanned for another round of Invisalign (due to the staff, who are clearly not as trained on the process as they should be and unsupported by the leadership, giving me incorrect guidance and letting issues continue until the trays no longer fit) since the dentist would not acknowledge my multiple requests for a conversation via phone calls and visits to the office. Half the staff acted like they had no idea I had an issue and the other half the staff threw their hands up and said "we communicated your concern this is not true" STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. They must have too many new customers coming in and are willing to churn through the ones they already have.

Front crown pulled out at breakfast. By late morning , I was smiling again. Dr. Rocha and her staff were top shelf. Highly recommend Tower Dental.

This dental practice is a FRAUD. They received payment of almost $7000 for service that I canceled a 4 weeks ago and refused to refund the payment. I'm getting collection phone calls, emails, texts. I didn't get money and the service but have to pay for it. If you want to go through HELL sign up with Tower Dental Arts.

We have been getting our teeth routinely cleaned and checked on for several years here. My whole family and I go. Invisalign treatment, fillings, x-ray exams and cleanings have all been performed well. Dr. Persons did a great job today.

During my routine cleaning, I mentioned that I had a toothache. Dr Person looked at the tooth, thought it was too high, ground it down, and the toothache was gone. Good job, Dr Person. Thanks!

I have been trying for over a month now to get a copy of my x-rays. I have called and called and called and get the same answer every single time "we are sending them right over". I went in person to sign a release form and still have not received a copy of my x-rays. I called again yesterday and was told "i dont have the password to send them because im new , can you call back tomorrow" i am going to 2 months now and have yet to receive my copies.

The entire staff, especially Dr Rocha, made me feel calm & at ease. Very detailed & pricing is very fair (I'm a self pay patient). Highly recommend this office.

I don't live in Florida and have my regular dentist in NY. I had to see a dentist for an emergency. Even though I was an out of state patient I was treated extremely well. Dr Rocha took her time to explain to me what was going on. During the procedure she was very supportive and did her job well. I also got my cleaning done here. It was one of the best by quality cleaning I've ever received. Might be worth it to take a plane to Florida just for this. The prices are reasonable. And the staff offered to help me to submit reimbursement claims to my insurance. I will recommend this dental click to all my family that lives in Florida. Great job! I wish you prosperity in your business.

STEER CLEAR of this Dentist - I've had to hire an attorney after 6 months of calling and emailing their offices to request reimbursement of unused funds. They don't return calls or emails. Rediculous!!!
